Great experience with this company; they had a low-price introductory offer for drain clearing--Travis came out less than an hour after we called, quickly fixed the problem & made sure everything was working before he left. He was very respectful of us and the property, cleaned up everything before leaving--he even checked a couple of other issues and gave suggestions for no extra charge. Truly impressed with this company and with Travis!

I am so impressed with Same Day! I got a flyer on the mail for a discount furnace tune up. I called Same Day and they were friendly and it was easy to schedule. Sly was our technician. He is fantastic! He is knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I understood. He found some issues with our furnace, but didn't pressure me into making a decision, instead he emailed me the cost breakdown. We made the decision to do the repairs. It was so nice that Sly was our technician again! Same day gives personalized service and they are so lucky to have Sly as part of their team.

The membership they sell which gives you ""maintenance"" really gives you an ""inspection."" They need to get these two words straight because many companies will take a look at your existing systems to see if you need a new one. The discount of the membership is also useless because their prices are higher than competitors.

Communication was great. Arrived when they should. Jason the technician. There are two. Did a great job. We learned some new tricks together. Anyone open to learning gets an A in my book. Each mini split is different and the older units are to say the least a pain. The job was done in an orderly manner. Yes, you read that right, you should get your actual mini split heads cleaned. They do get covered in dust over time. See what came out of our large unit below and I clean the filters every month!

Jackie came to do the service on our furnace and AC unit. we can't recommend her enough, she was very Thorough with the inspection and even took before and after pictures to show us her work. she answered ALL the questions we had and explained them in a detailed manner and easy to understand. we were so pleased that we ended up signing up for the monthly membership program.

I got great service from Same Day Heating and Plumbing. Jacqueline came to my house to service an older furnace in my home. When she got there, she realized that it wasn't starting up because it needed a new ignitor. She also noticed a lot of safety issues and educated me on how my furnace works and what we could do to get it up and running. In the end, I realized that there were some serious safety hazards that couldn't be remedied with a quick fix and asked about replacement. She was able to get her colleague Bianca to come that same day to take a look and give me an estimate. I have owned this home for 3 years and dealt with MANY servicepeople for the two furnaces in my home, but I NEVER had a female service person. Both were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They were both patient with me as I tried to wrap my head around the technical details and the reality of having to shell out thousands of dollars unexpectedly. I got great service that day and even signed up for their club membership for regular maintenance and discount on repairs based on the great service that I received. Being a mathematician, I immediately recognized the value of joining their club membership for maintenance alone, but especially now that I need a new furnace ($$$). I plan to stick with this company for a while.

What's not to love about this company? The employees are knowledgable, friendly, and take pride in their company's good work. Bianca, Mynor, and Beto took care of us and got a great job done really quickly. Local owned and friendly, competitive prices, they just took care of me very well.

The servicemen Silvestre spent a half an hour to diagnose the whole A/C system, explained clearly the problems and what have to be done.
We took a special offer advertised by the company.
We will keep with this company for other services in the future.

We already use Same Day for plumbing and are very pleased. Today we had the air conditioning system checked by Bianca who is from a family dynasty of HVAC specialists. She was amazing, explained our system inside out, serviced it and said our system was in great shape.

We had a compressor saver installed and Bianca explained another temperature-regulating upgrade that could be installed if we wanted to in the future. We'll definitely see her next summer for the next servicing.
