Superb service!
I reached out over the weekend regarding a problem with our kitchen faucet. Norman responded right away and came over the same day to take a look at the problem. He then walked me through the process of reaching out to the manufacturer to get a replacement part. He was knowledgable, patient, and super helpful, and I cannot thank him enough. Highly recommended!

This person farmed out my request for Electrician help to some other random person he supposedly works with. That person responded, confirmed an appointment with me to provide an estimate and then cancelled the day of to work on something else more time sensitive. He mentioned he would be in contact to reschedule and then never reached out.

I had to reach out to him 5 days later only for him to respond he was no longer interested as he's ""out of town"". Is it too much to expect professional and proactive communication? I can't recommend working with these people based on this experience.

Norman has been incredibly patient, thorough, and knowledgeable in coaching me through the fix of some leak issues in our new home. He has so much expertise and focuses on how best to solve the problem, rather than getting a quick buck or over promising with our family. Even while out of town, he has been very responsive, proactive, and helpful in getting us to troubleshoot this tricky issue since our house is an old house with unique architecture. Norman has 5 star ratings for a reason, he is prompt, polite, professional, and fairly priced. I called him to have him replace my garbage disposal which was rattling like crazy - and I couldn't find anything stuck in it. He came and dissembled the old one to find a small piece of metal. He reassembled it and showed me how to maintain it - no replacement needed. The job cost less than his original quote, and I was able to return the unneeded replacement garbage disposal. I look forward to engaging his services for other handyman work.

Called Norman Saturday morning to see if we can get help with a sprinkler that won't shut off. He was kind enough to talk us through potential problem areas over the phone. We ultimately figured out how to shut off the sprinkler. We asked if how much we would owe him for the phone consultation and he refused. We'll be using him next time we come across any house work required or issues.
