Horrible customer service especially from the older individual that handles the incoming calls (believe he is the owner). I was unable to be present when they showed up to do the work (contracted through home warranty) but the plumber did not bother to explain the reasoning in how the incident occurred. Then when asked to explain he was rude. 4 weeks later the same incident occurred, when S&S was contacted the same individual was extremely rude. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

On a Sunday afternoon I had a broken outdoor hose spigot. The valve had to be sweated on. The fix was quick. Water to the house back on and no leaks...great job.

they were hired by my home warranty to fix a broken valve on a rental unit. the valve was stuck and broke when being used. they reported it to the ins company as abuse (it wasn't, and wanted to charge $550 to replace the whole valve.

i called 2 other plumming companies and they advised that the ""cartridge"" can be replaced for $180- and only when really severe should you replace the whole assembly. i called S&S back to inquire and was treated rudely AND told that im not technical enough to understand the working of a valve. when i asked why they didn't just replace the cartridge, mike told me i was wasting his time...

needless to say, buyer beware, they obviously only want the big jobs and overcharge/ speak badly to people when asked to understand the situation better

try Nick's plumming in the inland empire, they were helpful and will end of getting our buisness

Had a backed up kitchen sink, when I called he said he could be here in ten minutes. True to his word, he showed up, fixed my sink, and gave me the absolute best price quote compared to other companies in the area. Thanks again for the great service!

Gave a call to Sanford re: my backed up kitchen sink this pm and spoke with Mike. He was over to my house in Lake Elsinore within 1/2 hour and after a good snake through the pipes, problem was fixed and he was on his way. Talk about immediate service! Thanks to Mike for a fast and effective visit. Recommend highly.

Called a different Plummer first . Wanted almost $200 just to look at it and then told me if it went over 2 hours it would be more. When I asked how much more he said oh $600 or so.
Ah Hell No!!!!
Called Sanford and Son, Hallelujah!!!! Came right out. Worked on the pipe and when it turned out the septic tank was involved they returned after the tank was pumped to finish.
all for $150.00
They Guys where Great, Polite ,Clean !!!

Hello! I own a rental property in Murrieta. The tenant called after the Thanksgiving weekend to let me know that the downstairs shower had backed-up while his extended family was over. I called our home warranty ( National Fidelity). They sent a plumber out. He could NOT clear the drain and was saying we would have to knock down walls....??? He did NOT know what he was doing. We complained. The next day Tim from Sanford and Sons came out. He thoroughly evaluated our property. He took his time and was willing to go above and beyond. We did not need to break down any walls. We did need to hydro-jet. The problem was solved and my tenant was finally happy. I do not know price because the service was covered by our home warranty. I just know that knowledge and skill level is extremely important when you have a plumbing problem. Tim was great!!!!!

Called Sanford and Son Plumbing today because the plumbing was backing up in the house. Tim was great on the phone. There was no extra charge for a Sunday service call. They came right out and fixed us up. Really appreciated the good attitude and customer service.
