From the first point of contact, to the after service quality assurance call; this company has satisfied this skeptic every single time. The professionalism and genuine concern is remarkable. When I purchased my home 2.5 yes ago, I had no experience with gas and was pretty terrified of using it. My gas water heated gave me problem after problem until I replaced it. I used Sam Jolley for every call and they made my emergencies their priority. A few times even responding and not charging me a red cent. This is not your typical price gouging, a la carte charging, callous company that couldn't care less if """"life happens"""". They are trustworthy and reliable and can count on me as a loyal customer.

This company is way too expensive and the OWNER is a JERK! He's rude and totally disrespectful just yapping to hear himself talk, then he slams the phone on you as you are still trying to get him to simply hear why you are calling. Old Mark Paradise is the new owner who purchased a great company and is now running it into the ground. What a turd. RUUN from this company!!!!

The owner, Mark, answered the phone early Sunday morning and presented me with all my options. He was quite pleasant. I had a pipe connection fail outside at the meter junction underground and water was flowing rapidly. We agreed upon an emergency Sunday fix and everything went smoothly and quickly from that point. When Rob showed up within about 1 1/2 hours of my call, I was impressed. He arrived promptly and assesed the problem quickly. He immediately communicated the fix plan, then we agreed upon the price. Rob completed the work in a very timely manner. He also left the yard in very clean condition. Thanks for the professionalism and the quick response. I'll use them again, very reliable and professional.

After almost a decade, our water heater finally gave out. My wife was doing some research on Yelp and found this business, she thought based on the reviews she read, this is a business we can trust. Once again, my wife is right. Rob showed up and gave us an estimate. He gave u 3 different options and gave us choices based on our budgets. Since we planned to stay in our house forever, we decided to pick the best option to take care of everything. Rob and one technician showed up on the day of the appointment. Both of them were very professional and carefully installed our new water heater with great care. They also took great care of our house in making sure to keep our house neat and clean during in installation process. In the end, the water heater was installed perfectly. We now have a brand new water heater that hopefully can last for another decade. They did a great job with our water heater and the price is reasonable. I'd recommend this business to anyone who requires their service.

I tried to make an appointment and the girl on the phone started telling me to change my schedule to accommodate her schedule rather than asking me when I was going to be available. She was dictating to me and actually YELLING at me over the phone. She insisted that her plumbers come over right away for a simple fix in the water closet of the commode / toilet. I told her any time after 5pm and she said NO, how about right now. JOLLEY IS NO JOLLEY TO WORK WITH.

Our hot water heater broke over the weekend that Tropical Storm Eta hit South Florida. As you would expect with all the subsequent flooding, just about every Plumbing company was swamped with calls about leaks and other related events. Even through this very busy time, Sam Jolleys Plumbing was simply fantastic. The answered promptly when called and were very courteous on the phone. The technician who came to our home arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding the different options available to replace our broken water heater. We never felt as though he was trying to upsell us. Once we agreed on the path forward which was to install a new 50 gallon tank, he left and returned within the hour with the tank. Installation tool about 2 hours and the work was completed flawlessly. I can't thank Sam Jolley's Plumbing enough for their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

My landscape crew accidentally nicked a pipe hidden behind a low hedge while trimming, and we had to turn off the water to the customers house! Not good! I called Sam Jolly and Wendy the dispatcher was very helpful getting us assistance in a very timely manner. Robert did a great job repairing the leak and installing a new ball valve.
