Was referred to Santor plumbing from my neighbor after one of my investment properties had a huge issue at. The first plumber on site wanted to rip out a brand new bathroom to fix it.

Josh and his guys came over assessed the situation and in doing so not only fixed the problem but saved me thousands of dollars in the process.

I highly recommend these guys, their fair honest and do amazing work. Their the only people I call now.

I'm just echoing what other reviewers have said, but my experience with Josh and his crew was excellent.

I had a complex situation - removing two old tank water heaters, installing a new tankless in a different location (outdoors), replumbing across a long house to connect two plumbing 'branches', etc.

Josh was very helpful in coming up with an appropriate solution, answered all of my many questions, gave me a very reasonable bid, and delivered exactly what he promised.

Special props to Michael who did the majority of the work and who spent many uncomfortable hours in our hot, cramped attic - friendly, professional, and conscientious.

These guys clearly take pride in their work and it shows - highly recommended!!

Michael and Josh are amazing! I am doing a lot of home renovations and needed plumber and gas services periodically throughout. They are fast and efficient, and show up on time. Michael identified issues with a my new sinks not being caulked appropriately by the countertop installers and fixed those things too. I cannot say enough about the friendly and efficient service. If you are looking for a plumber, you will be completely happy with Josh's team.

We had Santor give us a quote on going to a tankless water heater. First of all they had someone out in 30 min...amazing. Mike the tech that gave us the quote knows this stuff hands down. He explained everything in great detail, answered all our questions, even the dumb ones. Then they were out the next day to do the job. On time, efficient, polite, did the job exactly right. Hauled away our old heater, the box it was on and extra wooden step we had, even moved the dryer over to the emptied location. It works amazingly well. They also gave us all the details for the $1000 rebate, which only took about 10 minutes to submit. Additionally, they helped us with an unrelated issue on a water pressure regulater. Came out next day for that job and it was POURING rain. Mike is amazing. Both jobs went perfectly and solved our problems better than expected. I won't ever call another plumber...ever.
