Josh is very honest, nice and a great plumber. We just moved in and were having plumbing issues. During our free estimate he fixed our water pressure for no charge. Others would definitely bill for that. We hired him to install a water filtration system as well as an outdoor line. Final price was exactly as quoted. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Last year, we decided to give our home a make-over. We decided to hire Josh at Santor Plumbing because he returned our call promptly. Our makeover was a year-long project and he was the only one that was willing to put in the time to help us from the beginning all the way to the end. He came to our home a few times to remove the toilet himself so that the tile company can demolish the old tile and install new ones, then he came back out a week later just to put the toilet back in. We have selected a new water heater, water softener, and tub. Josh made the recommendation for a better product that saved us tons of money. I believe he has visited our home about 5 times during the project. He stuck with us and stand by our side while we made changes to our home. I will definitely be using Santor Plumbing again in the future. It was such a relief to have someone come and instantly find a solution to a problem that he wasn't even here to solve (and other plumbers had tried to fix in the past). We had Santor out to get our tub/shower combo ready for a remodel. They did quick and clean work, and although we had a hiccup where they couldn't finish the tub install because it came damaged (oops lesson learned - always open box at store!), I definitely will want to use them in the future. Very reasonably priced, and felt they were very honest which is refreshing in this line of work!! Thank you!!

I had a clog in main line we were unable to use bathroom or shower for two days I initially had another plumber come and that was a total fail. So I posted on Facebook ""moms of conejo"" Josh reached out right away and offered to come help. He showed up right away and jetted the line and seems to be working. Santor plumbing did a great job .... to be correct 3 jobs!
At my home, I need a new line from my sink to our refrigerator & we needed to have our kitchen sink drain cleaned out .
At our business we need our toilet handle replaced.
Santo plumbing came to both locations and repaired everything on our list , quickly and at reasonable price.

Although I never met in person, Josh was very responsive, informative, knowledgeable and honest. He replaced our water heater in a very timely manner and did a very clean job. The work area was left cleaned up, the job was done properly, promptly and to code. His brazing shows he has a lot of time behind a torch, which is a big deal to me as I know I can trust the joints to last. As a tech my self, the job was done how I would expect my self to do it. I would recommend for sure.
