After a couple plumbing companies did not return my call, one saying my job was too small, I looked on yelp for a handyman. Norman had great reviews so I reached out to him. I called; he answered. The other companies encouraged me to leave a message at the sound of the beep. I sent a picture of what I needed fixed. He said he could help me but he was booked. How about Sunday? What? Perfect, I didn't have to take off work. So Sunday morning he arrived on time, with a smile, and replaced my toilet handle. After it was fixed, he showed me what he did, and explained why the handle he replaced (it was only 4 months old) broke. I am happy to report, my toilet handle is working perfectly.

Norman is a great handyman that does very high quality work. He takes his time to get the job done right and doesn't cut corners. I've had Norman do a few jobs around the house included removing some garage cabinetry, fixing the electrical power in a garden shed (very difficult to diagnose), installing undercabinet lights in my kitchen, repairing a bunch of dry rot wood siding, and repairing a outdoor stone veneer wall. I've found him to been honest, reliable, and someone who communicates well throughout. I would happily hire him again.

Norman saved the day! I was attempting to change a lock, which was supposed to be an easy job. Of course, it wasn't. I removed the back panel while the latch was in locked position. I ended up locking myself from the inside. I called a locksmith who quoted ridiculously high. I decided to try a handyman and phoned Norman who picked up right away. He thankfully was in the area and arrived within minutes. He unlocked the door easily. Not only did he get the job done but what really impressed me was his response time and honesty. Overall great experience.
