I'm happy with the service that Zack provided, I could tell he was former military by how he carried himself, very professional and disciplined, it was his first time working on a Navien tankless water heater, so there was some trail and error involved but in the end he performed an exceptional job. I am very impressed that I called on a non-emergency issue and Sanford came out to perform my job the next day without charging extra. He did a fantastic job switching out the plumbing and hardware on an existing tiled shower and bath. He converted our old three-handled hardware to the more modern one handle version and covered up the hole with precision. I feel so much better knowing that my plumbing is no longer dripping and works the way it should. And if anything should happen, I feel confident that Sanford will do whatever needs to be done to fix it with the one year warranty. Thank you for your excellent work!

The plumber replaced the shower valve, spicket, and diverter . In less than a year everything thier tech touch is coming apart . I have had to replace the diverter since and now the valve is leaking. I called to see what can be done, the first words out of the receptionist moth was that's why that tech doesn't work here anymore. Then told me everything was out out of warranty and I would have to pay again to get the same work done thier tech messed up. I told her if you don't care about the workmanship or your companies reputation let me know and I'll post a review about it, here I am. They don't care about customer service, or thier workmanship. I would not trust these people in my house again. FYI the plumber showed up late and was rude to my wife.

These guys are so awesome and easy to work with! I needed to get some propane lines run on our property and they came out and helped me understand where to run the lines, how they would be installed, and how they would run them under the house to our appliances.

Mike and Neight did a great job and also installed our tankless hot water heater. Super great and thank you!!!

Would highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

Sanford and Son was dispatched by my home warranty company, I had appointment and a window of arrival. Tech was a no show so I called the office and they said they would get right back to me. Roughly 30-45 minutes later I get a call that the tech quit and was returning the truck. Then instead of offering a timely alternative, (took the day off). I was offered an appointment next week. Sorry that is POOR customer service!
Luckily my home warrant company had another plumber here within two hours. They were polite and solved the issue in short order.

HOLY COW BATMAN!!!! This company saved the day. I can't express how thankful we are for the quality of work they have provided. They were fast and beyond amazing. They really helped us out when we were in a REAL PINCH!!!
