Excellent service! Highly Recommended!

Communication was very easy with David, he responds quickly with a reasonable quote and showed up earlier than scheduled for the job. He's very detail on the work he does, as there was a few hiccups from the instructions that caused him more time, but he took it in stride and got everything worked out. Additional parts was needed to replace and David had no issues making a trip to the store to get them. On top of it he did a very clean job as everything was covered up and no mess was left behind.

Always good when you're dealing with an owner that cares about his business which David does and he provides great customer service. He will be the plumber I call first from now on!

David is the most honest and amazing plumber that I know, I have a toilet clogging issue for 2 mos and hire 3 different plumbers for service. Charges from $60 to $300. They give me all kind of reasons why is clog and want to charge me more for service fee, but only David tell me the true and stand behind his word. He did a wonderful job and his charge is very reasonable. I am glad I found him, he is the best!!

Im extremely happy with the service provided by Dave. He answered my phone call the first time around and continued to communicate back and forth with me. I had many questions and concerns about the issues in our house and he was very patient. He came the next morning! He was very kind, professional and honest with what he needed to do. I can also tell he was not trying to over charge, as other companies tried to do to us. He gave us a very fair and reasonable price. Love love love David. He has become my go to plumber because he is super nice and caring and relatable, with so much expertise on plumbing and related. He also does not try to rip you off like some other people. There's one task that I have asked for quotes from many plumbers, he is the one that's gives a more reasonable price, and with great reviews, can't go wrong with that. I also enjoy talking to him. I can sense that he is trying to preserve rather than changing everything. So he tries to fix it before he considers changing the whole thing. It's like the dentist who wants to preserve your natural tooth instead of pulling out and give you a denture. This makes sense economically. He even went out of his way to fix water heater for free when 2 other ""water heater repair"" guy failed, and I was just chatting with him about my plans for the winter to fix stuff. That day a fencing guy also happens to be there to give estimate which was so expensive. I'm under a lot financial pressure to fix around the house because it seems not safe anymore. He learned that I was taking cold showers and he showed genuine concern. I really appreciate it. House warranty says I should contact manufacturer, manufacturer ask for extra for next day shipping, and then I have to schedule for some guy to install it. It seems it's Christmas almost, no one cares a young lady is taking cold shower in SoCal winter. Maybe I should suck it up and do not ruin everyone's holiday and pile work for them. Dave didn't have to try to light it, he insists to check it out and he does not quit early. I really really appreciate his effort and I think this is essential to build a long term relationship. He's professional, relatable, compassionate, and easy going. I'm not a person with brand loyalty or handy-men royalty. When problem comes, I tend to look on yelp and call someone that's available. Dave has proved to me that he's the type of handy-man that every family needs and certainly he has become my go-to plumber. If anything comes up again, I will text him first. If it's urgent and he can't be here, then I might try other people. After all, paying for a plumber is a mutual thing, I pay, and plumber solve my problem. It's like you always want to give your friend the business first. And owing a house without being handy is also troublesome, why not just make it a trust-worthy reliable long term friendship?
After a few days, I will be back and have some projects up with Dave again. I trust him that he puts customers' best interest first and he cares so much about people's well-being. I truly feel touched by his heart warming words. Although I'd love to have him available all the time in case things come up, just kidding, Dave is too good, I have to write this review and I hope everyone sees this, do not hesitate to contact him for your needs.

I gave 5 stars because Samurai plumbing absolutely deserves it. Dave the young man helped me was absolutely nice and very professional. The price was very reasonable and they're not trying to rip you off over small little jobs. My son flushes his underwear down the toilet and I was able to get the underwear out but it was still clogged. Dave was nice and patient enough to give me directions through the phone and when my attempts were unsuccessful he came out and helped me. I called around prior to finding Samurai and everyone was ridiculously expensive and wanted to charge me just for diagnostics. If you want an honest business with good work this is the guy to call!! Thanks Dave!!

Words can't express how much I appreciate Dave's service today. I found his information on Yelp since I needed to replace the washer valve in my rental property. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and he showed up within 30 mins. After he checked my washer valve, he also noticed the gas dryer valve was leaking and he repaired both of them!

The story was not ended there. I called him and ask him if he can help my tenants hook up the gas stove and he said yes, and he did it for free! He is just simply awesome and he will be my plumber for life. Thanks Dave.
