I called Sal's because my regular plumber of 20 years was unavailable until next year. They came that same day! My toilet wasn't flushing completely and my shower was draining slow. I also wanted them to check my dishwasher as I could hear water dripping. Nick came and checked it and the job went from minor to pretty major. Nick was so awesome explaining and showing me the issues. He also kept me up to date on the progress. I'm so glad I called Sal's. This is my second time using Sal's Plumbing. They are always very professional, courteous, and affordable. They arrived within the time window given, the service was fast, and they gave me a quote on how to fix the problem permamnetly for the long term. Thomas was very helpful and kind; my dog loved him(he usually doesn't like anyone who wears working boots), and Thomas even took care of a very scary looking spider trying to come into our house! They charged me $350 to clean a wall heater and switch out a thermostat. I know plumbing is ridiculous but that seems like a bit much.

I caution anyone who wants to use this plumber to get other bids before choosing them. I wanted some faucets replaced in my home and was happy that they came out to give me a free estimate. When they quoted me $1050, I chose another plumber who came in at $150.

Of course stuff happens only at the worse time - Thanksgiving Day. After a few calls, Sal's picked up right away and in about an hour Thomas showed up and was on the job. An hour later after some auger work all was done and we are good! He also gave me some great ideas for how to prevent future problems. I highly recommend this team!!
