We had a toilet emergency early evening and after DIY parts replacements problem remained. Originally called a large well-known business only to have us wait an hour and later told they have to cancel. Our situation couldn't wait.

Found Save Plumbing on Yelp, confident with all the great reviews we gave him a call. He was at the house within the 1/2 hour and after diagnosing the problem it was determined the toilet needed replacement. It was original to the house, so this wasn't a surprise. He returned with a new one and it was installed that same evening. Wally is very knowledgeable and personable. So glad we found Wally/Save Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Emergency or otherwise. Don't waste your time and money with the big brand plumbing companies, support local businesses where they truly care.

Contacted Wally to come check as to why the water in our newly replaced toilets were discolored. He was very prompt in his communication and came on time. He figured it was our water softener might be having issues hence the water was discolored. Took him all of 2 minutes. He refused to charge us for the visit. Truly appreciated his honesty. Wally was great! Water started coming out of our walls when we turned on the shower. Wally came out to check it out the same day I called him. He thought it may be a bigger job that would need opening up the walls but decided he would try to fix the shower faucet first and see if that fixes the problem. It worked and the shower now works great with no leaks. Plus the water does not take as long as it used to take to get warm. Because Wally was honest and is exceptional at his job, he quickly fixed what could have been a major problem, saving us so much time and money.
