Extremely disappointed. I was in a desperate emergency plumbing situation after hours (This particular service call was around 7:30pm on a Friday. I paid $150 service call before he arrived which I understand because it is after hour regular business hours. But then I felt pinned up against a wall and price gauged to pay over $700 for a snaking job. I asked for a little consideration. I could get the pipes hydro jetted by a different plumbing company for $400 and to have to pay $625 + $150 service call (no the service call amount does not go toward the rest of the job) felt like price gauging and taking advantage of a desperate situation. I told the tech I had to call the property owner to get approval for that. After inspecting the situation to see where clean outs were, he waited for probably 20 minutes before leaving. Apparently, His boss told him to leave because I didn't have an answer yet. I didn't even get a courtesy phone call saying he was leaving, just left. I'm disappointed and I called this particular company because they had 5 stars on Yelp. I wish I had known better.

Jorge has come out to our house twice. Each time the repair was quickly done. We needed an icemaker line capped before installing our new refrigerator without an ice maker. The second time, we came home after a long day, to find a puddle on our floor. We had multiple leaks coming from our reverse osmosis filter. I called the SD Emergency Plumbing the next morning. George cane out right away and found the leaks that eluded me. Three leaks from hose connections and a T coupling that cracked due to age. He tried to find replacement parts but these were not all available since they are not made that size anymore. He recommended replacing the reverse osmosis system. Once this decision was made he had us up and running in no time. The final bill was very reasonable. I really appreciate Jorge and the next time I need help in a pinch, my first call will be to San Diego Emergency Plumbing.

These guys are fantastic. I sent a request for service and they responded really quickly. They came out within an hour. Spent time diagnosing the problem, snaked it and couldn't fix it. Did not charge me a cent. Came out the next day and replaced some of my old cast iron pipes that were completely plugged. David was fantastic, and the owner, Hansel, actually tried to minimise my expense. Were done in the early afternoon! Give these guys a try. You won't regret it. Honest guys!
