Sal is the man! He came over and took a look at our tub that had backed up from the previous day. Even though the tub was now working, he said ""no charge, we do free estimates."" I was shocked and very appreciative. He also took the time to review my pipes in the garage with me and told me how to solve future problems.

After a terrible night trying to clear a very poopy toilet (and shocked that i couldn't find any of the ""24-hour"" plumbers available for an emergency visit; Ace offered to send someone between 8 and 10am, then called me at 8 to say they could be here at noon). I needed to get to work and called a few plumbers around 8am. Save Now had someone available at 9am and Sal arrived promptly. He explained what he was doing, cleared the line and then explained why the problem happened. He offered immediate suggestions for preventing recurrence (hold the handle down for 3 seconds), and a longer term solution that would be more expensive (replacing parts) on our Toto toilet. He was done in less than 30 minutes. Great service and a fair price.

We had a blockage in our sewer line under our home causing water to back up in our garage. I call Save Now and Sal was at our home within an hour. Plus it was 6:00pm when I called them. He worked at the blockage for nearly two hours from two different access drains but could not clear the blockage. He explained that he would have to come back and remove the downstairs toilet and run a ""snake"" from there. He charged me a nominal amount for the two hours of work and came back a few days later right at the appointed time. They removed the toilet, cleared the sewer, pressure flushed the line, and inspected the entire drain out to the street. He gave me recommendations on how to keep things running and clean. They solved the problem, were timely and professional, discussed option and were reasonable priced. Thank you Sal.

I'm so happy to have found Ben from Save Now Plumbing! I called on a Friday evening with a leaky toilet issue and Ben came over within the hour and took care of it for me. Super nice guy, I swear it was like having a friend over to help- he answered his phone on the first try, patiently listened to me while I tried to describe the problem, gave me my options and his advice on what would probably be the best course of action, came right over, and also gave me some great advice on how to take care of the mold on my baseboards from the leak myself and save myself $250 on getting them replaced! I'm happy to say that I have finally found an awesome, reliable plumber who will always be my go-to moving forward, after years of terrible experiences with other plumbers who don't show up on time, and nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING! Ben (co-owner) gave me a very reasonable estimate for a backed up sink that flooded my family room's carpet on a Saturday. I usually vet my service providers via Yelp, BBB (A+, 17 years in the biz), and obviously in person (amiable, good listener, knowledgeable, provides options, and honest). It was a relatively difficult plumbing snake job to clear the grease/sludge obstruction (some consolation to me, since I tried for almost 1/2 hour with my funky power drill snake), but Ben persevered. He also did a great job with a subsequent recommended Hydrojet cleaning of my main sewage line. Ben's definitely an excellent professional who will take care of your plumbing issues at a reasonable price and with a smile! Thanks again Ben!

Sal is great, knowledgeable, and excellent at calling back. When our sewer line backed up late on on a Saturday afternoon, we started calling around and most companies were closing. After a false start with another vendor, we came upon Sal and Save Now Plumbing. Sal arrived earlier than he expected (which was fine with us!), understood the issue immediately, and corrected it. We were back in business in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable, and less than some other services who wanted to wait until Monday. Call Sal when you have drain issues.
