They were on time, then identified and fixed the problem quickly without any unnecessary up-selling. Then they did a check around the rest of the house to make sure everything was in good shape.

I had my usual plumber totally blow me off when I called for a leaky shut off valve. I got a referral from a fried for San Jose Drain and Main. He told me they were the only one out of three plumbers he called to actually show up. They did a good job for him and they did a good job for me. No complaints, so far the fawcett is fine and no longer leaking. Giovani also gave me a tip to try and get my water bill reduced (if it was high from the leak) by sending a copy of the invoice to the water company. Wish my old plumber told me that the last time i had a leaking valve in the toilet. Another reason I'll be switching to San Jose Drain and Main for good.

When San Jose Drain and Main arrived, they greeted me and got right to work. They snaked the main drain from the vent pipe on the roof. They obviously hit the clog right away because the kitchen sink drained right away and the hot water I was running to help release the clog was going straight down. They suggested to put some dish soap down the drain periodically to try to help wash away the muck that builds up. I usually use a pot of boiling water to flush the drain from time to time. I will probably add dish soap to that process as well.

Just wanted to add one more - these guys are super nice and very talented. They did some work for me a few months ago and went above and beyond - stayed late due to some unexpected issues but only charged me the quoted rate, and finished things very nicely. They pointed out some other things I should consider doing and even gave me instructions and tips for how to do the simpler things since I am a DIY kind of guy. Top notch - who I recomend to everyone now.

Giovanni and David came and replaced the faucets in my home. They were awesome - courteous, professional, quick and very knowledgeable.
