The plumber showed up 2 hours late. He was unapologetic for being late. He was suppose to bring a shower part with him, but he didn't bring it. When I questioned him his response was I couldn't get it. He didn't bother to notify me in advance so I could arrange for the part. The plumber and the company office staff is very unreliable and unprofessional. He showed up to do the job but left without saying anything, because I complained to him for being late. I wouldn't recommend Marvyn the plumber or this company to anyone. He wasted my time.

Called Sunday morning not expecting anyone to answer. Not only did someone answer, they scheduled an appt for the same day. Thomas snaked my washer drain line and provided feedback on how we should proceed should this be potentially a temporary fix.

Good ole bait and switch. Be sure to get different quotes. This place may be popular but it's also very expansive. The plumber comes out and then quotes you on spot. They rush and do the job so it not done well. Learned the hard way . Don't waste your time!

We called Sal's plumbing to help unclog our kitchen sink during memorial day weekend and Dave was able to help us the same day. Dave was super communicative and let us know when they were on the way. When Dave arrived he was super friendly and was in and out within an hour. He also was patient to find out what clogged the sink and even answered all our questions. Would definitely use them again !
