The current president of Sansone Air Conditioning is David Sansone.

Since its founding in Massachusetts, Sansone has been family-owned and operated, continuing when Robert Sansone (David's father) relocated to South Florida in 1976.

The business is now in the hands of the third generation of family members; David, Nick, Bonnie, Scott, and Mary-Jo.

Close to being a con job..be careful. Paid close to $90 for a """"service call"""". The service call amounted to a """"look"""" and wanted to come back the next day to """"check out"""" and estimate the repairs. Within hours of the service call sent estimate for $5000 for repairs and $14000 + for replacement. How did they know that before coming back the next day the """"look and the check-out?

Jason came out for a tune up. He failed to tell me I had a bad blower motor causing my unit to freeze up. He also failed to inform me that bacteria was growing in my unit and blower wheel was dirty. This information should've been communicated at the time of my tune up service. Unacceptable service and communication.

Stay away from this company - they quoted high prices to replace the ac they installed a year ago. Somehow the ac is now fully damaged and lots of parts need to be replaced. Their price was 3x of what other local companies quoted. They said they need to put $1200 worth of AC Refrigerant! This company is dishonest - i will not work with them ever again. I wish I had read other reviews before I paid them $8k for the new ac.

I needed my ducts cleaned after reconstruction from mold remediation. My daughter uses Sansone and highly recommends them. The office staff were courteous and knowledgeable. My tech Kyle was prompt, efficient, neat and friendly. I love the tech tracking app, since I live 1 hour away, there was no guesswork on his ETA. I will be signing up for a regular a/c maintenance plan with them. In today's world finding a company you can trust, with good customer service, technicians that take pride in their work and understand customer satisfaction, is sadly very difficult.

6/20/2023 Today for the second time I took time from work to get an a/c maintenance service. The first time the company dispatched a technician, he left without doing the job. They decided to dispatch me a second one and that one was also not the right one. 1. He never made a phone call to let me know he is on his way. 2. When he was lost in my complex, he never contacted me to check where I was located and where to park. He spoke to my neighbors to find me. 3. Upon arrival, I told and showed him not to touch the next appliance on the ground which belongs to my neighbor (attachment). It did not help. Later, he told me that he also serviced that one free. I never heard mine to be serviced. He should have focused on my job and not use the company's time for unauthorized jobs to other neighbors. It was very inappropriate and non ethical. 4. I told him that he also should check the two engines split in my unit. Then he left without completing the job. He told to the company that he completed the job. Liar! 5. He arrived at 2h00 pm and left at 2h30 not doing the job. I was on the phone from 2h00 pm to 6h00pm speaking to hundred of company employees wasting again over and over my time. Technician called Kyle was irresponsible and unprofessional. How he dared service my neighbor's appliance without my and the company authorization? Great question! If something would happen I will be the one in trouble. TOTAL lack of professionalism. Those people are not well and long time trained. They think they are smart but they are not. Who to blame? Per sure the company! I won't recommend the company to my best friends.` 8/16/2023 At last the company dispatched free a 3rd technician who inspected the appliance and did the maintenance job.

This outfit has gone down hill. Service techs are inept, and deceptive. After hearing of issues with a unit we bought from them, we called in another tech, and they refuted the Sansone diagnosis, took us through the issues at the unit. It became clear that Sansone is a dis honest provider, and over priced as well.

I have a two-year-old AC unit purchased from someone else. My house is about 50 years old and I was having continuing problems with water backing up in the AC unit. I contacted Sansone this morning and within a few hours they were here to clean the lines and tuneup my AC for the coming summer season. fairly priced. Polite and professional service. I really appreciate the peace of mind. Thanks. My technician Will Sanchez was very professional; talked less and worked more. Everyone I encountered was positive & focused on me. Bravo!

I have done business with this company for ages. I decided after today I would no longer do business with them. They tend to instantly try to sell a new ac versus repairing. Then when pushed for a repair they quoted 900.00 and then apologized for mistake and quoted 1700.00. I sent another company.. blower motor was replaced same day in 45 minutes for 775.00. Feel like I just got bullied with a high cost repair to try to sell an AC. Then they send bids for new AC that were wayyy higher than what they charged me three months ago. I always end up having to negotiate with them. I just think a professional company gives you a fair price to repair and a fair price to replace and lets you chose. Sure felt like a jacked up repair price in hopes of selling an AC. Yes a Blower Motor for 1700.00.. if you don't work in the biz like I do watch your back. They will try to get what they can.. that's how I am left feeling today.
