Scam artist their address is a ups store, I'm assuming with a p.o.box. Totally unprofessional. Sent to my home by choice home warranty, for a toilet leak. Which never got fixed. Why a home warranty service would send this kind of person to someone's home is beyond me. I've since canceled choice home warranty. Someday Plumbing servicez is what they should be called,but someday never comes. Beware home owners.

If I could give this service a zero I would. They were sent by my home warranty provider when I had a leaking toilet. Technician originally failed to show when the work order was submitted and had to reschedule for a later date. When he finally showed up he was in and out in 5 minutes stating that we needed a new toilet but failed to submit the diagnosis to my home warranty company so we went 10 days without a working toilet. When we finally went with another professional technician who fixed the toilet in less than 2 hours we had to haggle with the home warranty company who refused to pay for repair or refund the service fee that Sameday Plumbing overcharge $104 for. Scam artist from the start and home warranty company knows it.

NOPE!!!! This guy is a crook! He quoted $650. To replace the water supply shut off valve at the toilet. We had it replaced by another plumber for $120. I can't even find his Contractor License. Do yourself a favor and get someone else. Taking advantage of elderly women!!! Horrible thief!

2.5 stars?!? This is crazy. How can they be that high. This plumbing service is completely unqualified to properly perform any diagnosis or repair. We recently put in a ticket due to a kitchen sink leak. We were uncertain where the leak was coming from or what was causing the leak. Frank came out and assessed that it was a valve and tightened the valve. Unfortunately it started to leak the next day. We called back, Frank came back out said the valve was tightened and that there wasn't more for him to fix. Again it started to leak and we called back at which point Frank was very combative saying he fixed the valve, however in his air of being defensive we said it seems like the actual problem wasn't assessed right. He asked us to make a diagnosis over the phone which of course not being the experts, didn't know where it was coming from specifically. However all he could say was the valve was not leaking. Despite trying to get on common ground to determine how we can get this fixed, Frank became even more rude, combative, and defensive calling me the plumber. I'm sorry that he's sensitive and got his feelings hurt due to clearly making an incomplete assessment. But the fact that he started to have a little boy tantrum being defensive and calling me the ""plumber"" I felt as if I was in a conversation with a 10 year old boy. Obviously good customer service is not at the top of the list nor is completing a job. Now we have a flooded sink and all Frank could say before hanging up on me is that the valve is tightened. If you want an incomplete assessment, an attitude of a 10 year old boy, a leaking sink after two visits, and, well, the ability to tighten a valve... Call Frank and company. If you want it fixed correctly by a professional plumber call someone else.

I was recommended by Choice Home Warranty, they sent a guy name Nicholos to my home to fixed my tankless water heater. They took my $75 fee and did not come back to repair my water heater. I was scam twice with these people. These people are unprofessional. My husband tried calling them and they would not answer there phones. I would not rate this scam business with a ten foot pole.
I would not be surprise if they got someone they know to write a good review, to make themselves look good. Do not believe your home warranty. This company is tacky and will just take your money and not contact you.

Sameday Plumbing was sent out by the warranty company. The technician arrived on time, Great! But from there everything went bad. First question he asked me, did you break it? That's very unprofessional and why would anybody break their own house. That gave very bad vibes. He accesses the issue and told me he will change a part and carried on to change something totally different which had no relation to the issue. The issue was still there. Called the company again and the same technician came out. Came in for literally 2 minutes and said he will order the parts and that he has to cut open the wall. Cut open the wall to fix a faucet, REALLY! They just want to make money because whatever he wanted to do was not covered by the warranty. And the worst part he never ordered the parts or contacted the warranty company to update on the repair. I gave them 2 weeks and contacted warranty myself and they had no information. Asked them to send out a different company and they are fixing it without cutting the wall.
Sameday plumbing is a very bad company. I guess the technicians don't know what to do and they need to be more professional. I wish I could give zero stars. Please stay way from this company at all cost!

Same Day was recommended by our home warranty company. I was a bit concerned because of the negative reviews, but I have to say, we had a great experience!

Frank was very friendly and repaired the constant clogging of our toilet as well as updated some parts in our 20 year old toilet.

My home warrantee company sent Sameday Plumbing Servicez to fix my hot water heater as it was leaking. The guy said the tank was cracked before even looking at the problem and home warrantee was going to charge me nearly $1400 for the replacement. I asked for them to shut the water off to the hot water heater so It wouldn't keep leaking and he refused. I called another guy, it was one of the copper hoses leaking, the tank is fine. Cost was $200 to fix. Sameday Plumbing Servicez either has incompetent techs or outright dishonest.

Never, Never, Never use this company!!! They cut a load bearing wall to fix a leaking pipe. Their people are incompetent and do not know what they are doing.

Poor customer service, do not return phone calls, supervisor do not follow through with customers concerns. Technicians are not competent and they claimed I had a slab leak for my wash basin and they did nothing as for as inspecting to see where the leak was coming from. Ron, the supervisor at Same Day Plumbing never came out to inspect and made up an unfounded diagnosis. The warranty home appliance insurance company was on life support and outsourced their customer care service to the Philippines. Will patronize a reputable Home Appliance Company and will be more careful in going with shoddy insurance companies and vendors because they deal with vendors that are just like them, not responsible and charge for a high service fee just to show up and do nothing.
