We unfortunately needed to contact SJ Drain and Main again for clogged drains, but once again, they were FANTASTIC! They are honest, professional, friendly, on time and very good at what they do. We've had them do work on our old house 3 times, and they have always come through with flying colors. We highly recommend them, and we will definitely be contacting them again if we need plumbing services.

We have used Drain and Main twice in the past 6 months and found the team to offer great value, skilled work, great communication skills and a sense of humor. They snaked our drains, relit our water heater pilot (at no cost to us), and replaced a valve cartidge and and shower head in our shower. They also fixed our toilet handle without charging us. I heartily recommend Drain and Main for your plumbing needs.

I agree with the other reviews that tout the integrity of the owner (Giovani) and his team.

The phone communication was not as stellar as in-person communication (still pretty good though). So, be patient with these folks on the phone and your reward will come in the service.

There's a reason why they have over 700 5-star reviews. Giovani is the consummate professional and he's a master of his craft. When it comes to plumbing work, it's best to go with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and detail orientated. He checks off all those attributes and then some. I'm so thankful I ran into him at the plumbing supply store when I was in crisis mode from another person who did a poor job. Giovani's been able to fix our tub spout, hose bibs, toilet leak, and install our new water softener system with bypass valves and hose spout.

He'll continue to be our go-to guy without a doubt!

Got the old cast iron kitchen drain line replaced with new ABS one. Giovanni was excellent all the way. On the first visit he provided an extremely detailed inspection and provided a competitive quote. Was on time, and really efficient in doing his work. Provided pictures of the work done that showed quality of work. All in all solid work by a solid guy, highly recommended.

Giovani is our go to plumber for all of the work we have done on the house, ranging from simple projects like repairing rodent damage to pipes to more complex projects like installing a recirculation pump. His rates are fair and he is thorough in the work he does, making sure everything is done correctly, even if it requires multiple trips. They had previously cleared my stopped up sewer drains, but this time I had a twisted copper water supply line from a failed attempt to change a hose bib. It wasn't an emergency, so they came out a day or two later and quickly made the repair quickly. The price wasn't cheap, but he was very professional and fast.

BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT ACTUAL WORK.

Contacted the business, seemed to have great reviews. However, customer service was not the best over the phone. Read the description of the Yelp looking for leak detection, tried to describe my need, but was abruptly interrupted with a quick ""we don't do leak detection"" and an ended phone call.

I'm sure the work would have been 5 stars like everyone said, but the initial interaction was not the best.
