I was attempting to change the shower arm in my parents' shower and the pipe broke at the threads inside the copper pipe in the wall - 20 years and mineral deposits had it cemented in there. Sam answered my call, even tho it was after hours, and made an appointment for the very next morning. Sam was on time, conscientious about neatness, very personable and friendly, and he did a great job. I felt he charged me a reasonable price, and I want to add that a less scrupulous plumber could easily have turned this into a much bigger job - the copper pipe was set back at least an inch behind a tiled wall, and the only access was the small round hole where the shower arm comes out - so I was prepared for the possibility the wall would have to be opened for access. If/when I need a plumber again, I will be calling Sam.

When I first met Sam, I was greeted with a smile. He came by first thing in the early morning to fix our broken water main after it busted in the middle of the night. He assured me that we would have our water back on in no time. He worked quickly and efficiently which was so appreciated.
He also came by to look at a problem we were having under our house with a broken pipe. He was very clear with his instructions of what to do beforehand. Great communication and nothing but friendliness. The job was completed in no time and we were able to go back to using our sink that same day.
We highly recommend him!

Sam is Great! I needed to replace a faulty shower faucet that required it to be removed from the wall behind the shower. Sam assured me that it would be fine and it was! I will definitely call Sam for any future plumbing needs and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

If I could rate higher, I would! Sam was very polite, knowledgable and efficient! Completed a garbage disposal replacement in half an hour. He was very courteous while he completed the job too. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

Sam is great! He installed a sink for me and a garbage disposal. He returned my email quickly and he was very affordable. I would hire him again and would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs a plumbing contractor.

Sam installed a gas line into our home. He did a great job and was very professional! He followed up to make sure we were happy. Will definitely use Sam in the future.

I have used this plumber a few times and have never been disappointed. He is very good at what he does, charges reasonable prices and his very respectful of your time. This guy is so awesome that he even talked me through how to fix something over the phone instead of coming and charging me to fix the problem. Now how awesome is that? How many people do this? I cannot recommend him enough! You can choose his service with confidence! He made this Hilltop, Richmond homeowner very pleased!

Had a clogged up kitchen sink drain that went 30 ft back or so and I didn't have the power snake and tools to get at that one. I called Sam on Memorial Day weekend and he came out within 1/2 hour and took care of the problem within a space of 40 minutes or so. He was professional, courteous and did and expert job. Won't hesitate to call him in the future. Thanks Sammy for your help and expertise.

***BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER*** He is a very nice guy, but a TERRIBLE plumber. After having him replace my old plumbing pipes, I had an inspector tell me he used the wrong size and I had to get ANOTHER plumber to redo all his work. I offered him a chance to give me a PARTIAL refund and he refused. I question the validity of his license and will ask the City to investigate it because all his work was redone. AFTER THE FACT, he told me I should've let him know if I wanted everything done to code and that it would've cost extra. Isn't that the point of hiring a LICENSED plumber???

Sam is a prompt friendly plumber who helped me with my bathroom rough in. I offered to work along side him in an effort to keep the price down. He wasn't the cheapest quote i got. But i liked how friendly he was. Unfortunately I feel my kindness was taken advantage of as many things were left for me to complete. All copper water lines were left dangling unstrapped. Drain Venting was not ran up the wall to the attic let alone through the roof. An outdoor hose faucet was awkwardly placed in a busy narrow walkway very low to the ground just waiting to be kicked. The outside ""clean out"" he suggested we do was never installed. And He used mostly my personal tools to do the work. He only did the easily accessible work & left all the climbing under the house and attic work for me. He worked about 10 hrs total on a job that needed twice that. Shame on me for paying him before he completed the job. I contemplated doing the plumbing myself and greatly regret not. As i ebbed up doing a large portion of it anyway. It just goes to show you have to be an A-hole to get the job done right.
