Next, he was able to detect the plumbing issue pretty quickly and got his crew on it right away.
He was efficient and thorough, but didn't over charge us.

The team at Santa Monica Plumbing & Heating is top notch. Marco, Manny and Armando were awesome. They are so responsive and fast, extremely prompt and honest. My husband and I just had our hot water tank replaced and these guys came the same day to inspect the issue and then when we determined we needed to replace the heater, did the replacement the next day at 7:30 am! They said it would take 4 hours and it took exactly 4 hours. They also called me about 20 minutes before they arrived each time. Really impressed with the service - these guys are great and I highly recommend them.

I needed two toilets in my house replaced. I had already bought the toilets at Home Depot and just needed someone to install them. I looked online to find a plumber and came upon this place's positive Yelp reviews. And I am happy to say they are as good as everyone says. When I called on the phone, someone nice immediately answered, and I was able to get an appointment the very next day with a two-hour window. At the time of the appointment, they called ahead to say they were on their way. And when Manny and Armando arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. I'm not sure how they compare cost-wise to other plumbers, and I probably could have had the job done less with a handyman, but I feel like I really got my money's worth. They knew their stuff. I feel like I could trust them to deliver a baby. And they hauled my old toilets away. So yes, I was really happy with them.

Manny and Armando came to my place yesterday to fix my faucet. It had been leaking as result of a previous install. They found the problem and fixed it. They also didn't charge me for the extra labor. They are a competent team. They were good with my dog which didn't hurt.

I'm so glad to have found a great local and reliable plumber! My regular plumber was out of town so I took a chance on Santa Monica Plumbing and Heating based on the positive Yelp reviews. Manny and Armando were great. Quick, professional, knowledgable and talked me through everything. I will definitely use them again.

Okay, they were courteous.

I had a clogged drain and we set up a time between 1-3PM during the week day. I took the day off. I got a call at 3:10 PM saying that they couldn't make it. They suggested I reschedule something in 2 days. I said thank you but I would try my luck somewhere else.

They called back 5 minutes later and said they could be there in 10 minutes. I said okay. They showed up almost an hour later.

They said they had to replace existing plumbing under the sink that has worked fine and was not clogged. They finished everything. Then later that day I discovered that there was a huge leak under the sink. They couldn't come back the same day to fix the crappy plumbing job that was worse after they left than before they got there. The only way to get them to show up the next day was to have them come over at 7AM when my family is getting ready and using the kitchen.

Bad experience and way over priced. Will not use them again.
