They always are honest with their assessments and estimates, their customer service is consistently top notch. Excellent results. I had a slow draining kitchen sink. Called Roto Rooter first. They wanted over $300. They were here for more than four hours and made the problem worse. Called Sal's and they were within an hour. They cleared the clog in less than 45 minutes for a 1/3 of the money. Highly recommend.

As a first time home owner I had an excellent experience with Sal's Plumbing when I had issues with my water heater. Customer service was great as it's always nice to hear a friendly voice to immediate scheduling. Dave was the plumber very knowledgeable and able to break down the issue for me to understand. I look forward to continuing with Sal's Plumbing as my regular!

Once again Sal's comes through with flying colors. We wanted to change out our old 1980's bathtub faucet for a new updated one, and their estimate was the most reasonable. The work they did was perfection. Without disturbing the surrounding tile, they installed the new one-handled faucet beautifully and it works wonderfully. Thanks again Sal's!

Called Sal's to fix our kitchen faucet that has low pressure. Jose misdiagnosed the issue and thought it was a pinched copper pipe and angle stop. He then ordered the part and had to come back the 2nd day. 2nd day comes, a different guy showed up and said he doesn't have the parts and will have to schedule a 3rd visit earlier in the morning. 3rd visit comes and replaced both parts and the issue wasn't fixed at all. They installed new parts that we didn't need and said I have to pay $375 even if there was a different problem. I asked them to install the faucet free since they didn't fix the issue and they said NO! They'll give me a discounted price of $250 to install the faucet that will fix the issue. I was like ""Do you pay your dentist if they pulled the wrong tooth?"" They had to call the office so I can speak to someone about this issue and it took 3 days for them to call me. I had to hire someone else to put in the faucet since it was urgent. I asked for a full refund and they hesitated to give it. I was like why should I pay you when you didn't fix what I called you for? And they were like, ""well we installed new parts for you and that's not free"". I was like, who asked for that?!! Lol... this plumbers are a joke! It was a complete waste of time and energy dealing with this business. Avoid the SCAM they're pulling off and trying to make you pay for things you don't need.
