We just had a wonderful job done by our service technician Kameron on Monday (2/26/2024). He was prompt, knowledgeable, experienced and courteous. However, when I re-read the invoice, I noticed it stated that we had the """"Main Shut Off Valve On Exterior Above Ground"""" replaced. The fact is that we had the Shut Off Valve to the water heater replaced. $882 was just too much for the replacement of an inside valve. I know it was a little over 12 years ago, but when Sam Jolley's replaced both the same valve and the entire water heater, the whole job only cost $740! Anyway, I sent my concern twice to Sam Jolley's Plumbing via their email address (info@samjolleysplumbing.com) and never received a response. Just for the record, we have used Sam Jolley's Plumbing since 2001 and had always been satisfied with their excellent work and reasonable prices. Unfortunately, nothing remains the same and we will have to find a different plumber for our future needs.

This is a review of how one of samjolly's employee's was acting quite foolishly in traffic. He must have been late for work because he was blowing his horn at me while sitting behind me at a stop sign. I have my child in the car and fast approaching traffic in both directions so I'm not going to go until I feel it is safe to do so. He proceeds directly after me and was literally 5 feet away from my bumper as we proceeded to the red light ahead 50 feet. After the light turned green he at least remained at a safer distance behind me but as soon as the lanes expanded and he could pass me he went like a crazy man to another red light ahead. If he acts like this in public places I would never call on them for my plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome. I had a slab leak...Called Sam Jolley's , they were there the next day and fixed it the same day. Excellent pricing. Joe was awesome, professional and knew what he was doing. They actually did the job right the first time, unlike another company I used to use. Sam Jolley's has a customer for life now. Thank you Joe, Matt and the rest of the crew.

We wanted to move our bidet toilet supply lines up above the baseboard. It would require cutting out the drywall and moving the plumbing lines and soldering. We had previously done two other bathrooms and the price was under $600. We also asked that new brass plumbing fixtures be changed out. The technician studied the brass Kohler fixtures for 15 minutes. Red signal to me. He then proceeded to give me a $4400 price for """"non-members"""" and then a $3900+ price for """"members"""". I said no thanks. Best price ? around $2900. [I cannot remember the exact numbers but these are close.] I spoke to the owner who didn't budge. Another plumbing company with a great reputation quoted me $700 or less. This is what I expected. BEWARE THIS COMPANY. Always ask how many hours to do the job and divide into the quote...... I would give them ZERO STAR rating.

Extremely rude staff, very greedy trying to charge 1600+ for the cheapest water heater. They even hung up on me when calling for a quote. They not only charge for labor, but add a significant markup on the water heater (understandable) but also on the permits which is very unethical. Not to count all the extra admin fees they tag on that! Do not use this company!

Service is great if you can afford them. I paid almost $800 to replace the wax seal and plastic rim around the base of the toilet. It took 2 guys and less than 1/2 hour of work. Have to say they did a good job but it cost me way too much.

After almost a decade, our water heater finally gave out. My wife was doing some research on Yelp and found this business, she thought based on the reviews she read, this is a business we can trust. Once again, my wife is right. Rob showed up and gave us an estimate. He gave u 3 different options and gave us choices based on our budgets. Since we planned to stay in our house forever, we decided to pick the best option to take care of everything. Rob and one technician showed up on the day of the appointment. Both of them were very professional and carefully installed our new water heater with great care. They also took great care of our house in making sure to keep our house neat and clean during in installation process. In the end, the water heater was installed perfectly. We now have a brand new water heater that hopefully can last for another decade. They did a great job with our water heater and the price is reasonable. I'd recommend this business to anyone who requires their service.

My landscape crew accidentally nicked a pipe hidden behind a low hedge while trimming, and we had to turn off the water to the customers house! Not good! I called Sam Jolly and Wendy the dispatcher was very helpful getting us assistance in a very timely manner. Robert did a great job repairing the leak and installing a new ball valve. Great experience! Thanks!!
