Fantastic interaction with our tech (Ian Stewart) who came out to service our AC system. He allowed me to follow him and ask questions. He was extremely thorough and detailed. When it came time to talk about needed repairs, he was very honest and gave good, factual advice. He didn't try an push anything on us and he was very honest. If you need an HVAC servicing give these guys a call.

UPDATE 4-7-2025: I am happy to report that the problem with the new HVAC system's loud noise was resolved to our satisfaction. It took being the ""squeaky wheel that gets the oil"" to resolve it, meaning I had to continue to complain (loudly and often) to get the response we needed: The VP of Operations was extremely responsive to my complaint, and she and her #1 Ace Tech guy came together to our house and fixed whatever the issue was. Now, the noise the new furnace makes when it is running is more like that of our 25 year old system -- and we are more than pleased. I do highly recommend Same Day Plumbing/HVAC. Debbie

The HVAC installers were top notch. So friendly and knowledgeable. They did great work installing the new system. However, the man who came out initially, Ryan (I'm guessing he was a sales person), told us that if we picked this new system he was recommending, it would be quieter than our old HVAC system (which was 25 years old). Lo and behold, the new HVAC system installed by Same Day is VERY, VERY LOUD. Way, way louder than our 25 year old system. I'm not talking about the piece of equipment that sits outside (AC condenser, I think it's called) -- we can't even hear that. It's the actual machinery that is inside the house in a small closet (where our old system also was located) that is so loud, we have to yell loudly and turn the TV way up to even be able to hear anything in our family room where we spend most of our time. The Installation Manager (another very nice man) came out twice to look at this loudness issue but he said basically, ""that's the way it is"". Why would a brand new system that cost almost $20,000 be louder than a system that was 25 years old? He had some explanations but, again, basically, ""there is nothing that can be done to lower the noise level"". I would rather have our old system back than this brand new one. Beware of what you are told by Ryan (or anyone with that same job at Same Day): they are not truthful about how loud the new system will be INSIDE your house.

I so wanted to leave a better review. The techs themselves (for the most part) were great; David, in particular, was the epitome of excellent customer service. But communication is not a strong suit with Same Day. We made our needs and requests clearly known, yet things weren't done to meet those needs. When doing work, they neglected to keep us informed of any changes or other options that would be more suitable for what we needed. And, probably most frustrating and disconcerting was that we lost water to our clothes washer and gas to our furnace after the first day of work. Ten days later (today), they came out to finish the work from before and fix their mistakes with the water & gas, only to say the furnace not working anymore isn't their fault. Huh. Well, it worked BEFORE you disconnected the gas and hasn't worked since, so who's problem is it? To their credit, they are sending a technician out today to hopefully fix it, and it better be on their dime because it wasn't until they messed with the plumbing and gas lines that we were left in a cold house.

We needed a check-up for our HVAC system, and Same Day Plumbing scheduled us very quickly. The technician, Arlo, arrived right on time and did a thorough inspection, finding the issues and explaining the options to us. The methodical and transparent nature of the service and diagnosis report were excellent. Overall, I am pleased with the service timing and technical expertise. Recommended.

Woke up this morning without heat! Called Same day and had an appointment scheduled within 10 minutes. Jackie came over and did an excellent job. She cleaned it out and turned it up. We're back in the game plus she was incredibly helpful explaining things to me. I highly recommend.

Jackie was amazing, great service, identified our problem in a minute. Was super thorough in her diagnostic check and servicing of our heater. She'll be back to do some work on our unit, feel extremely confident in her work. Bonus is that she is so nice, a huge smile all day long.

Great experience with this company; they had a low-price introductory offer for drain clearing--Travis came out less than an hour after we called, quickly fixed the problem & made sure everything was working before he left. He was very respectful of us and the property, cleaned up everything before leaving--he even checked a couple of other issues and gave suggestions for no extra charge. Truly impressed with this company and with Travis!

I am so impressed with Same Day! I got a flyer on the mail for a discount furnace tune up. I called Same Day and they were friendly and it was easy to schedule. Sly was our technician. He is fantastic! He is knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I understood. He found some issues with our furnace, but didn't pressure me into making a decision, instead he emailed me the cost breakdown. We made the decision to do the repairs. It was so nice that Sly was our technician again! Same day gives personalized service and they are so lucky to have Sly as part of their team.

The membership they sell which gives you ""maintenance"" really gives you an ""inspection."" They need to get these two words straight because many companies will take a look at your existing systems to see if you need a new one. The discount of the membership is also useless because their prices are higher than competitors.
