I have used Sanctified plumbing a few times. Charles and or his office staff have always been quick to return my call and show up to handle my plumbing problem. Charles is friendly and knows his business. He has always made sure I am aware of all my options and let me choose the best path to get my plumbing fixed in my budget. I would recommend Sanctified Plumbing

Called Sanctified to have them take a look at a leaking waste pipe in the corner of our basement. Charles showed up on time to take a look and give an estimate (my wife was there for the estimate). He recommended digging up outside the house, as the cast iron pipe was broken near the foundation on the inside, so to fully replace the broken portion, he would have to access it from both sides of the foundation.

Due to the cost, I initially thought to just have him snake the line instead (it was leaking from the top of the cast iron pipe, so there was a partial blockage. remove the blockage, could have stopped the leaking). I called and chatted with Charles and he convinced me it was risky to leave this pipe the way it was.

After digging out the front, he showed me the pipe on that side of the foundation, which was totally cracked and leaking into the ground. :(

He did an excellent job replacing the pipe, using PVC that won't corrode. The connections to the existing cast iron look rock solid.

The best part though, after he left, you totally can't even tell anything was done to the ground outside my house!!!! He cleaned up perfectly (he had put the rocks and dirt into buckets when digging it out). Same for the inside, it was actually cleaner in that area than before he started.

Nice guy as well and I would definitely recommend him, especially for any major waste pipe work.

Overall, these guys were great! Very friendly on the phone, convenient appointment times, and an extremely nice plumber. Definitely one of the nicest companies I have ever worked with.

review for honesty. I called him based on Yelp reviews. I told him the situation - toilets were draining slowly. previous plumber had come and and tried said it was the city's problem. He said he could come the next day but to call the city and they could come out that day and why not have the city do a free consult? Very honest and helpful and saved me plumber #2! Said his speciality is 90% sewers. so next time I have such an issue I am calling Sanctified plumbing! Husband = plumber. wife = front desk.

Late on a Friday night, found that my outdoor booster pump's hose was leaking and spraying a fine mist. Called Charles at Sanctified. He showed up on time, first thing Saturday morning, diagnosed the problem, bought the parts needed even though he had to try 3 different stores, came back and fixed the problem and put in a better hose than originally. All-in, my problem was fixed within 12 hours. I'm a happy camper. 5 stars!

Was referred to Sanctified Plumbing when I was desperate as my tub was backing up and I have two young children. They were very helpful and came out so quick to solve the problem. Charles explained was he was doing and it actually made sense to me. Really appreciated their service.

I was very impressed. Charles came late on a weekday in the time frame they said he was going to show up. I was greeted with a nice handshake and a business card. He was able to resolve our plumbing nightmare in under 30 minutes! Will definitely recommend him and will use him again if we need to. He knew that we were stuck and could have gouged us as many trades people do when they know you're in trouble. He didn't, very fair. Great Job!

If you believe it should take four days to repair or replace a hot water heater, enjoy the suspense of not knowing if your plumber is going to show up on time - if at all, find updates or having your phone calls returned a hassle, and are thrilled with a huge bill, then Sanctified Plumbing is for you.

So, I wanted a gas range to replace a 4-burner electric. I needed to get a dedicated natural gas line installed from my meter to the kitchen. I turned to yelp and did my search. I used some words such as ""gas line"" and ""under house"" with no luck. I called a couple of companies that were rated high. Criterias were that I wanted to get a permit from the city, needed the gas line to go underneath the house, solution on how the work was going to be done and how much it was going to cost. One plumber didn't even bid the job stating that it would be too much, but he did finally quote the job verbally, 1 plumber did not even show up, another gave me a ridiculous bid without even looking at the home. It takes time to interview people for this type of job, I think the term ""permit"" weeds out a lot of plumbers, as they may not possess one or possibly no one likes to work under the house. So do your homework! Another review of yelp took me to Sanctified Plumbing. I shot them an email from their website. They replied same day. A date was chosen and Charles came over within the time window agreed upon and we discussed what I needed. Charles looked at the task and gave a recommendation on how he would perform the task and estimated how long it would take. I asked him about the Foster City Permit, and he stated that he would take care of it with the inspector but someone had to be home to allow the inspector to review the gas connection in the kitchen. He would not give me a quote on the spot, but he promised it in a couple of days in which he did send via email. The solution was for a single California Approved flexible hose tied to underneath the house was appealing as I can sleep good at night that there will be no leaks over the years. As long as it will pass the city inspector review, I did not mind paying the $6 per foot hose. So I went with Sanctified plumbing. Date was set as the job was to take one day. Material availability caused a start one day later but Sanctified Plumbing immediately called me about it and it was no big deal for me. The start day went with out a hitch. Charles arrived on time and began work. He and his helper were very courteous. Charles took the time to let me know the plan and explained the parts being used and what he will be showing the city inspector. I'm the curious DIY type of person and he answered all my questions. They finished as plan and they cleaned up the kitchen where they drilled and left the worksite in the garage clean. He had set up a time to meet the City inspector about 3 days later which also had no issues. I was impressed with Charles and his team from the quoting to the finished service of adding a gas line with support for acquiring the permit was a great experience. I would definitely use Sanctified Plumbing again.

These guys are fantastic - we needed some routine work done on drains at our house (some deferred maintenance from a previous owner) and they were punctual, polite, friendly, and thorough. While here, I also mentioned a couple of other projects that I had forgotten to mention on the phone (cleaning a french drain, storm drain), and Charles and his team happily checked them out and dove in. I hope to not need more plumbing services for a while, but when I do I will call Charles again and would happily recommend him to others.
