I didn't choose them, but my home warranty company assigned them to me. I spoke to Roxanne on Monday to schedule an appointment. We agreed on Wednesday morning. She said it would be morning, but she couldn't give me an exact time until the day of. She would call me first thing Wednesday morning to let me know where I fell in the queue.
I received a call first thing yesterday morning (Tuesday). Roxanne told me I was second in line for the day. I reminded her that my appointment was for Wednesday morning. *I Knew this because I was sitting at my laptop and put the appointment in my calendar while we were on the phone.* She said she remembered and would call me the next day. No problem.
No call today. I called her and she sounded flustered and confused. She told me they didn't know when they were coming, likely the evening. I reminded her that my appointment was for the a.m. and she told me that she would never tell me that I had a morning appointment and that it was the plumber who decided where he would go at what time. I told her that I was certain she said morning as I would have scheduled a day when I was home the entire day versus half-day. She rudely said that she always tells customers that it could be any time of day. Not accurate.
I then looked at their Yelp reviews and decided to back out. I took their initial rudeness and confusion as a sign of things to come.

I was told they could handle our repair. Waited half a day. They were late and then told me they don't have bandwidth to handle after collecting my warranty check and leaving without notifying me. Now I have to find another company and take another day off and find a hotel since they weren't upfront from the beginning even though I told them the issue.

Horrible service.....when you call their office it sounds like a Daycare..... They can't keep a scheduled appointment. Plumber was rude and would not explain the issue to me, he said that he didn't have to talk to me..... Spoke to the home warranty people and told them I would not accept this person or company back into my residence. They referred it to another company

My hot water heater broke down 3 days ago on Monday late in the afternoon. I called my home warranty company and they assigned my job to Sancho Services. I gave them a call and, as I've read in other Yelp! reviews, a woman answered the phone with the sound of children in the background. She told me that someone would be out the next day. This was my first service call since getting the home warranty so I didn't know what to expect; I was disappointed that no one was coming the same day since water was pouring out of the bottom of my heater but I realized that the home warranty service is not necessarily an emergency service. I had to deal with the leaking and getting the heater drained out and turned off myself that first night.
On Tuesday afternoon, a plumber and an assistant showed up from Sancho, looked at what needed to be done, explained the process to me, left me a business card and told me he would submit all the information to the warranty company within a couple of hours. I paid him the $100 service fee and followed up with the warranty company the following morning which was yesterday. After being told by the warranty company what they would cover and what I would pay out of pocket, I texted the plumber to find out when he could come and do the work. He was very responsive. He called me right back once he had the order approval from the warranty company to schedule installation of a new heater. He was ready to install yesterday afternoon, but I was out running errands so opted for first thing this morning. Sure enough, 2 other plumbers came this morning and installed my new heater. They were professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I will gladly call Sancho again.
I wanted to leave this review because I came to Yelp! to read about Sancho Services after the warranty company assigned my job to them since I'd never heard of them before. The reviews I'd read had me concerned about the service I would get, but it all turned out fine. I think my experience was better than some of the other reviewers because once I had the plumber's cell phone number, I texted him directly rather than calling the number the home warranty company gives for Sancho. The lady who answers that number is nice, but seems to be really busy.

I was contacted by this company for a home warranty claim. They told me the issue I reported to my warranty provider is not their specialization. I asked them to inform the warranty company so they can send someone else but the lady argues I should be the one telling the warranty provider to send someone else. This is ridiculous, if they can't fix something they ought to discuss it with the warranty provider and not waste home owners' time.

