We used Same Day for the first time last month and had a great experience from start to finish. Our AC unit was not working right during our recent heatwave. I called and got an appointment right away. Customer service was top notch. We were given a 2 hr window for appt, the automation system gives exact time of arrival and who to expect. Donald was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He offered a couple options for our needs without any pressure of an upsell. He was honest and informative. Installation was set up right away with Jaime and Lamar. Both gentlemen were friendly and took their time to explain the install process and walked me though all the finished work. Very considerate working inside and around the house which I appreciate since I work from home. Love the 12 yr warranty, it shows the faith they have in the products they sell and their workmanship. I am a lifelong customer now and will always refer Same Day to anyone who needs heating & air work done.

Home depot helped me to find Same Day. I really liked their service, once they contacted me, scheduling service was quick. The technician Erick is professional and efficient. He's also patient on explaining staff with me. I would highly recommend them.

My A/C n furnace wasn't working properly, went to HOME Depot n they recommended this company SAMEDAY HEATING A/C. Technician Jeff give honest advice of n options of buying A/C .... He did not disappoint and became a night in shining armor, saving an elderly lady from a humid 90 degree sweat box of a home. They will be the first and last call I make for service. I find good customer service and quality work hard to find in this day and age. Thanks to all!

I used this company for the first time today. The technician was exactly on-time, pleasant, and very informative.
Our sixteen year old AC unit was not working, and we have been in a record heatwave.
Donald did a great job to get us up and running again...cooling us right off...in less than an hours time.
The repairs were a bit costly, (but what isn't these days?!) but he was able to repair and restore the unit without having to replace it. I would recommend this company.
