Sanford and Son Plumbing was sent to my home by our home warranty company for a leak in our kitchen. The technician, Brandon, was polite and prompt. Unfortunately he was not able to find the cause of the leak after coming to our house 2 times, so he suggested that we get another opinion. We later learned from another plumbing company that there was a leak under the dishwasher, but I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to sell us on anything. I would consider calling Sanford and Son again for other plumbing needs based on their honesty and customer service.

After being stood up this morning from another ""plumbing company"" S&SP came thru today. My water heater busted Christmas Eve and I had been getting thru with gym showers during the holiday. Called S&SP this afternoon, they were very busy but fitted me in their schedule late this afternoon. I was quoted an estimated price over the phone, when BENNY and TREVOR arrived they realized my setup was a bit more complex would cost a bit more. They not only got the job done right, they honored the estimated price and even hauled away my broken water heater. Benny and Trevor were very professional, cleaned up after their job was completed, never once complained about working past 9pm.

Glad my neighbors recommend this company, will use these guys again and recommend to my neighbors/friends and family. Ask for this BEMNY & TREVOR if you call them out, they make you feel like family. Thanks again & Happy holidays fellas!

Incompetent and dishonest. On a Thursday evening our water heater went out so I called Sanford and Son who had installed it. On Friday they came out and said the parts were on Warranty but the labor would be $250. They said they would try to get the parts and would call back Monday morning.

They did not call back as promised so I called the office late Monday afternoon. The office took my information and said they would call me back Tuesday morning first thing. They didn't. On Tuesday evening I called and talked to the same person who only said she ""vaguely"" remembered me. On Wednesday evening she called to say they finally ordered the parts and they would be in on Monday. Tuesday evening and after 12 days of cold showers later they still had not called me to schedule the repair.

Completely frustrated I called another company who had the parts in stock. The new plumbing company also said that the labor was covered under the warranty. Sanford and Son were going to have me pay for labor and also collect the payment from the manufacturer! Double Dipping! Plus they left me stranded for 13 days. A horrible company.

My plumbing was backed up and Sanford & Son Plumbing came to my rescue! They accepted my call on a Saturday night and sent someone first thing Sunday morning, while others told me they were only open Mon-Fri. Plumbing problems usually can't wait, and I have no idea what I would have done had I had to wait until Monday. Andrew came out and was extremely thorough in finding the problem and making sure all my lines were unplugged, versus just the obvious. He provided me detailed explanations of what the problem was, and showed me what he was doing. He provided excellent customer service and I am so grateful for Andrew and Sanford & Son Plumbing. Thank you!!

This review speaks to his character more so than his work. Sanford recently did business with our company, and he is a pro. He is an upstanding guy who is very trustworthy and pays attention to detail. Those are hard qualities to find these days. Highly recommend giving them a call for your next plumbing job.

So, let's keep it real. I started out frustrated because the problem took a few trips to clearly get identified because it seemed like to many ""cooks were in kitchen"". With me being the worst and most unqualified cook of them all. :-)
Not anyone's fault because Sandford & Son were brought in 3rd party as the experts. And, that they are! From office support, Valerie, to skilled technicians, BRANDON & BENNY everyone was awesome. See for me, EXCELLENT customer service is in finding the SOLUTION! Brandon & Benny were committed to solving the problem. They clearly went ABOVE & BEYOND to solve the problem! On top of that, they did some extra details and said no additional charge... consider it part of our warranty! That's the customer service we all look for, to not feel ""nickeled and dimed"".
SOLD! Sanford & Son Customer for life and all my friends will be referred!

Had a clogged kitchen sink and was referred to Sanford & Son. They were able to come out the same day. Brandon arrived a little early thanks to completing his previous job ahead of schedule (he made sure we were okay with it of course), which was great for us because of the inconvenience of not having a kitchen sink. Brandon was friendly and professional. He found and corrected the problem quickly and we are now able to wash our dishes again.

I highly recommend Sanford & Son!

There are no amount of words to express my gratitude to Sanford and Sons. Yesterday, my water main decided to break. I called earlier this afternoon and talked to Valerie for help. Valerie rocks!!!! They were here in 30 minutes. They explained everything that needed to be done. They were so nice and addressed all of my concerns. And before I knew it, they were done, and water started flowing back into the house. I am truly grateful and thankful, that they were able to help. I will be calling Sanford & Sons for anything I may need in the future!!!!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.They were sent to my house through the warranty company to replace my water heater and let me tell you these are the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. They are not honest people and have no customer service that cares and THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU and leave a mess behind. Also don't leave them alone in your garage. If you call them to complain about their work instead of trying to resolve the problem they will yell at you and call you a liar.
