Mike and Fernando are the plumbers that serviced my home and I have to say, they were outstanding. I've had bad experiences in the past with other plumbing companies so I worry about honesty but Mike was detailed and explained all the work that needed to be done and he answered all my questions. As far as pricing, compared to other companies, they're very competitive and fair. They worked efficiently and were very clean. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services because customer service is top tier!

Mike did awesome job with replacing the angle stop and made a minor adjustment on the garbage disposal. The company is very knowledgeable and does a great when assessing the situation to determine the problem and solution. Price is affordable and they guarantee the work. Very honest.

I am beyond happy to find Sara's best plumbing to help me fix my broken toilet. I have gotten many quotes from different plumbers and by far, Sara is the most affordable. I text her my questions and she answered promptly to my concerns. I am glad to learn that Saturday is a regular business day with no extra charge. They sent Marty for the job and he is amazing. He is on time, very quick, skilled and fast plumber. All other plumbers quote me a higher price and say it would take N times to drain water from my 8 unit building because the water shut off is outside the building but I am surprised it actually only took him a few minutes to drain. I would highly recommend Sara's. They are honest and turns out the actual bill is cheaper than what was quoted on rough estimate. Awesome :)

Do not hesitate to call Sara's Plumbing. They are timely, respectful of your home and very fair in their pricing. We have had them out two times now for a leaky faucet, toilet, garbage disposal and water heater flush. We have had a difficult time finding a plumber and we are happy that we have found a trusted company.

Sara came out to really listen to our problems, assessed the situation very professionally and humbly, and provided us with multiple options to solve the issue. What we appreciated most about her was that she took the time to explain the problem in detail while teaching us along the way.

We had received quotes from a couple of other plumbers, but they were pushy and seemed like know-it-alls. Sara and her team, on the other hand, were prompt, communicative, and genuinely open to hearing our concerns and providing the best options available to us.

We had two shower valves/cartridges, two faucets, and a water softener installed.

Wow wow wow. Sara's Best is truly the best plumbing service you will ever receive. We woke up to our water heater leaking all over our garage and posted on our community site for help. We were highly recommended to use Sara's Best. We called them and Cassie was very professional and compassionate on the phone and sent out a team that arrived within a few hours of our call. Technician Monty quickly assessed the issue and gave us a lot of detail on the various options that we had. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and honest. We were concerned about cost as we just paid a deposit to get our house painted when our water heater unexpectantly gave out. He gave us a very fair price and helped us get financing. We went with the tankless option as it has the longest lifespan and it came with a rebate that made it similar in price to the tanked option. Monty along with the tech Marty, came out the very next day to install and estimated about 4 hours. Well plumbing is never as easy as it looks. They spent the entire day at our place installing, removing, repiping and meticulously ensuring that every problem that could arise had a solution. The craftsman ship, attention to detail, and cleanliness were so impressive and a breathe of fresh air. They did such an amazing job and took their time to make sure it was done right the first time. The very next day Sara herself came out to assess the work and investigate into some of the issues that were pointed out by Marty and Monty. It turns out our piping is galvanized instead of copper, our water pressure was a bit to high, and our water is hard from the minerals. When we bought our place we had a water softener that was broken so we disconnected it. This was the likely cause of the corrosion in the pipes along with the pressure. Sara suggested that we get a softener or filtration system, add a pressure regulator, and explained the chemistry behind the water and how we can help keep the longevity of our plumbing. With the financing we had some extra bandwidth to get the filtration system installed and she and her team came out the very next day to get it all installed, changed some of our pipes to copper, added a pressure regulator and even snaked our drains for us as well. I can not state enough how thoroughly impressed I was with every single person that came out to our site. This is an extremely well run company. Sara cares about her people and her customers. Her people were very friendly and patient and went well above and beyond. It wasn't just a job for them. Its their passion and you can feel it from top to bottom. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone and will always call them with any plumbing needs because I know they will get the job done right. I contacted SBP for some assistance with a backed up drain. She and her team were able to fit us into their schedule the very next day and took care of the block and recommended a more permanent and long lasting solution to prevent it from returning. We took her up on the offer and they returned the next day to complete the job. While here, we had her take a look at a bathroom fixture that had been slowly leaking for a few weeks. She was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed for us 2 days later.

Throughout the entire process, the communication, scheduling and pricing was clear. Sara and her team were friendly, honest, and very thorough. We will definitely use them in the future!
