DO NOT USE THESE PLUMBERS! they are terrible. the plumber that came out was very sweet and polite. after numerous recalls to come out, they cut an unnecessary hole in my ceiling because I had a leak upstairs. I kept asking them to recheck the wax ring they installed, which I found out later from the plumber was an ""old one that had been in the truck a while"". after they cut the hole they found out the ring had in fact failed and had to replace it. I now have a hole in my ceiling. I called the company to speak with the manager, Ron, about the issue and that I felt it was their responsibility to do the repairs. he never bothered to call me back. I've called him 3 times. this is the condensed version of what happened. it took forever for them to complete the job -about 2 months. I told the insurance company to never send them out again.

These guys came out as sears maintenance service. They looked at my water heater and said that it needed to be replaced. Their charge would have been over $2,200. Stupid price. I told them no, went over and bought one and installed it for $700. Got sears to pay for it.

A Home Warranty sent these idiots to my elderly mothers home for a leaking garbage disposal. I took the thinking out for them and bought a Commercial Grade disposal because my mom has dementia and she has a problem with putting things that don't belong in there.

I explained to them that I bought disposal which is the same circumference as the old one so the drain fitting lines up...

These morons got a cheap disposal that was 1/3 less in diameter so the drain didn't line up. These clowns just hooked the front and back of the disposal and pushed it two inches off center stressing every fitting and joint to its extreme. It was simply a matter of time before leaks begin to appear and you can't tighten anything because it's shape and the threads are jacked.

I work in Critical Environment with real tradesmen. We wouldn't let these clowns park on the same street as us. So I had to go there and fix this amateur rubbish work. And I paid them.

And FYI.. For all the good reviews these scammers have? My elderly mother thought this idiot did a good job. She had no idea the cost these amateurs could have cost her and what they will cost any other unwitting customer that don't know what they're looking. The rage I feel for what they did to my mom.

So very happy with the service of Sameday Plumbing Servicez. My Home Warranty Company sent them out to repair a fresh water line leak that a previous company said they were not qualified to repair. Mr Hampton was right on time, and reassured me that he could and would do the repair. And he DID...So happy my Warranty Company chose this company. I called them to tell them so! If I need a qualified, friendly plumber in the future I will call Sameday Plumbing Servicez. Would give more than five stars!

We recently purchased a home and we have a home warranty plan for the first year through Fidelity. Our house was previously owned and had many original parts in need of repair including a long list of plumbing repairs. Frank Hampton was assigned to the job and he delivered a perfect day because he was able to get everything on that list repaired. We were very happy the repairs went smoothly and the reason why I am writing this review is because of Frank Hampton's outstanding customer service. He came ready to work and what I loved about him was his knowledge (clearly from years of experience), his commitment to get the job done right, and his adorable, charming, and genuine personality. Thank you Frank Hampton for the work that you do and for the wonderful experience. We will definitely look for you again at Sameday Plumbing the next time we need a pro.

Upon discovering a major leak under our sink (coming from the disposal) when I was 9 months pregnant, I was worried it would be hard to get someone to fix the issue before our baby might arrive - enter Same Day Plumbing Servicez! The folks scheduling the appointment were super helpful and flexible when we had to change the appointment time. The plumber, Jesse, who came to our home was not only incredibly hard working and efficient, but also incredibly warm and kind. He arrived with all of the tools and equipment he needed to replace the disposal quickly, and the new disposal seems very high quality/is such an upgrade from our previous model. My husband and I were also curious to learn how to repair/replace a disposal, and Jesse not only hustled to do the repair, but explained things to his curious audience as he went. Overall, I cannot say enough about how great Jesse and Same Day Plumbing Servicez were. Thank you again!

Our kitchen sink was clogged and i called the home warranty. Sameday Plumbing Servicez came to my home and used two different kind of snake machine 30ft and 80ft. He couldn't do it on 30ft so he switched to 80ft, but i noticed when he put it in there was no attachment and i even asked him why are you not putting any attachment, he replied, we are not allowed company policy. The plumber has no success on unclogging the pipe. He recommended to use a camera and he will report it to his company. I called home warranty if the plumbing company submitted their report, said none. Home warranty even tried to called plumbing company no reply.
I decided to call another plumbing company and the problem was solved.
I wouldn't recommend Sameday Plumbing Servicez to any of my friend.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that we had tried to resolve ourselves for about two days. We tried all the safe things like baking soda & vinegar, hot water, taking the pipes apart from under the sink to check for clogs, and even managed to get a snake down about 25ft. My husband and I were stumped and decided to call our home warranty. The first plumber wouldn't be able to make it out until the following week. Luckily we called back and they sent our request to Same Day. They scheduled a technician for the late afternoon but he called and said he was ahead of schedule and offered to come early.

Though the mask mandate had been lifted, he observed me wearing one and asked me if I'd like him to wear one too. I really appreciated his being thoughtful. The technician was able to get the snake down and found two grease related blockages and got our sink draining properly in 20 mins. Bummed we couldn't fix it ourselves but grateful it wasn't something serious.

My water heater went out and I called my home warranty and was referred to Same day plumbing. They called me not even 2 hours later to set up a time to come and fix it. Frank provided honest and reliable work! He was very professional yet personable at the same time. My home had some difficulties with it being so old but he worked with me and he was able to get everything done and updated to code. I have a brand new working water heater and am very happy with the service he provided! Would use again!

This business was sent to me by Sears Home Warranty due to problems with my water softener. He asked me what my tankless water was. He didn't even know what it was. What a shoe maker!
Here's what happened.
Only unplugged and plugged unit back in. That only temporary solves problem. Didn't replaced burned out bulb inside. Didn't repair instrument panel. Didn't diagnose and repair the leak.
Sears Home Warranty has been apprised of this situation and I will post on Yelp!