I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not show up when they say they are going to. I was provided them through my home warranty. I spoke to someone on Friday, 10/7/16 and they said they could come out on Monday and they would call at 8am on Monday to give me the 2 hour window in which they were going to come. No one called me. I called at 11am, left a message, requested a call back and no one called. I called my home warranty at 2:30, they were able to reach them and they said they'd call shortly to let me know when they could come out. Sancho services called back at 3, tells me they no longer can make it out today and requested to come out the next day, Tuesday 10/11/16. I let them know that doesn't work for me and again requested they come out that day, as they scheduled. She said they couldn't because other jobs took too long that day. I let them know that no one could be available at my home until after 2 on Tuesday. She said that was fine. I asked if I was going to run in to the same issue as Monday since it was the end of the day and if they weren't going to make it out because the other jobs took too long. She said no, that if we were available after 2, someone would be out there after 2.
Once again, the morning of Tuesday 10/11/16, no call at 8am to give me a 2 hour window. I have one missed call today at 10:27am with no voicemail, that I've now determined was them.
I called back at 455 to inquire why no one has come to my home. She tells me that they are done for the day and that she called me today when they were an hour out and if no one answered the phone then they weren't going to come out there.
1. I'm a widowed, single mom, that has to work full time to support my family. I can't sit around and answer my phone every second of every day. Surely I'm not the only person that misses a call every now and then. And surely I'm not the only person who doesn't save contractors phone numbers in my phone. So, if a voicemail is not left- how am I supposed to know who to call back?? There was no voicemail left for me today at 10:27am and I didn't recognize the number while I'm busy working.
2. They failed to make it to their scheduled appointment on Monday and I let them know I was only available after 2pm on Tuesday. Calling me when "they're an hour out" at 10:27am would have put them at my house at approximately 11:27 when I told them no one was available until after 2pm.
Clearly they don't want business and they don't want to work. Unless you want to sit around day after day and not get your issue fixed, I don't recommend them to anyone.

Needed a new water heater replacement, and I called my warranty company. The warranty company referred me to S.O.S. Plumbing Company. Contrary to the reviews I read I have to say that Jaime, the plumber, was very respectful and professional about his work. During the initial visit he explained the complete process so I would know how to proceed as well as know what to expect. I chose to allow them to complete the service instead of finding another company. Jaime, the plumber, went one step above. He made a temporary fix so I can have running water in the house. Everything, went exactly as I was told Once approved, they were back out to finish the work.

These guys have worked on our home twice. Installed a brand new kitchen faucet about 8 months ago. Recommended the correct faucet, were very professional and friendly. My husband contacted them for another job they showed up early as we requested, were friendly and very professional. Fixed our leak and did a bang up job. Whenever we need a plumber we will call them!

In the past my home warranty company sent a guy out to my house from Sancho to fix my toilet and I was so pleased with the service and the very nice guy that I kept their number. So this time I specifically asked for Sancho but the home warranty people sent another company instead that I was very unimpressed with. That company gave me an estimate of $725 to repair a leak in my front yard. I felt led to call Sancho since I was going to have to pay out of pocket anyway. Sancho completed the job yesterday for $325! So if you need a plumber inside or out give Sancho a call.

Absolutely horrendous customer service request from Sancho Service.
I called American Home Shield due to a broken and very leaky hot water heater on Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016 and got assigned to Sancho. I got the phone number to Sancho Services around 2:00 pm on Easter and spoke to a lady that said it was Easter and they weren't coming out because of the holiday but I would be seen tomorrow so I said OK, I understand. The next morning, I call back at 7:00 am to make sure that I'm on the list for today, she assured me that I was on the list for Monday and they would definitely be out. So I waited until about 12:00 pm and called once again but I'm reassured that they are coming, hang tight. Well 3:20 pm rolls around and no call, no knock so I make a call to Sancho, the lady who I've been talking to since Easter tells me that I'm number two on the list and they will be there soon. Night falls and its now 7:20 pm and I politely call Sancho once again, the same woman answers and tells me that I'm now scheduled for tomorrow and that she never told me I would be seen Monday? WTF???? I said I have three phones calls to you from today asking if I would be seen and you told me yes. She tells me that she never said that and I was always scheduled for Tuesday? If I was scheduled to be seen on Tuesday, why in the hell would I continually call you on Monday? At this point she hangs up.
I'm not sure how this company is still in business but like the other reviewers, if you are assigned this company by a home warranty service, get another company.
