I clogged my main line at 8pm so none of the drains in the house were draining. Sam answered my call and was at my door in 20 minutes. He fixed the problem and had me continue to test the drains as he was packing up. What was potentially a very gross situation was fixed in no time!

Our water heater started leaking about a month ago or so. We were going to have a family member replace it, but we were having trouble finding a water heater for purchase/delivery in stores. When the leak got worse, we called around and found Sam Rooter and Plumbing. They were really friendly over the phone and gave us a reasonable quote for parts and labor. We were happy with that in itself. What made them even better is that the quoted price was what they charged us. AWESOME!!! They did great and fast work and the new water heater seems to be working great.

We called around to about 6-8 different places in the South Bay area and they were the best priced and most friendly of them all. I would highly recommend their services and we will be using them for our future plumbing needs.

I had a private sewer line start to back up. It's a line that connects 5 houses before it dumps into the main line. Crazy, I know. So I called Sam today at about 1:30, but they were on a job and realistically wouldn't be able to get to me until tomorrow. But at 3:22 I got a text that they were done with their current job and could come over. Yippee!

Robert (Sam's brother) came with another plumber and snaked 60' of pipe, probably going through 3 homes. No more water bubbling up into my washing machine!

They were quick, courteous and sooooo reasonable price-wise.

They came on a recommendation of my neighbor who is also a plumber, but my neighbor only does installation jobs now. He said, ""Here's Sam's number. He does good work at a fair price"". And right he was!

I had a leak in the filter for my tankless water heater and Sam was referred by the original plumber who installed it. he was able to come over the same day look at the parts that I needed and have it repaired within a few hours at a very reasonable price. I will be using them now for all of my plumbing needs around my home. He is highly recommended
