I had a slap leak that was fixed, but one week later a different leak started. Darrell was excellent. Because of the location of the leak he suggested going through the walls vs the concrete slab. He also recommended three plumbers for my consideration. Excellent service.

Darrell is really great. We had moisture issues with our slab foundation. We had one leak detector come out and find nothing. I really wanted to be sure, so I called Darrell. Darrell was pretty confident I didn't have a slab leak and didn't want to take my money, but I insisted he come out anyway. He was right, he didn't find a slab leak, but he was super helpful and thorough and helped us to find an irrigation peak that explained our meter moving.

On a second instance when we needed our water main found, he was again helpful in recommending a company capable of finding PVC pipes. He was honest with us that he didn't have that equipment.

This guy is a really honest contractor, really just wants to help out. Rare these days and definitely a gem.

Thought I had a slab leak, called to Darrell based on the reviews. He spent time listening to me and explained that this is something different from what I thought, and that him coming, charging me, and confirming what he suggested would be just waste of my money and time.
That's a great attitude, which is so rare now.

Darryl did not find the leak exactly, but he narrowed the search and recommended a restoration service. You can see by the photo he located the leak to that spot (small square hole). He explained that a lot of drywall would need to be replaced and that it would be better to get the restoration service on the job. He worked on the problem for at least an hour and did not charge us. He was fair and professional. We would recommend him.

I called Darrel because my water bill two times running was double what it always has been, and I could not detect any visible leaks.
Darrel was on the phone with me for twenty minutes, suggesting all the things I could check before he needed to come out. He said that 90% of these problems are irrigation issues that are easily resolved.
I did do what he suggested, and found a drip from the nozzle/spigot in my backyard. I replaced those (for a total of about $20), and my last bill was back to normal.
Darrel could have easily come out and charged me $250-$300, but instead, he took the time to assist. These days, when many business owners don't even call back, it's refreshing to find someone who is so customer service focused.
I hope I never need to use Darrel's services, but if I do, he will absolutely be the person i will use.

Plumbing issue (urgent). Owner of the business ( I think his name is Darrell) set the appointment time and show up on the dot. He thoroughly checked out the whole place and located the leakage. He is very patient and explain everything to us and what we should do next. My family really appreciate his service.

Darrel not only detected where the slab leak was, he also mapped out where the pipes were in the slab that were feeding the leak. He then checked around the house for places where the pipes came up so that we could just cut the feed line and feed the kitchen sink through another pipe instead of breaking open the kitchen floor to fix the slab leak.

He was successful and found a place in the wall where we could simply cap the pipe that was feeding the leak and reroute it through the walls to feed the kitchen sink.

I felt he put in a lot of effort and care to get it exactly right.

Darrel is AMAZING! We were looking for a leak in our backyard ( which he identified as an irrigation leak). Additionally, he found a running toilet in our master bathroom that you could hear running. He was so incredibly thorough and his prices were so much better than CPL who didn't even show up for their scheduled appointment after waiting all day.
