SAM THE MAN! Not only is he reasonably priced, but also kind, honest, knowledgeable and the easiest plumber I've ever dealt with. In fact, he stands out far above most people I've met in general.

Based on the reviews I hired Sam to replace my water heater and let me tell you folks, I'm super glad with my decision.

The factory tank thermostat was bad and wouldn't light in the NEW tank replacement. It wasn't Sam's fault by any means, but he took it personally and spent time calling different locations for a replacement and even went with me to the store to get the part to reinstall it and it didn't cost me anything extra either (I'd have tipped him big time if money wasn't so tight right now).

He truly puts his customers first and is one of a kind.

If you don't hire Sam ... well ... your bad! :-)

This is the second time I needed his service and I should have left him a review from the first time. He is genuine and sincere, and has a definite sense of urgency when called. I had a faucet that won't turn off and a bath tub that was clogged this time. Sam got to my house within 10min of my contact and is now working on the issues described. He goes above and beyond. I can't thank him enough for his quick and honest service! Don't go anywhere else if you need help when it comes to plumbing issues etc. Sam is the man!

I have to agree with the others on this site; Sam is a genuinely sincere guy. He was overly helpful and ever checked back with me to make sure that the issue was fixed to my sanctification. I can't recommend him highly enough..wish I could give 10 stars. Don't call anybody else, give Sam a try you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely Can Not say enough good things about Sam! Super fast, genuinely friendly and even my 4 month old loved his smile and energy! We have an old faucet set up in our bathroom tub and it continually wore through. Sam was out to the house that same afternoon, within a couple hours of my call. He went beyond my expectations and his price came out well under anyone else's by the time he was done. I agree with the other review that said ""Don't waste your time, just call Sam!"" The BEST!

Sam has worked for my Mom and another close friend so I know he is very reliable and friendly. Today I needed a repair of a bathroom pipe before my insurance company would send fans out to dry out the wood. Sam came the very day I called and did very professional work. I would not use another plumber. Highly recommended!

Great guy! He was the only plumber able to get out to our home to fix my Father-in-Law's plumbing errors on the same day.

I called around 3:30pm and sent Sam some photos of the issue and he shot me back a quote and was on-site within 35 minutes.

It took Sam a little over an hour and a half to fix all of the plumbing issues we were having and to make sure that everything was completed well.

About an hour after Sam left, he texted to ensure that everything with the fixed plumbing was in good condition-- which it definitely was.

Nothing but thumbs up and 5 stars from Sam's service and quality workmanship.

I was attempting to change the shower arm in my parents' shower and the pipe broke at the threads inside the copper pipe in the wall - 20 years and mineral deposits had it cemented in there. Sam answered my call, even tho it was after hours, and made an appointment for the very next morning. Sam was on time, conscientious about neatness, very personable and friendly, and he did a great job. I felt he charged me a reasonable price, and I want to add that a less scrupulous plumber could easily have turned this into a much bigger job - the copper pipe was set back at least an inch behind a tiled wall, and the only access was the small round hole where the shower arm comes out - so I was prepared for the possibility the wall would have to be opened for access. If/when I need a plumber again, I will be calling Sam.

When I first met Sam, I was greeted with a smile. He came by first thing in the early morning to fix our broken water main after it busted in the middle of the night. He assured me that we would have our water back on in no time. He worked quickly and efficiently which was so appreciated.

He also came by to look at a problem we were having under our house with a broken pipe. He was very clear with his instructions of what to do beforehand. Great communication and nothing but friendliness. The job was completed in no time and we were able to go back to using our sink that same day.

Sam is Great! I needed to replace a faulty shower faucet that required it to be removed from the wall behind the shower. Sam assured me that it would be fine and it was! I will definitely call Sam for any future plumbing needs and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

If I could rate higher, I would! Sam was very polite, knowledgable and efficient! Completed a garbage disposal replacement in half an hour. He was very courteous while he completed the job too. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.
