After reading so many positive reviews on Yelp, we decided to call Norman for a small project we needed done. Norman came the next morning. He was unable to do our project, but referred us to his associate Ray. Even though Norman wasn't about to help us with our job, he offered any assistance or help with any questions we may have. Ray called me immediately and came the next day. He offered an alternative suggestion to fixing our problem which worked out better than the original plan.

Look how different the previous and new looks like! My house hasn't been taken care for quite a long time, the paint starts to get peel off. Also the outer wall has some cracks on it. We are worried about the next year raining season, as a wood house the waterproof is always very important.

Norman is really responsible to the work, and he is very clear on each work item. He will visit the house and see the condition, and then he will send the quote that lists every details you discussed with clear amount. And he will not charge extra at the end, everything is been discussed and agreed by together, and no extra back and forth later. It's quite a very good work experience with him. Also his work is very high quality. His assistant Vic is also a very nice guy with solid handy work ability.

The price is fair and very match the quality I receive. Definitely I will find him for next work again. Thanks Norman!

Norman came out to our place to fix what another plumber couldn't completely fix. Basically what happened was - there was a leak from the shower (second floor) to the kitchen ceiling (first floor) and the plumber who came out in the first place was so sure that the cause was just the face plate. Long story short, the cause wasn't just the face plate and it still leaked.

Norman came to rescue us and he thoroughly analyzed and tested every single corner in that shower. He took his time to make 100% sure it's not leaking anymore and patched up the open ceiling, painted it afterwards.
Highly skilled, he knows his stuff! Thanks Norman!!

Professional, precise, understanding, and knowledgeable handyman who does what exactly needed to be done and will finish the job as it has been scheduled. He detected and diagnosed the plumbing issues that the real plumber could not. Norman is one of the better handymen that we could find and be extremely happy with the job done.
