Above and beyond! First, started with me calling to San Diego Emergency plumbing and leak detecting on my condo's hot water leak. Lorena, the office manager answered the call and was so nice, polite and reassuring that made me feel that I found the right company for my problem. Then, in less than an hour the plumber named Carlos came, did the emergency repairs, estimated the job needed to be done and within couple of days did a great job of rerouting hot water pipeline in my condo. Carlos is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly person. The price of the work was reasonable too. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a quality plumbing job. Have to relate the great experience I had with Lorena last week after my refrigerator water line connection began leaking.

This company was the only one who offered to respond the same day ! In the end, however, after securing the leak at the sink valve we decided to replace the 13+ Year old fridge with a new one

I definitely have their contact info ready for any future emergency though !!

Awesome job done by San Diego Emergency plumbing. I got the quote in less than an hour for installing the faucet and shower head, the price was less by 20% than most of the quotes I received. The assistant Lorena was very cordial and very helpful in setting up an appointment as quickly as possible. Carlos the plumber came on time, he did some additional work with the shower head at no additional cost and completed the job in two hours. Carlos was professional and the quality of work was exceptional. I would recommend this plumber any time.
