Sebastian and his team are fantastic! I have used his services 2x. 1st time was a simple garage sink repair. He is conscientious, polite, professional, and most of all very good, competent. A few months later I woke up to a sink hole(!) in my side yard. Yikes! Sebastian was very quick and responsive. He and his team did a great job. There may be lower cost plumbing services out there, but in the end you want the job done correctly. To me, that defines *value*.

I ran into a leaking pipe problem the day before Christmas, requested bunch of quotes from 5-star plumbing services, most came with super high quote (something like $400 just to cut open a wall to locate the problem and several K's to fix a pipe).
SAS showed up the next morning, gave me a super competitive price, and explained in detail what they believe the problem was and what they planned to do. And they completed the repair within 90 minutes. Super professional, super polite, can't be more satisfied.

Sebastian and his team at SAS plumbing did phenomenal work. I have had them out twice. The first time was to disconnect an irrigation system. Sebastian completed the job in a short period of time and for almost half the cost. The second time he came out, he and his team repaired a leak in my main water line. Great experience with a big project. SAS Plumbing originally came out to diagnose a sewer leak. After discovering a few leaking pipes and meeting Sebastian the owner, we decided to repipe all the sewer lines, replace old incorrectly installed water pipes and install a water softening system and instant water heater. I was immediately impressed with Sebastian because he took the time to go underneath the house himself rather than one of his crew members. He spent a lot of time down there and took pictures to show me. He never tried to up-sell me but gave me all the options with pros and cons. SAS spent 6 days straight( including a Saturday), all day long, replacing our entire sewer system and water lines.
They neatly repiped the drains in the crawlspace in ABS piping, replaced the sewer line to the street and installed a property line clean out. They expertly installed a new water main line and replaced all the old water pipes underneath the house with PEX tubing. Victor and Adrian ( thank you guys!) from SAS showed up at 7am sharp and worked almost NONSTOP until the evening for the entire week. They were extremely polite, quiet and respectful, always leaving the space clean after the days work.
With a project this size there were a few expected hiccups but Sebastian was always available to trouble shoot and fix it. This guy is dependable, hardworking and just one of the most good-natured and funniest people I've ever met. Like your handy ""I can fix anything"" uncle who's super nice. He always called me back. How many tradesman have follow-through like that these days? He's very organized too, uses a text messaging/email system to stay organized and confirm appointments/estimates, which I found convenient. Thank you Sebastian, Adrian, and Victor. You guys are good people!

We have used Sebastian twice before and we were very pleased with the quality and service he provided so when our toilet was continuing to run because of a bad flapper we called him. Unfortunately, he was booked solid for the next three days and could not come out in a timely manner so he directed me to purchase a 3"" universal flapper and install it myself. It turned out to be a fairly simple task and it saved having to pay someone for a simple fix. Thank you, Sebastian. I will still call you when I have plumbing needs.

I called them to repair the work done by another plumbing service that had 5 stars on Yelp, but did a terrible job. That previous plumber's work literally just fell apart under my sink and I needed to call someone. SAS Plumbing gave me an appointment quickly. Sebastian was very professional and clearly explained what work he would do. The price was very reasonable. They cleaned up the workspace better than it was when he got there. They wore masks. Found SAS plumbing doing Yelp search after my kitchen drain backed up. Called at 7:00 AM and was scheduled for same day appt. Sebastian called back shortly after and provided me with a much earlier appt citing the fact that we are all working at home during COVID-19 and that the kitchen is an important area. Showed up promptly with PPE attire and was able to resolve my issue within a very short period of time. Very professional and clean work area, and answered all of my questions about drain maintenance. Definitely recommend SAS Plumbing.

Our sink started leaking water, we thought no one would be available during this time and we would be left with a sink full of dishes( On a Wednesday, at that! ) I didn't want to risk water damage, so I did a quick search and came across SAS Plumbing, I put my quote on Yelp and they responded within minutes. I talk to Sebastian, he was amazing and very professional. They arrived with all the protective gear ( mask, gloves) and soon my sink was running fresh amazing water with my new faucet also helped fix my bathroom sink, plus adjusted my toilet without even me asking just as a service convince. I appreciate them walking me through the process and answer all my questions. They definitely took customer service a level up !!!
