I called Sara's Best Plumbing because of their reviews and they were recommended on Nextdoor as well. I needed my water heater to be flushed and made the appointment.

I received a text the morning of the service, as well as an ETA with a photo of our service technician. When he arrived, Mike Raygoza gave me a run down of the estimated time it'll take to complete and before I knew it, the service was complete.

It was a great price along with great service and will definitely be call Sara's Best Plumbing in the future.

Recently I had a major clog at my house and my pipes were backing up from roots getting into them. Usually I just call a plumber and have them come snake it. I originally had another plumber come and snake it and he informed me of how bad the roots have gotten into my sewer pipes and that it was in IMMEDIATE need of replacement and that he needs to start immediately while flip flopping on prices and not explaining things thoroughly to me. He felt like a pushy salesman that just wanted your money but also my pipes were looking pretty run down with the roots. I felt uneasy so I was looking for another plumber to get a second opinion. The choices of plumbers was overwhelming for me. So I did what any girl's girl would do and pick another business that was owned by a women. I swear I wasn't persuaded by a cute dog logo.

Anyways, I called Sara's Best Plumbing and got a plumber out FAST, within an hour or two. I was met by a professional and informative plumber named Mike. He came out and gave me the second opinion, options on what to do, steps I needed to take IF I wanted to move forward. I chose to get my pipes hydrojetted the next day so he could evaluate if my pipes were actually in bad condition.

The next day Mike and Fernando arrived to hydrojet the pipes to get a better inspection. Unfortunatly roots have infested these pipes to a point where they are shifting the pipes around causing a section to break. The house I live in is old and the pipes are CLAY and are bound to eventually break. Mike was SUPER informative, I asked him so many questions to figure out what to do and I NEVER FELT PRESSURED ever, but just informed. I was offered different solutions about fixing the pipes and informed about what happens when the pipes are severely broken. Replacing the pipes is SUPER EXPENSIVE like buying a shitty new car expensive (in this economy) but if I didn't fix it sooner than later it could be 2 to 3 times more expensive. They gave me a quote and gave me options for payment which could be installments up to 15 months without interest. This was a big decision but the fact that I felt like they are honest plumbers and they checked off all the green flags I felt better with this huge investment into re-piping my broken pipes.

The project of replacing the pipes took about 1 week due to rain. They finished the job and did a great job. I really want to personally thank Sara and her team (Cassandra, Mike, Fernando, Jack and Keith), they will be my plumbers of choice for life and I would highly recommend. So personable, professional and amazing at what they do!

TLDR:
- Got another plumber to unclog my drain and felt like he was pushing me to re-line the inside of pipes IMMEDIATELY! Leaving me feeling uneasy and needing a second opinion
- Called SBP for second opinion for a sewer pipe replacement
- Got professional, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly HONEST plumbers
- Chose to get my pipes repiped by SBP and they did a great job!
- Highly recommend!

Sara's whole team has been outstanding. We've had some major plumbing issues and at every step they provided prompt and efficient service. All the folks that do a great job. I can't critique from a technical perspective, though their work has passed city inspection. However they managed a large job and left without any kind of residual mess. One point that I want to highlight, something 95% of service companies COMPLETELY fail at, Sara's teams is EXCELLENT at communication. They confirm each appointment, they text ETA's of their technicians along with a photo of who's showing up, they SHOW UP (which doesn't always happen with other companies), and they keep you informed if any delays occur. It baffles me when companies and city agencies are completely incapable of managing their scheduling and communication. They all need to take a lesson from Sara's. The owner explained she just wants treat customers they way she'd want to be treated.

We are so happy with Sara's Plumbing! Mike came out to perform a water heater flush and was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of the process and even showed me how to do it myself in the future if I wanted. There was no pressure to buy additional services or unnecessary upselling--just honest, helpful service. He also offered a free inspection to check the safety of other plumbing systems in my home. Awesome team! I had Sara, Keith and Mike help me fix my shower and they were all amazing to work with. Sara was so kind and I appreciated that she gave me 3 different price point options to choose from. I didn't feel any pressure to choose the most expensive option. Keith came the next day and did the work, he was kind and finished his work quicker than the estimated time given. He even tightened my toilet seat and replaced the shower arm for me without being asked. A few days after the repair my daughter decided the water pressure was too strong and it was hurting her, Mike came by and adjusted that for us for free. I couldn't be happier with the service Sara and her team provided for us.

We've had several jobs completed by Sara's Best, and have been extremely pleased with their service. The most recent was the largest, a plumbing reroute and pipe replacement. Saras' willingness to be creative and offer options to get a desired result is so important for any property owner. Nick Chavez and his team did an outstanding job on this work. In addition to various plumbing repairs, they have also installed two water filtration systems for us which we love, also performing the annual filter changes as well as our annual Tankless water heater maintenance flush. We're very happy we found them!
