Hired them to replace a toilet flange. In terms of plumbing ability they were competent, but there was poor communication and dishonest pricing.

The first repair man failed to show up at the agreed upon time. I had to actually call them in order to learn that the technician wasn't going to make it to my appointment that day, and we had to reschedule to later in the week. Also, I received an initial estimate on this job for $1200 from one technician, minus the initial fee I paid ($98). But when they actually completed the job I was pressured into paying more, and I ended up paying $1300 more for the same scope of work that was in the original estimate. As a result I won't be using this company again and feel that I am actually owed a refund of $198, but at the time I was flustered and agreed to pay more.

We have been having issues with our water temperature and pressure in our home so I called Sal's plumbing. David was extremely helpful and performed routine maintenance to de-scale our tankless water heater and did a thorough inspection. He provided us with so much helpful information on how to fix our issues. We truly appreciate his assistance!

I called Sal's plumbing with a semi emergency of my main drainage backing up and overflowing things. The girl on the phone told
Me an hour or so and someone would call me. Sure enough, Thomas called me promptly with his ETA and texted when he was close. He cleared the issue and was very professional. He also shared options for preventing future issues. The problem came back the next day and he came back out promptly to fix it at no extra charge. Great, quick service (an hour after I called) and Thomas was helpful, informative and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Hector and the entire team did a remarkable job with the replacement of our sewer line. After a quick diagnosis of our problem, they provided an accurate estimate of our water usage downtime before starting the job. They also did a thorough clean up after the job was complete. Everything went great with this replacement. They also did a replacement of all the drains under our house. We were lucky to find this incredible crew who fulfilled this enormous task! Marvin Maravilla was amazing! Exceptional work. Professional, prompt, hard working and reliable. He fixed the leak from my faucet under the sink perfectly and promptly. Marvin saved the day, was incredibly flexible and went above and beyond his call of duty. Our beautiful home was on the VERGE of being a complete disaster and trainwreck but Marvin literally SAVED OUR KITCHEN. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARVIN MARAVILLA AND SAL'S PLUMBING. I had to have three bathroom faucets repaired or replaced. Kevin came out initially. He was polite and professional and explained that I would either need to order new cartridges to install in the old faucets or get new faucets. The old faucets were pretty beat so I decided to get new faucets. Geno came to install them. He did the installation well and efficiently and I am very satisfied with the work. I will definitely call Sal's again for my plumbing needs.
