We called on a Sunday morning because our water heater's pilot light was out and we didn't want to muck with the gas to relight it. Sal from Save Now came out less than two hours later, fixed it in just a few minutes, and didn't charge anything for the work. I'm sad that I didn't think of tipping him until he'd already left. Zero stars to me, five stars to Sal, and I'll definitely give them a call the next time we have any plumbing issue.

Sal showed up on time and efficiently replaced my leaking toilet. He explained why it had been leaking and that problems I had with it backing up were probably due to the fact that it was seated incorrectly to begin with. He was also very friendly, I would recommend this company to everyone.

All the reviews for Save Now Plumbing & Rooter are spot on! I came home late Friday night and found my kitchen sink backed up with some nasty looking and awful smelling water. I'm an avid DIY so I got to it first thing the next morning. The pipes are 56 yrs. old so the snaking and poking of the clog dislodged inside rust and sure enough leaks were all over the place. An 8 1/2 foot pipe section screwed on cast iron had to be replaced. This one was out of my league because I do not have the power tools to work the job.

Yelp to the rescue ! ! ! I called the first two highest rated outfits but both had very bland responses and the sound of uncertainty were evident. I scrolled down some more and voila, Save Now P&R shined like Christmas Tree lights. I picked up the phone and dialed. Ben answered with a very positive tone and in first person verse, aka he's the man that will do the job. Ben showed up 20 minutes earlier than the agreed time and assessed the situation immediately. He gave me all possible options but agreed to my slightly tweaked version then off he went. The job took 4 hours and Ben never gave up until he got everything right to his and my satisfaction. He is a perfectionist and will not settle for anything less. That's what I call top notch ! ! !

Great service and prompt timing.
Had a problem with a broken faucet and valve making a mess of things in the kitchen and Ben came by and fixed it within an hour or so on an early Saturday morning. Took care of it quickly, cheaply, and gave great tips and information on how to resolve and avoid those issues in the future. My new go to plumbers in the bay.
