Had water dripping from above a cabinet and was convinced I had a pipe leak. Called Sam (have used him twice before at this point) and he came over same day. We couldn't find the leak, so we thought it must have been coming through one of my windows (this was when it was raining heavy every day). But I was concerned it was a leak and just difficult to find, so he was willing to come back out the next day and rip out ton of drywall and eventually found a pinhole leak. After replacing the pipe section, he explained how I can save a bunch of money by renting a dehumidifier from Home Depot to dry the area. His worker Jose then came later that week to replace all the drywall. Did an amazing job. Charged me a fair price. Didn't gouge me. Sam is a class act, his workers are competent, polite, punctual, and do great work. This is the only plumber I will use.

We called them to fix/repair our sink disposal. They were able to come within a day, communicated by text to keep us updated on ETA, and arrived on time. While here, we asked if they could take a look at a couple of small issues while here, which they did and were able to repair on the spot. Prices were very reasonable. Our plumber was Berto Buckley and he did great work. We will definitely use this company for our future plumbing needs.

My main drain clogged and blew out the wax seal on 2 toilets at 10pm Saturday night. Sunday morning I called Sam's and explained the urgency of the problem. A nice lady told my they would be here in 2/4 hours. Berto showed up in 2&1/4 hours, he was amazing! He unclogged the drain and repaired both toilets very efficiently and was in his way. Definitely would recommend Sam's!

Sam is the man! His Company takes care of all my rental properties. I recently had an emergency water heather issue he sent a tech, and replace it within couple hrs. Great service at a reasonable price!

This is the second time Christian has worked on our plumbing, and he is great! He is a professional through and through. He is kind, friendly and really good at his trade. It's usually never a good thing having to call a plumber, but if there is anyone we welcome in our home, it's Christian from Sam's Rooter and Plumbing.

Easy five star review to write for emergency at home plumbing.

I messaged into Sam's at probably 430PM on a Friday afternoon and they offered to have a tech at my house that same evening.

Cristian showed up promptly and in a really good mood for having a late job pop up on a Friday evening. The plug in the shower drain ran up through the wall and you could tell it was a pain to get out.

The work was finished promptly and communication was awesome. Cristian cleaned up before heading out.

Easy saved phone number for future plumping needs.

Honest and Trustworthy

We had a new water heater installed during the pandemic, but it's constantly given us problems since it's one of those water heaters that has a special electrical damper. Over the 3 years I've had the water heater, I've had to call multiple plumbers and the manufacturer to service it. I decided to take the plunge on this company after reading the yelp reviews and the fact that they were local. Berto came that and was extremely professional in diagnosing the problem and being extremely methodical. He was extremely patient explaining the issue and not rushing unlike other companies i have dealt with. After diagnosing the issue, he went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me order parts under warranty from the manufacturer and dealing with the call center reps. This was amazing and I was so impressed with the service. Even though I am still waiting on the parts, I wanted to share with the community about how impressed I was. Will be using them going forward if this is any indication of how they treat their customers.

What an amazing company!!! Everyone is so helpful. Even the owner Sam pitches in! They are always prompt. They fix the real problem and will advise if further work should be done. They help you to prioritize bigger issues. I think they are all wonderful.

You know those plumbing companies that advertise ""24/7 or emergency services available""? Then when you call you get an answering service or they tell you that no one is available? Well I had a situation at my business at 8pm. I called 4-5 plumbers who advertised said 24/7 emergency services and I either got a voice mail, answering service, or when I did speak with a live person, got the good old ""no one is available until tomorrow between 12 and 8pm"". Quite frankly I kind of expected it due to labor shortages and supply chain, etc.

I luckily called Sam's and not only did I speak with a live person, it was Sam himself! He said he was sorry but the first available slot was between ""10 and 1"". I thought he mean the next day at 10am to 1pm. He actually meant that night!! A true emergency service availability. Since we would be closed at those hours we agreed to a 8am time this morning.

His plumber, Elton, communicated via text that he was on the way and showed up on time and ready to go. Professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. Hopefully I will never need a plumber again (haha), but when I inevitably do, Sams is the first one that I'm calling. Thanks again for everything!!
