Greetings, I’m Sanford, and I launched my plumbing service in the Temecula Valley in 1998. Since then, the phone has been ringing non-stop! I, along with my team, am here to ensure you receive the quality service you expect.

I have been passionate about plumbing since I turned 18. I relocated from San Diego to Temecula, CA, and purchased my first home in 1993. I established Sanford & Son Plumbing with my son a few years later. I appreciate all my loyal customers and look forward to serving future clients.

Awful service. They do not stand behind their work. Sanford and Son came in October to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. Six months later the faucet was leaking again. The home warranty sent them out again. They looked at the faucet for 5 minutes and claimed that it was improperly installed and they couldn't touch it. They went on to deny installing that faucet and blaming me for having replaced it myself. I never received their proof of what they originally installed. Additionally, they claimed that the person who installed it was not longer with them. So many excuses and calling me a liar, when all the new company did was get a manufacturer replacement on the faucet and installed the correct one.

All the headache and frustration was caused because they wouldn't admit to what they did.

I had an appointment with these guys on Friday, November 13 between 10-11 AM. The guy didn't bother to show up. I waited until 11 AM and then left cause I have better things to do then sit around and wait. This guy Israel finally called after 12 pm and I asked him why he didn't show up. He said he sent me an e-mail that he was running late! Apparently he did this over an hour after our scheduled appointment time. I told him I already left and he said he was going to talk to his boss about rescheduling. He never called back... What a joke! These guys are very unprofessional. Take your plumbing needs elsewhere!

We waited a week for our appointment, for no one to show up. I begged and pleated for a sooner appointment and they said 6 days out was the soonest they could get there. Then no one shows up, no one calls, nothing! I've been calling and leaving multiple messages all day with no answer to their phone, no return call and now they keep sending me straight to voicemail. Someone text me and asked for me to respond via text so I did and now no one is responding. My husband took the whole day off work to sit and wait for no one to come or have enough respect to even call! So frustrating!!!!

We have had them come out twice under our home warranty. Thankfully the first two plumbers that came were very kind and helpful. Dealing with Mike has been terrible and I only wish after he went to the wrong house a couple weeks ago and my waiting from 11am-3:30pm I had told my warranty company to send someone else. So not only did I waste 4.5 hours waiting for him to not show up today he was rude to my husband as I am out of town. Had they not gone to the wrong house to begin with our faucet would have been covered. In this case as a customer we were basically punished for the confusion on the company's part and mike lacks all ability to show any customer service or appreciation. I'm my husband called me while he was there. After he offered for us to pay cash of $150 to install a faucet of our own choice and tried reading the warranty language to my husband as if we don't already know. We had to tell him to just leave. I would pay cash for a decent plumber to come out. Don't use them.

This is the third or so time dealing with this business. The very first time was great. Luckily though we forgot to leave a review. They just left my home doing a warranty recall. My wife was dealing with them through our home warranty. The faucet in our bathroom was leaking and it was still under warranty from the last time they were here April 29th or so. Actually i though i was at work at the time but i wasn't i was home during COVID-19 closure. So i remember they came to fix the bathroom faucet. It's now got a constant drip. We called the home warranty over two weeks ago while it was still under warranty and set the date for them to re come out. They actually called us the day of coming out and change the time of arrival like three times. The. They never showed up. When We called to ask why they said we did come out and service your home. These actually went and serviced a wrong house under our name. LoL smh And Mike was super rude to my wife then over that mistake, so they said we have to go through warranty again and we did. Two weeks later they come out and get here 113o ish on time between the 11-1 window actually but tell us the sink is out of order warranty because it's been passed 90 days since they fixed it. Well over 3 weeks ago when we first called on the warranty it wasn't out of warranty. If they would have showed up to the right house it wouldn't be out of warranty. Mike, who with arguing with me just now has no customer service at all. Was telling us we could request cash from our warranty to buy a faucet of our choice and they would come out and put it for the retail price of $150 labor or pay the $75 warranty deductible and get a standard faucet that they would put in. That he's not getting paid to do a recall. (His exact words) because it's out of warranty when it's these jackwagons fault going to the wrong house 2 1/2 weeks ago that it was out of warranty. We will never deal with these people again. We will request our home warranty to send a different company or we will just pay out of pocket. So not worth it and Mike needs to take a customer service class or something. Most definitely rude.

Update to edit that at first our warranty company said we didn't have to use these plumbers again. Then when we contacted them again about our sink they said we would have to use the same plumbers. Fidelity Home Warranty. So we canceled our home warranty with them. That's how serious we are with how bad this company sucks ass.

No I don't have you confused with someone else. Your employees were sent out to work on my sink and while they were there, they took a pair of my pliers from the nearby kitchen table and tucked them in the back of my oven. Don't try to gaslight me.
