My A/C n furnace wasn't working properly, went to HOME Depot n they recommended this company SAMEDAY HEATING A/C. Technician Jeff give honest advice of n options of buying A/C .... I want say n send many THANKS for outstanding job in every possible way they replace A/C n Furnace in a matter of time they arrived every day on time n the technicians were super polite they answer any questions n concerns that I had I couldn't be happier thank you once again for the job well done to all the technicians: JEFF, Pancho, Daniel, Samson, Sinatra n Willy, Martin, Brandon.

I can not say enough about the Customer Service & Service that I have experienced with Same day Heating & Air Conditioning. First, big Thank You to my favorite Tech. Wyatt! He did not disappoint and became a night in shining armor, saving an elderly lady from a humid 90 degree sweat box of a home. They will be the first and last call I make for service. I find good customer service and quality work hard to find in this day and age. Thanks to all!

I used this company for the first time today. The technician was exactly on-time, pleasant, and very informative.
Our sixteen year old AC unit was not working, and we have been in a record heatwave.
Donald did a great job to get us up and running again...cooling us right off...in less than an hours time.
The repairs were a bit costly, (but what isn't these days?!) but he was able to repair and restore the unit without having to replace it. I would recommend this company.

My AC Unit was turning on/off. The team came the following day to service the unit. It took less than an hour to repair and it's not given me any more problems. Kudos to Donald from Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning.

Same Day Heating and Air came out to diagnose our 3 year old air conditioning system. Their service technician provided excellent service. He arrived on time. They send an email with a photo of the technician so you are 100% sure he is a company employee which is a pretty neat service considering there are fake technician that can come into your home these days. He was respectful. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He waited patiently while I had to take other phone calls and juggle kids. He offered me several plans and allowed me time to verify with my husband before making a decision. I am both a talker AND I am interested in the HVAC field so I probably asked him a lot more questions than your typical client. He was kind, patient and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. I felt confident in our decision when he left and the air conditioning system has never been so efficient.

I do not write many reviews but felt this was worthy of the time to commend the company's professional demeanor.

As a woman, I am not always comfortable working with contractors. I usually either feel ""stupid"" or ""bullied"" into getting services I don't need. Luckily for me, my dad taught me how to be self-sufficient and fix things myself. However, recharging my AC system is something out of my abilities/tool collection so there are times when I do need to hire a professional. Their technician exceeded my expectations and I will be specifically requesting him for any future repairs/service. A+++ .for Same Day Heating and Air-San Diego!

Update Dan must be a manager reached out to me but we played phone tag. Reached out to him tonight again but my new problem is with this heat the whole master suite is now blowing warm air. This con man salesman must've knocked another vent loose as he said before he wouldn't work on the ductwork because as he previously said the vermin would get it. No physical evidence of that and this house is 42 years old. I have another company coming and I'll keep you updated.

Literally could not have been more RUDE on the phone. Wouldn't even let me speak and then quoted me at $400 for putting the lid back on my AC when they originally said it would be $99. Scammy AF

Had an issue with my smart thermostat turning off randomly and also needed to schedule ongoing maintenance. I could get an appointment within a couple of days which was great. Brandon arrived promptly within the time frame expected and gave me a call as a heads-up to let me know he was on his way. I explained the situation, and right away, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue. I also told him I wanted to schedule ongoing maintenance, and he let me know about their monthly membership, which would save me money in the long run and get me signed up. He resolved the issue in about 10-15 minutes, and my house is nice and cool again. Super grateful for the service provided here and looking forward to having ongoing care through this company.
