I needed some plumbing done in Chino. I called Dave and told him I needed the temperature pressure relief valve (tprv) replaced so that it extends to the outside of the house (my old set up had it pointing inside the garage, which wasn't good). Anyhow, I texted him a photo of the current set up. He provided me a fair quote and we scheduled to get it done the following day. He came out on time and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that's looking for an honest and good plumber. Thanks again Dave!

He was here at our house for over four hours and repaired both our toilets, shower plumbing and (also fixed our garbage disposal that another plumbing company missed up and over charged us for). Called Samurai Plumbing to get a quote on replacing some bathroom faucets that were leaking. I spoke with David who was patient in answering my questions. He advised me on what type of faucets to get and we set up a time for him to complete the work. He showed up on time, was professional and completed the work in a timely manner. His cost estimate was fair and he did not charge extra, even though he ran into some unexpected problems that took more of his time.

It was refreshing to work with a local independently owned business. The commitment to customer service was evident, something that you usually dont get with the larger corporate companies. I try to support small business when possible, which are getting rarer these days. Would definitely recommend Samurai Plumbing.

I needed to fix a leaky toilet fill valve. Spoke to Dave, he told me they where busy for the whole week. After explaining the problem to him he proceeded to help me over the phone with step by step instructions on how to fix it. This is amazing in todays society where someone actually takes the time to help someone out without expecting anything in return. Albeit it was an easy fix but he didn't have to spend the time with me, and save me so much money. THANK YOU DAVE. It worked like a charm. We had a leak under our kitchen sink on a Saturday morning and called Dave, he was able to help us out same day. The piping under the sink was done poorly originally and the garbage disposal was a very low quality model which sprung a leak. Dave was able to resolve both issues quickly and the job looks great.
