BE FORWARNED! This company misleadingly sells you a 1 year contract and when you ask them to come look at your new equipment that is in excellent working condition, they still want to charge you for doing nothing. Seems like a scheme to get business.

They are the worst greedy people! They are scam artist! Bought the Carrier AC unit for $8000 from them, order new grills it took three months fast forward five years drain clogged line $97 for diagnosis, $175 for repair than he does t tell you they will not charge or waive the charge $97 if they repair it, instead he tells you you can pay $150 for annual maintenance instead of $175! BAM!!!!! You take the bite than they sent you invoice than you realize instead of paying $78 you paid $242!!!! I called in to correct it and they just make it difficult saying he already performed maintenance, when I said as part of depair he checked temperature and refrigerant pressure, tjey said no thats part of maintenance!!!! Read it yourself below from their tecnician; Unit off on float switch due to a clogged drain line. Placed vacuum on outside line and blew thru with dry nitrogen, checked temps and refrigerant pressures. Unit is back up and running cooling good. Recommend maintenance plan. What I like most....they were able to come out and check my unit same day. Their service fee costs are lower than others. They also are able to service trailer HVAC units which most say they can't. The tech educated us and found no issues. I appreciate the honesty.

I had an amazing experience using their company. They confirmed the day before and the morning of install they let me know by phone & text that they were on the way. They cleaned my vents and installed a new Air Conditioner. They were professional, nice (they even turned on a fan when they heard me say I was hot). They showed me how to use it & cleaned up when they were done. Over all I couldn't have asked for better service or price. I would definitely recommend Sansone to anyone needing a new A/C.

This company sucks! They installed a brand new system for more than $10,000 in December 2020. By June 2021, the A/C system wasn't cooling the house because of a metering device was losing pressure. They sent a technician to fix it, and we thought all was well. Now, it's July 4th weekend, and the system went down again. I called their emergency service department, and they told me they would have a tech out at the house between 2:00 - 5:00 PM on Saturday. That never happened. I called the service department after the technician not showing up at 5:00 PM. The operator told me they would call back in 30 minutes. It's now 7:20 PM, and no call from Sansone. This company is highly unprofessional, and poorly run. I won't be using them moving forward.

Sansone air conditioning is a very reliable company. I have a service contract on an air conditioning unit they installed two years ago. Recently I had an issue with draining. They sent a fabulous technician Luis, to repair the issue. He was an excellent mechanic who understood the problem and was able to resolve it. I would definitely request him if I have a problem again. Also, their system of sending confirmations of your appointment along with a photo and resume of your technician is wonderful. They are also very pleasant to talk to on the phone.

Awful company. Installed a top of the line Carrier. Did not have room to install with proper pitch, so the moisture remained up in the air handler and rusted and corroded the entire thing out after 4 years. Also, the connection at the breaker box by the unit was not up to code. They did the yearly maintenance on the unit. It was not until I had THREE other companies out to get a new yearly maintenance contract that all this was brought to our attention. Appeared to be possible mold growing. Tried contacting the company for a week to come take a look. Could not wait any longer due to what possible was mold. Had to replace a 4 year old unit and they would NOT DO A THING FOR US. DO NOT USE SANSONE
