Justin M was on time professional and quick to access and fix the problem. Even when I thought it was something else Justin quickly evaluated and repaired the problem. Will not use anyone else!!! Great price too

FOR THE RECORD, I have never lived in San Francisco, CA.

Home Depot recommended this company, by offering a $29.00 water heater service, and a $29,00 Heating & Air service. However, when you call, you are also offered a $14.99 per month full home service contract.

Today, I had an appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The previous day I was sent a text confirming the appointment. However, at 8:30 AM I was informed that the plumber ""assigned"" called in sick. They then offered me an appointment for Wednesday next week (6 days in the future). I told them to cancel my appointment and their service contract, at $ 14.99 per month. You would think that a ""Same Day"" company would have a ""Same Day"" plumber available for missed appointments.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT A SAME-DAY SERVICE and their advertising is VERY MISLEADING! Home Depot and the DA need to investigate this company.

Had our Ac inspected by a gentleman named Elias. He was very straightforward with the issue and was able to solve this issue quickly. I was impressed. He showed up on time which was great! I would really recommend Elias his service is top notch.

We had Same Day come by to inspect our new A/C unit. Our technician, Jesse, was great. He was professional, friendly, and quick. He was clear and thorough in explaining what he would do and what he needed from us. Somethings we appreciated from Same Day were the reminder email beforehand with the technician's photo as well as the documentation provided afterward (with photos I think) of what was done/found. Small things but good for peace of mind.

I signed up while at Home Depot for a service technician to come out and check my A/C system. Jesse Puga from Same Day Heating Cooling Plumbing came out to inspect my system. He showed me the sticker on my unit noting that my system was 17 years old! He did a thorough inspection and took multiple photos on his iPad to show me what parts he recommended needed replacing. I decided to go ahead and replace the most important ones for safety. He told me that the company had a policy that would refund the money I spent if I decided within 2 years to replace my 17 year old system. Jesse showed up on time, was patient with all my questions, and gave thorough explanations of what he recommended and why. I would recommend Jesse and Same Day to others needing an A/C inspection.

Had some issues with our AC unit not working properly and stopping randomly. Reached out to Same Day Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and they set up an appointment so quickly for the next day. I was really impressed by their speed and service.

Elias was the one who was assigned to me and he is the man! He was friendly, funny, and identified the issues quickly. I appreciated that he gave me a couple of options and he got it up and running. I also appreciate how genuine he was...very personable and easy to talk to. I absolutely trusted his expertise and the way he spoke about things gave me a lot of confidence in the company.

5 stars for great service and 5 stars especially for Elias!!

The one star isn't for the service itself but for the inquiry to have service completed on our unit. I received confirmation about the appointment and then someone reached out asking if I had time to chat so they can make my 8-12 appointment. After I said yes and was waiting to give them whatever information was needed, they ghosted me. It was very unprofessional as I wasted my time waiting on this company and I could have went with someone else.
