I contacted SBP for some assistance with a backed up drain. She and her team were able to fit us into their schedule the very next day and took care of the block and recommended a more permanent and long lasting solution to prevent it from returning. We took her up on the offer and they returned the next day to complete the job. While here, we had her take a look at a bathroom fixture that had been slowly leaking for a few weeks. She was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed for us 2 days later.

Throughout the entire process, the communication, scheduling and pricing was clear. Sara and her team were friendly, honest, and very thorough. We will definitely use them in the future!

Sara demonstrated a lot of knowledge and experience with her information. She was very understanding and helpful when it came to the issue along with preventative items.

I ended up going with a new tankless heater and water conditioner that was long overdue and I can finally stop stressing about my old (14+ yrs) water heater breaking down.

Sara's best plumbing exceeded my expectation. Cassandra, the scheduler, was so nice and worked with my schedule for the service- she was very kind and responsive. They sent over the nicest young gentleman, Marty, who was professional, fast, efficient and polite! My shower drain was clogged and he had all the tools necessary to fix it. He didn't even have to see the shower to know what tools to bring in--he just brought the right tools out of experience! He noticed my shower head wasn't tight enough and without hesitation said he would tighten and fix it-- just going out of his way. He wiped up all the drips that he left making the place as spotless as it was before. I'll never call another plumbing service! This place is top notch with excellent customer service and the best plumbers!

We chose Sara and her team for our whole house PEX repipe and new tankless water heater, and they did a great job! Sara even helped us to get a rebate for the tankless water heater. Not gonna lie--I chose Sara's Best Plumbing based solely on the adorable logo, but we were in a bind. We recently needed help with a sewer main back up (Ew!) and Sara & Co. came out after hours the same day to check it out. It turned out we had bigger issues that needed addressing and Sara took time to explain everything, give a very reasonable estimate, and was able to schedule the work quickly. The whole team did a great job salvaging our front yard even though they had to do some significant digging and everyone who came and went was very pleasant to deal with. We had another company out recently who, first and foremost, was unable to solve our problem, and secondarily had a horrible attitude about the whole thing--very unpleasant to work with. We are grateful our experience with Sara was the absolute opposite. We will definitely be calling again for future issues!

They did a fantastic job. They gave me a fair and reasonable quote for my whole home water repipe. The guys came in and knocked out the whole project in less time than expected. They re routed a couple of lines and added a couple of new lines for future appliance upgrades. Sara was great and has awesome people skills. Would 1000% recommend and use them again. A++ service

We had an emergency plumbing issue at our house and Sara's team was very professional, prompt, and accommodating. We appreciated how they thoroughly explained the problem and how to fix it, but most especially how they made sure everything was fixed before packing up. We also liked how they covered our floors to protect them from getting dirty with all the equipment they had brought into our house.
