Came out for a water heater pilot light that wouldn't re-light. Replaced failing water heater control unit (also replaced entire burner assembly) under warranty in a few hours. Came out within an hour and back with parts in next hour. Replacement wasn't easy (very tight install), but did a great job. Good value.

Had them come for a clogged shower drain that I was unable to clear with a hand snake. They were able to come within a couple hours and were super professional, getting the job done quickly and cleaning up afterward. The price was very reasonable. I'm keeping them on speed dial, but hopefully won't be needing them soon.

These guys were in and out in 30 minutes to fix a leaky toilet that a previous plumber had installed incorrectly. Pricing was reasonable. My only gripe is they came 15 min past the end of their estimated 2 hour arrival window - in fairness to them, they did message towards the end of the window that they were stuck in traffic and running late. Would definitely use these guys again.

I used Sam's Rooter and Plumbing to change my kitchen faucet. His crew was prompt and did a wonderful job. Luckily they were able to come out the same day which was great, plus the cost was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

The service guy was amazing! He was the best worker ever! He worked very hard on a difficult job. Professional, prompt, hard working and reliable. He saved the day, was incredibly flexible and went above and beyond his call of duty. It was an extremely difficult faucet install and they actually sent two service guys after hrs. I will post pics later. They also fixed my toilet promptly. Reasonable price, phenom work. I will be sure to use them again. They will be my go to for now on.

Had a back up at the kitchen sink and the main sewer line. Parker arrived, was very courteous, attentive and did a fantastic job!!Everything ran smoothly, and would highly recommend if you ever need service.

We've used Sam's crew in the past with great results. Today we had a broken water line under the house, his guys jumped into action even though it was flooded. They found the leak, went to the supply house to get a few parts and everything was repaired and the water back on within 2 hours.

When I finally got a call back, I tried to tell him what the problem was.t Water dripping down heavily in my living room from the middle of my ceiling. The leak is coming from between the tile and faucet in my bathtub upstairs. And it was getting faster. I was describing it and he yelled over me that he needed a video of the leak and unless he could see a video, he wouldn't come out. I explained that I would have to get neighbor to come over and do that for me. He said I was being rude. I said that I wasn't trying to be rude, just nervous that my ceiling would come down and he said I should turn off the water. I said I didn't have the first clue to shut off the water to my unit, that is why I needed a plumber. He said I was being rude and he was canceling!
