Came out timely on a call to remove a toilet and snake the line. Upon arrival, quote to do this simple job was almost $700. When we said no thanks due to the outrageous price, they came down in price by half.

The astronomical quote for a simple job eroded any trust, and we won't be calling again.

Sal's was on time - early in fact. They came to look at a leak from a roof drain and helped diagnose the issue with some creative testing. Turns out it was not plumbing related. But, if it was, I'd likely go with them for the fix.

Hired them to replace a toilet flange. In terms of plumbing ability they were competent, but there was poor communication and dishonest pricing.

The first repair man failed to show up at the agreed upon time. I had to actually call them in order to learn that the technician wasn't going to make it to my appointment that day, and we had to reschedule to later in the week. Also, I received an initial estimate on this job for $1200 from one technician, minus the initial fee I paid ($98). But when they actually completed the job I was pressured into paying more, and I ended up paying $1300 more for the same scope of work that was in the original estimate. As a result I won't be using this company again and feel that I am actually owed a refund of $198, but at the time I was flustered and agreed to pay more.
