I was inquiring on the cost of a leak detection with San Diego Leak Detection. I explained my situation and gave as much detail as possible. After reviewing my situation, Darrell concluded that my situation did not sound like it was a leak. At this time, I wont be using Darrell' services since it sounds like its not needed for me. I really appreciate Darrell's honesty. He could of very easily said I think we need to run a detection and charged me. Instead, he evaluated my needs and came to the conclusion.

Darrell, Although I may not be needing your services today, in the future, if I do or know anyone that does, I will be referring them to you.

We had some kind of water leak and I called and left a message with this company. Darrell immediately called me back and spent about 15 minutes on the phone patiently walking me through the various testing I could do to narrow down the source of the leak. Even though I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying (a few times), he maintained the same patient, helpful demeanor.
After following his direction, it appears my leak is in my irrigation system and he referred me to a specialist he trusted.
I'm still shaking my head over what he just did with me over the phone. Amazing customer service and kindness (someone else used that word & it is beyond accurate) are alive and well... at least in Darrell's world!

Darrel Cooper is great! He immediately picked up his phone when I called and was able to come over to my house just a couple hours later. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. What's more, he took the time to show me around my water meter and valves to make sure I understood how to read them and operate them. Happy customer!

Darrel is amazing! He was able to come to my house on very short notice, late in the day, and help with a water problem that caused us to have to shut off our water. He is such an incredibly nice guy and very professional. Really can't speak more highly of the service he provided us. If you are worried about finding a leak, I would highly recommend giving Darrel a call. He also provided some tips on things I could do myself that would save me money with the plumber. Awesome service from Darrell. He came out to the house less than 24 hours after getting a call from us. The appointment was set for 2pm, and he was there right before 2 . Amazing! How often does that happen for a contractor to arrive on time? Never, for me. Darrell was very thorough in his inspection, and even double-checked. He recommended that I contact a plumber to fix one of the problems, then decided he would just fix it himself. How nice of him! Very nice person. I highly recommend San Diego Leak Detection.

Darrel is a pro. Came out within 2 hours and located the leak and all other potential leakers very quickly. He's methodical and thorough, obviously knows what he's doing. Saved me a bundle in plumbing costs. He explained it all to me as well as the plumbers. This is my second leaker and I wish I had Darrel on my team before. Darrel came out on short notice, and was at my home within 3 hours. Spent a great deal of time helping to isolate issues and find where we would have any potential leaks. We found the issue and Darrel also referred me to another party who could assist with fixing my sprinkler valves....he even offered to come back out (for no charge) to ensure we were truly leak free after the fix is done. I highly recommend SD Leak Detection and will use Darre again in the future.

We called Darrel Cooper on a Friday afternoon to take a look at a leak we had just discovered. He was kind and warm over the phone and came right out even though it was later on a Friday evening and most likely inconvenient with traffic, etc. Upon arrival we found Darrel to be extremely competent and professional.
