We had a clogged pipe Sunday morning that affected not just my unit but my neighbor's as well which prevented us from using any water facility. I called Save Now Plumbing and within a few hours, Sal helped us to assess and fix the damage right away.

Sal arrived at my house on time, as promised, he left everything in order and back to the way things were and explained how could we prevent the damage to occur again. Sal is very professional and knows what he's doing.

A few years ago, while I was out of town my wife had a very similar emergency and the other company that was my landlord set us up with, took more than double the time to figure out what was wrong and at the end, I don't think they did a good job as the pipe clogged again.

Sal is just an upstanding, honest guy. He showed up on time for our free estimate, checked out our piping issue that was connected to our garbage disposal, and recommended that we finish the job (since we installed the new disposal ourselves). He saved us labor costs and even pointed to a local plumbing shop that had what we needed. We wanted to tip him for his time and advice by he wouldn't take it. It's rare to find honest folks like this in any business. He will be the only plumber I recommend and call on going forward.

Sal came out to our house and was very rude, abrupt and not friendly right off the bat. He looked like he was irritated that he had to come on a Sunday, even though i was originally told by Ben on the phone that they work on weekends all the time and would be happy to repair our issue if they could get the parts. He was not going to do anything anyway... no matter what... even if he had the parts. We have Orchard supplies and Home Depot in a walking distance from us. Sal just glanced at the pipe, did not even take a close look) and said: ""$575 and i am not going to do anything now. reschedule."" and left us speechless. My husband and i could not even ask anything he ran out so fast!
What a jerk!!! Guess what? we found somebody REALLY GREAT! The person repaired everything immediately, went to Orchard supplies, got the part and was done in a few hours.
Not to mention he only charged $400 for everything (including the part he had to purchase).
Jude for yourself. Someone mentioned in the reviews - responsive, honest, thorough... I DON'T THINK SO!!!!

We called with a clogged toilet on a Saturday afternoon and Ben arrived within two hours. He was extremely courteous and professional and also has a great sense of humor. He had the problem fixed within 10 minutes and was on his way - all for a reasonable price which he communicated before we agreed to the work. I'll absolutely be using him again for these kinds of issues in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a serious leak in our bathroom sink and under it as well. Our property manager called Save Now and Ben and companion came that day. Den diagnosed the problem under the sink and replaced the angle valves and the supply lines quickly. With that problem solved they addressed the leaking faucets. We have lived in this flat for 17 years and have had constant leaking problems with the faucet - washers replaced about every 2 years and with handles very hard to turn. The sink and faucets are 73 years old with horizontal faucet stems which are difficult to find these days. They called the property manager and he said that he would have a new sink installed. Ben said that he could stop the leak but he did not want to charge for that if a new sink was coming. I was impressed by his professionalism and honesty. He arrived when he said he would and the charge was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Men are sometimes silly. Apparently, my husband likes to flush countertop wipes down the toilet, despite my warnings that they may one day clog the line. Well, that day came today. I called Ben at Save Now Plumbing, and he was able to come over and fix our toilet just two hours later. He was early and friendly to boot! I'm glad to have found a local reliable and honest plumber. My husband is now under strict orders to not flush wipes again!

Sal is great. He came out within a few hours of my initial call to look at a leaky kitchen sink. Had to call him back after the first attempt didn't solve the issue completely and he returned within an hour to remediate the residual problem. He also proactively inspected all the plumbing in the house (I just bought a house and moved in two weeks ago) to make sure there are no other obvious issues and gave me some pointers on maintenance. Besides all this, Sal is just a really cool guy.

My toilet picked a Sunday to stop working and it was fixed within two hours of my phone call that morning. Originally they said they could come in the afternoon but would call if they could come sooner, which they did. The plumber was tidy, careful not to let his equipment drip as he walked through the apartment. The work wasn't guaranteed (apparently clogs tend to recur frequently) but it's been a couple of months and I haven't had another problem.
