We hired Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning to install a brand new HVAC systemic in our North Park home. Jeff, Lalo, and Hector were the technicians who came to our house to install the system. All three technicians were professional, respectful of our property, and highly skilled at providing us with the best product and installing it with care and expertise. They consistently expressed the importance of doing the best job possible so that we would enjoy long term peace of mind about our HVAC system. We will be recommending Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning to our friends and neighbors.

I called Same Day over a year ago to do a check-up on my heating A/C unit. Then they added plumbing services so I called to check out several small things that were going wrong. I was so impressed both time with the knowledgeable and considerate technicians that came out. There was no pressure to spend any money with them. They simply let me know what needed fixing and what could be fixed easily either by me or them. I'm going to use them for p e plumbing issue because once been impressed by the work they did on my heating A/C unit and feel very confident I'll get the same service with the plumbing. I am always so wary about having any repairs done in my home. Unfortunately, I never listened to my father when he showed me how to do home repairs, and I am always afraid that whoever is here will take advantage of my lack of knowledge.
I don't have to use my furnace often, but this winter, it became necessary. I cranked up the heat and got nothing but cold air. Great.
Same Day had someone out right away to take a look. Very fortunate for me, they sent Andrew Rice to come appraise the situation. I knew he was a good guy the minute we realized we were both Denver Bronco fans!
In all seriousness, Andrew was friendly, patient, and very professional. He was respectful of my home and kept everything neat and clean.
In a very short amount of time, he had the furnace on and warming up my cold home. He took some photos to show me the work he did and why it was necessary. He put it in terms I understood and didn't make me feel stupid for asking.
I don't know if all the Same Day technicians are as good as Andrew, but because of him, I will call Same Day for all my HVAC issues. He represented his company well!

They sent out a technician who doesn't know how to do his job. He told me my entire garbage disposal needed to be replaced. I ordered the part and scheduled the date. My husband provided his second opinion and it was as simple as pushing a button. Dissatisfied with this company. Please hire people who know what they are doing so another home owner doesn't have to deal with this incompetence.

I spoke to a representative from Same Day at Home Depot. This was the smartest thing I ever did. Tony Eddington came to my home. We look at what was available and my options. We came to an agreement and 3 days later my air conditioner was installed. Great customer service, very knowledgeable people and Tony is an amazing person. I am really happy with the service and the unit. I had another company come and gave me an estimate and it was $14,000.00 over what I paid for my system. If you get Tone Eddigton, tell him Eddie sent you. I give the 10 stars!!!!!

On Monday Lamar and Samson came to install our air conditioning system. They were extremely knowledgeable on our smart home system. Walked me through setting up the app to control my new unit. The install was quick and the young men cleaned after the install. Would recommend

About 2 months or less ago, we reached out to 'Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning' to install a heating and air system after finding out the price to fix our current one was almost the same as a completely new installation. My Husband shared we received a great quote... I trust him on that!

The team consisted of Jeff, Chapo, Jamie and Hector. Within two visits (2 days) we had our new Nest heating and air system. They men were professional, and worked quick in my opinion. A few days later we did have an issue with the Nest not shutting off. In less than 24 hours a team member was here and installed a new one in less than a hour .
