The service was absolutely disgusting, I wish I could give them negative stars. Our water heater broke, so we filed a claim with our home warranty and SameDay Plumbing accepted it KNOWING they were not able to come out for an entire week. A few days go by and they get our hopes up saying that someone can come in the next day. Within 30 minutes they call back to say ""Whoops, turns out he doesn't work with tankless heaters, nevermind."" Days later the original appointment comes. The time window is 7am to 11am. At 10:50 he shows up and sits in his car for several minutes before finally noticing that we're standing at the garage door waiting. He comes in, doesn't even touch the water heater, and asks what's going on. We tell him that a code is flashing (which we already told them a week before over the phone), he looks up the code on his phone and says he needs to submit his report to the warranty, and that they should get back in a couple days. A couple days pass by and we call SameDay asking for an update. They tell us that they haven't heard yet from the warranty company about the report. We call the warranty company and they say they never received a report. Both myself and the warranty company then make several attempts to contact SameDay and never hear back. So now here we are, on our third week without hot water. Honestly feels like a scam company, and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

If I could rate a minus one star I would. Put in a claim with my home warranty company for a repaid to my toilet. They set up an appointment with Sameday. They had a window of 7am to 11am. By 11 when there was no call or text or any communication at all, I called Sameday and left a voice message and I also sent them a text. By 12:30 and no response, I called the Home Warranty company. They called Sameday and was told they would check with the technician and see what the hold up was and would call me back in a few minutes. They never called me back, at 2:30 I called the Home Warranty company and requested that they get me a different company. If I can't even get a courtesy call from this company, can you imagine how competent their plumber is. No thanks!

They are sitting on water heater repair issue for 21 days. Response is pathetic. They have no clue. The lady on the phone does not the status of when the repair will happen and the so called supervisor is absent all the time

Water heater not working back in 2/12/23, called home warranty and they assigned sameday plumbing , technician came check the equipment, says need parts to fix the problem promised to have it expedite. A week passed no update ,finally technician came after numerous phone call but still parts he brought is not the correct one. In short we havent had good experience with them. Thank goodness with our neighbor who help us with water heater issue.

Frank came out and fixed a leak we had in our attic. He was Awesome! His company came out on a Home Warranty call. Usually you get worthless companies on a Home Protection Warranty call, but this company was great and they sent their best! Thanks Frank!!

Had a stoppage in my home I called my warranty company and they sent out Sameday Plumbing worst company ever. The guy came sat in his van for 5 minutes before coming to the door didn't even come in the house, asked where the cleanout was and I showed him. Since there was a little bit of landscaping rock on top he refused to even look at it. He went to his van and sat there while I was moving the rock when it took more than a minute or two to get to the lid he said he wasn't doing the job and wanted his service fee. I told him I gave it to the warranty company and he wouldn't be getting it from me because I was calling to report how rude he was and how he didn't even look at the issue.

Absolutely the worst service! They don't return phone calls. They cancel at the last minute after you have already taken time off of work. When the plumber did finally show up days later he said there was nothing he could do and left afterwards few minutes. We called Fletchers Plumbing and they fixed the problem within 5 minutes of arrival. Save yourself some time, frustration, and money.

DO NOT USE THESE PLUMBERS! they are terrible. the plumber that came out was very sweet and polite. after numerous recalls to come out, they cut an unnecessary hole in my ceiling because I had a leak upstairs. I kept asking them to recheck the wax ring they installed, which I found out later from the plumber was an ""old one that had been in the truck a while"". after they cut the hole they found out the ring had in fact failed and had to replace it. I now have a hole in my ceiling. I called the company to speak with the manager, Ron, about the issue and that I felt it was their responsibility to do the repairs. he never bothered to call me back. I've called him 3 times. this is the condensed version of what happened. it took forever for them to complete the job -about 2 months. I told the insurance company to never send them out again.

These guys came out as sears maintenance service. They looked at my water heater and said that it needed to be replaced. Their charge would have been over $2,200. Stupid price. I told them no, went over and bought one and installed it for $700. Got sears to pay for it.
