I have used Save now a number of times when I had plumbing issues and they are consistently responsive and always professional and pleasant and get the job done in a timely manner. This time was no exception! My garbage disposal unit had failed and I bought a new one with the plan to change it out myself... and when I ran into problems I called Save Now. Ben showed up within a few hours of my phone call and took care of the installation (and the crumbling pipes that were unexpected when I removed the unit). I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Honest, fast, nice and knowledgeable! Ben was AWESOME! I called Ben on Sunday morning, we set up a time for him to come by on Monday. Once he got here, he assessed our broken water heater and discovered it wasn't the pricey solution that was offered by other specialists (they all claimed we 'probably needed' a new water heater, which is $3k). Instead, he fixed a busted valve, installed a new part on the water heater and now it's working like a charm! ALL FOR ABOUT 1/3 what I was getting quoted from others.

Honest and fair pricing and a really nice guy. AND he covers plumbing and water heaters!

I'll be using Ben from now on!

I noticed a small amount of water collecting at base of toilet. I figure the gasket needed to be replaced. They are kind of busy and thought they couldn't get to me for a few days but when he learned of my address, it was close to the job he already had in the books and was nice enough to come to my place after his long day and knock it out...which he did.

They were able to give me a same-day appointment that worked with my schedule. Ben was friendly and courteous and fixed the clogged toilet in about 5 minutes. He also advised me I could get something called a toilet augur (sp?) at Home Depot to do it myself next time. He looked at a leaking sink handle and told me how I could get the part replaced from Grohe for free. The price for the house call was reasonable ($150). It's rare that a person is so straightforward, helpful, and professional. Thank you!

Salvador responded quickly to my call and solved all problems. I have a grated drain in front of the garage door. The clog was so solid it broke one rooter and took another rooter and auger to push through. When I thought we were coming to an unsuccessful end, Salvador gave it extra time and consideration and solved the problem. He took time to explain the plumbing issues, gave me maintenance advice and charged me a very reasonably. I highly recommend Save Now Plumbing.

I have tenants from hell who harass me, tries to sue me all the time, and tried to spite me by leaving on power 24/7 and water running 4 hrs a day during covid cause I asked them to pay for rent and they refused. If you know me, you know there is a long list of drama with them - ask the police dept, they know them too!

Well.. them leaving the water running for 4 hrs a day was going to eventually caused damage.. and it did. It started causing a serious leak under the bathroom sink that would eventually start RAINING down onto my other tenants closet, ruining all their coats. The leak got worse each day and mold started to form on the ceiling. I called a few plumbing services but with my request, they all rejected me cause my situation was too much drama/trouble (involved having sfpd on site and possibly forced entry to fix leak). One of the companies referred me to Sal and he was honestly an angel. He was very patient, understanding of my situation, and his prices were reasonable.

During Sal's first visit, my tenant basically refused both of us entry even with sfpd on-site (not much help but they tried to persuade them for over an hour). I felt so bad wasting Sal's time, I tried to pay him, but he refused! During Sal's second visit, I had a letter from my attorney to use and they finally let one of us in! Before Sal could enter, they had rules... they were going to record him the entire time and he must take off his shoes, which was so nice of him to do (not sure why they requested this when their house has tiny roaches & hoarded with things...). Sal was finally able to do a consult and see what he could do, but it would involve another visit. During Sal's third visit, it was the same rules. Sal tried to take pictures of damages for me but they told him no and he described to me the situation in the house and finally he was able to repair the leak.

Thanks so much Sal for all your help! You're an angel and I hope you're doing well! I highly recommend Sal as you can see - he's great to work with!

In case anyone is wondering... they finally moved out a couple months after (after more legal things). Woohoo!

Ben is the best!! He worked tirelessly with determination to repair a leak in my toilet wo I wouldn't need to buy a new one, which would be difficult as it matches all the rest of the tile color. On time and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I was impressed and will definitely keep Save Now in mind for any future plumbing needs.

I bought an old house a couple years ago with various bits and pieces of plumbing in the process of failing. Some things I can do easily myself. Other things I need someone that really knows what they're doing.

Save now gave me an excellent quote and informed me beforehand that some of my pipes would likely need replacement extremely soon but that they were pretty sure they could work with them for now.

They ended up only needing to also replace the ptrap and connecting pipe in addition to the disposal removal and install work I wanted done. They mentioned the little bit of extra cost beforehand and it was lower than other plumbers.

In the process they also took the time to fix my shoddy job of installing an air gap (the house was sold to me with no air gap).

All really well done and as inexpensively as I could imagine. Great experience, so much so that when I bite the bullet and spend thousands to replace all my sewage plumbing I'll call them first.
