Cracked toilet tank. Came out and said miss use of toilet. Tanks crack, it is a fact. We were not home when it did. They are scammers. I called warranty company to see if it would be covered, they assured me it would and was then told due to plumber report it would not be. We canceled because not paying $500.00 to replace a 50.00 tank. Toilet is only 2 years old and there were reports that toilet bowls had issues with tanks cracking.
Sancho plumbing sos is a company that is after money. No integrity. They were rude and are totally scamming people. Customer service is ridiculous and zero professionalism. Do not use. I am not one to say anything negative. However, taking advantage of people for personal gain is not and never will be right. Get second opinions when in doubt.

Company lies about items under home warranty and up charges $1000 for hot water heater, $500 for toilet! Company says misuse from homeowners so they can charge extra money from homeowners! Reported to American Homeshield! Do not use!

We had their services through our home warranty company. Sancho Services called the next day, set up the appointment for early the next morning and had it fixed quickly. The office representative and technicians who came to the house were friendly & courteous and we are very satisfied with their service!

My home warranty sent them to diagnose my kitchen sink and they told me that there is metal block and I would have to pay out of pocket and when I asked them to let me observe the findings they were hesitant. looking at the review it looks like they are a scam and probably make money by helping them warranty companies denying the claims.

Jesse was supposed to fix a leaking pipe in my attic. I had already located the leak (a pinhole) and cleared the space around it. Jesse came and did a shotty job to temporarily stop the leak. He told the home warranty company that he could not access the leak which is an obvious lie because he put a cut piece of rubber and a clamp on the pinhole; that fix didn't even work. If he could do that with no issue, how does he not have access!?!? He wants me to pay him $425 to move some insulation, an air duct, and put down a board for him to complete the pipe repair. I refused to pay this crook any additional money to fix a leak. I had to put the towel back under the leak. Look at the pics and you be the judge; is there access or not?

They were sent out by my home warranty company for two leaky sinks. They were courteous and friendly and got straight to work. Jesse explained everything. They came back 3 times (as we had to order parts 2x) and each time I was thoroughly pleased with everything. They were great.

They didn't show up when scheduled even though they insisted that they were only available at the time they scheduled. When I called they said they canceled but had forgot to call.

Lazy technicians that do not want to lift a finger. Went trough American home shield. My washer had a kink on the hose and they did not even bother to move the washer to see if there were any damage to the hoses. They stated that I was suppose to give them access. First of all, I am a woman and cannot move the washer on my own, otherwise I would have done so. The least the technician could have done is checked the back of the washer to see if there was anything wrong with the hoses. $75 service call for nothing, called another PLUMER to come see what the issue was and he fixed the issue in 10 minutes.
