Sanford and Son Plumbing was sent to me through my home warranty policy, Old Republic Home Protection. This is the first time I have been completely satisfied with the quality and professionalism of services provided through Old Republic.

Sanford and Son Plumbing were quick to respond to the request of services. Rudy the service technician that came out was friendly, respectful and quick to assess what my plumbing problem was. Which was I needed new toilets! As soon as the approval of service was granted for the work that needed to be done, Sanford and Son Plumbing responded within a day or two to come out and replace the toilets. I never imagined myself being excited about getting new toilets, but there I was living the dream thanks to Sanford and Sons!

It was refreshing to have a company that not only responded to a request for services but they did so quickly and totally did a class A job. I am so impressed with their service, I will only use them for all my needs that they provide in the future.

These folks have a $69.00 advertisement to unclog a drain. When they showed up the Plummer said he didn't know anything about it. I called the office and the owner said that this was old deal that had expired yes to this day it's still on their website. Feels like a "" bait and switch"" if you still use these guys make sure you verify their price before they respond.

This place is a joke, had the same plummer come out and did nothing to help me with my water heater, we've been showering with cold and sometimes warm water for about 3 months.i told him the issue all he did is seek help from a diffrent plumming company, we will be glad to give our money to somebody else, take ur bussiness somewhere else, also nobody ever answers the phone at the office when u call.this place sucks.

Once again, Sanford & Son Plumbing saves the day. We had a few aging toilets that kept running more and more. Asked Sanford to come out and help replace the flappers and give some advice on possible replacement toilets since the others were showing their age (i.e. 20 years old).

Rudy came by yesterday to help with the flappers (short term fix) and gave his input on the ""newer"" toilets, options etc. In the end I opted to replace the 3 toilets and bought them same day at a local home improvement store. Rudy was available to come back the very next day (!) to help get them installed for me.

Rudy is the best! He came by early to knock them out, and did an amazing job. Not only removed the old ones, but took them for disposal, installed the new ones, caulked, tested, etc. We even had a challenge in that one of the 3 was too tall for the downstairs bathroom counter, so he hung around (installing the other 2 and offering to get an ""early lunch"") to allow me time to drive to 3 (!) home improvement stores to find a replacement with the right dimensions and that was in stock. He hung around to make sure I could get all 3 done today.

Sanford and Son is my go-to plumber for everything, and Rudy is THE BEST.

Awful service. They do not stand behind their work. Sanford and Son came in October to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. Six months later the faucet was leaking again. The home warranty sent them out again. They looked at the faucet for 5 minutes and claimed that it was improperly installed and they couldn't touch it. They went on to deny installing that faucet and blaming me for having replaced it myself. I never received their proof of what they originally installed. Additionally, they claimed that the person who installed it was not longer with them. So many excuses and calling me a liar, when all the new company did was get a manufacturer replacement on the faucet and installed the correct one.

All the headache and frustration was caused because they wouldn't admit to what they did.

S&S diagnosed a leak under our house quickly and made the repair in a tough to access space.
They explained what was found and fixed it correctly. Prompt, courteous and efficient. Excellent job well done. I would call on them again for any plumbing related work.

I had an appointment with these guys on Friday, November 13 between 10-11 AM. The guy didn't bother to show up. I waited until 11 AM and then left cause I have better things to do then sit around and wait. This guy Israel finally called after 12 pm and I asked him why he didn't show up. He said he sent me an e-mail that he was running late! Apparently he did this over an hour after our scheduled appointment time. I told him I already left and he said he was going to talk to his boss about rescheduling. He never called back... What a joke! These guys are very unprofessional. Take your plumbing needs elsewhere!

We waited a week for our appointment, for no one to show up. I begged and pleated for a sooner appointment and they said 6 days out was the soonest they could get there. Then no one shows up, no one calls, nothing! I've been calling and leaving multiple messages all day with no answer to their phone, no return call and now they keep sending me straight to voicemail. Someone text me and asked for me to respond via text so I did and now no one is responding. My husband took the whole day off work to sit and wait for no one to come or have enough respect to even call! So frustrating!!!!
