Unreliable. When you're in a jam, don't waste time with this company. First you speak with an operator, who is zero help. Then they don't show up as promised. They wasted my time and I should have called someone else. Very frustrating.

Spoke to Joe the owner. He declined to install a water heater because he didn't want to provide a certificate of insurance for the job after I had already purchased the product. Totally left me hanging with a product and a job that I needed to be completed asap. When I tried to explain over the phone how disappointed I was by the poor customer service experience I had, he repeatedly cut me off, wouldn't let me explain and then hung up on me. I was a repeat customer. We had a great experience in the past. Not sure why he made this a personal issue.
Not sure why he'd decline repeat business without making sure he understood the scope of work. Super disappointed.

I received a call from the DWP that my office might have a leak somewhere. I called Sals and Nick came and found the problem right away. Our plumbing was a mess and a total repipe was needed. Nick was so knowledgeable, he worked so hard getting our plumbing complete in a timely matter so our business wouldn't suffer. He even stayed after hours to get the job done. I am so appreciative of Nick, good honest plumbers are hard to find. I will definitely recommend Sals Plumbing and most certainly call them when something goes wrong at any of the businesses I manage.

Best plumbing service I've had in a long time. These guys are nice, fast, and are real with what they can and cannot do for you. I don't care if I may or may not have paid more than I should have, they are worth it. I knew I was getting good service when they put on shoe guards so they don't walk in your house with dirty shoes.

I called Sal's Plumbing with a number of clogs & slow drains. The last time I needed a plumber, I called the company that had been my ""regular"" and never got through. Found out later they'd just been sold. So this time I checked reviews and discovered Sal's Plumbing. The person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful and set me up just hours later (Saturday!), and Thomas O. showed up right on time. He quickly diagnosed and took care of all the problems, cleaned up (with his own spray!), and the price was good. He's also friendly and personable and had a lot of good advice re warding off drain problems. I'm thrilled with my new plumbing company. :)

Toilet wasn't flushing in master and shower was backing up in 2nd bathroom. Called around 1pm was given a 2-4pm window. Arrived approximately 2:30 and completed job by 2:50pm. Service was great. 2nd time using Sal's and will use again and again!

I'm so relieved to have used Sal's Plumbing. I called and got an appointment within the hour. When the plumber was running a few minutes late, a receptionist called to let me know. Thomas quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the situation with the old clogged pipes and explained how he was going to fix it. After the repair, he answered my questions and left everything clean and tidy.

Had a stoppage in my main sewer line. Thomas was super helpful and ran an absolute beast of a snake through our sewer. He ran a camera through the main sewer line after the snake and walked me through all aspects of the condition of my sewer. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to some of the other 24/7 options out there that I've dealt with in the past.
