Charles installed a tankless Navien water heater for us recently. He did a very thorough and professional job - even coming out subsequent to the installation to tweak the unit and optimize it's performance at no additional cost.
Charles & his wife, Angela, are straight-shooters, honest, thorough and pleasant. Prices seem fair and reasonable. We'll be back!!! (PS - Charles is now about half the size of his picture on Yelp, so don't be deterred - he can get into the tighter locations.)

I called Sanctified for the first time because our usual sewer guy did not return my messages. I won't be going back to the old plumber. Sanctified has an actual and very nice dispatcher answering the phone. We made an appointment and he arrived exactly on time, snaked out the drain line, explained to me how a home drainage system works, what kind of repairs we were eventually in for, how they can do a scope and inspection in the future, etc., without any sales pitch. The price was very resonable and there was even a first-time customer discount. Highly recommended.

Once again, Charles came through. As I said in my 2012 review, this guy is as honest as the day is long. And that is nice in a plumber. He was very clear about what the repair would cost and there were no surprises. Sanctified is a safe bet.

They came over to my house to give me an estimate on removing a lego from my drain. After disassembling it, they told me it would take 3 people up to 3 hours to fix my drain for a potential total of about $900. I said no thank you.

They left without reassembling my drain, and took one of the screws with them. They left my drain unusable and refused to even talk to me again, not returning phone calls.

A trip to home depot for new screws and shop vac, and I removed the lego myself for $105.

Charles is great!!! He came out and fixed a broken pull-out kitchen faucet that was installed wrong. He fixed the leak and fixed the bad install. They came out quickly, picked up the unique part for me, and were really nice. It works great now. I will definitely call Sanctified again.

Charles came out to my house because none of our toilets would flush and water was backing up in the tub. Our usual plumber was busy and warned me about getting ""price gouged"". Not the case with Sanctified! Charles discovered that the main line needed to be cleaned at the exit and Redwood City Public Works should take care of it for free! Even waived the consultation fee. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and would not hesitate to call Charles again.

Called Sanctified to have them take a look at a leaking waste pipe in the corner of our basement. Charles showed up on time to take a look and give an estimate (my wife was there for the estimate). He recommended digging up outside the house, as the cast iron pipe was broken near the foundation on the inside, so to fully replace the broken portion, he would have to access it from both sides of the foundation.

Due to the cost, I initially thought to just have him snake the line instead (it was leaking from the top of the cast iron pipe, so there was a partial blockage. remove the blockage, could have stopped the leaking). I called and chatted with Charles and he convinced me it was risky to leave this pipe the way it was.

After digging out the front, he showed me the pipe on that side of the foundation, which was totally cracked and leaking into the ground. :(

He did an excellent job replacing the pipe, using PVC that won't corrode. The connections to the existing cast iron look rock solid.

The best part though, after he left, you totally can't even tell anything was done to the ground outside my house!!!! He cleaned up perfectly (he had put the rocks and dirt into buckets when digging it out). Same for the inside, it was actually cleaner in that area than before he started.

Nice guy as well and I would definitely recommend him, especially for any major waste pipe work.

Overall, these guys were great! Very friendly on the phone, convenient appointment times, and an extremely nice plumber. Definitely one of the nicest companies I have ever worked with.
