Sal's is great. It's been a fun day when I woke up to find an old sediment filter had blown off the side of my house to unleash a river down my driveway to the street. Call Sal's first to get me in the queue...Given I had to shut off water, I called around to a few places.

Other company came first and quoted me a VERY large number after commenting that my backyard was bigger than he thought. A couple calls later and Luis from Sal's was here (despite me maybe canceling them). Luis took one look and quoted me 2 prices:

1 very low for a temporary fix if I just wanted to put back in a sediment filter.
1 quote for 1/2 the price (maybe even lower) of the other guy to permanently replace the ineffective filter with permanent solution.

I took option 2, and he was done in under and hour.

Can't rave enough about how professional Luis was and how he advised me on ways to not waste money. Additionally, the work is very clean and well done.

Fantastic job all around with Luis and even the schedulers! I'll be calling them up to replace my water heater when it kicks the bucket...

Did such great work, installed new 50 gap water heater on 2nd floor. Cleaned up the entire closet, fixed all the venting and pipes. So nice to have work done this well. Plumbing is hard work and these guys came at the end of what I'm sure was a long day and didn't cut any corners, stayed well after dark, and were very courteous and professional. Worth the premium and so glad I didn't cut corners to save a few bucks

We started engaging Sal's Plumbing for our unit in Redondo this year based the great Yelp reviews. The first time we had their help was with a backed up dish washer in June. The plumber was courteous, punctual and did a great job.

We got them back about two weeks ago for two leaks: one under the kitchen sink and one in the laundry room. The technician showed up on time and provided his diagnosis - very communicative (pic 1). He replaced the part for the sink and fixed the leak in the kitchen. He also informed us that there didn't seem to be anything wrong in the laundry room area despite of the visible dampness on the floor (pic 2).

Today we had water in the same area (pic 3). The issue is worsening. I called the office and was able to get an appointment tomorrow after lunch though not with the same technician.

I have a very mixed feeling about this. I really wished that things were taken care of the first time we identified the issue but would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if it is indeed the same root cause. I will update the review once I hear back from them tomorrow.

I had a plumbing issue come up at 5pm on a Monday evening which could not wait until the morning, so i called Sal's Plumbing - the first name I came to in an online search. The person who answered my call (on 2nd ring) was extremely helpful and assured me that someone would be there between 5 and 7pm that night. Within 45 minutes, their technician was at my door. He was in a clean uniform, face mask, and even wore protective coverings over his shoes before walking inside. Within 30 minutes, he efficiently resolved the clog and did not leave until he tested the plumbing several times to make sure the problem was completely resolved. The technician was polite, friendly, and professional. I could not have been happier. Sal's is my #1 ""Go-To"" service provider for all plumbing issues from now on. Thank you!!

If you know nothing about technical things use these guys! Then you won't realize you have been had. If you don't mind being overcharged and not told their hourly rate. Two and a half times the cost of parts is greedy and that they are !

I called them at 10 am on a Saturday morning to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They arrived within the hour and unclogged my sink in about 20 minutes. Luis and George really did a great job and were very fast and efficient!!

My sewer clogged on Sunday at 2:30pm. I called another company and they said they could give me a price until they looked at. I then called Sal's, they gave me a reasonable quote and we're out at the house earlier than the estimated time. Gino was great and efficient. Did the work with no hassle. I would definitely use them again.

Sals did a FANTASTIC job, honestly. Rachael answered the phone, got back to me in 5 min having dispatched Anthony to our home adap. 30 min later Anthony showed up, walked in ready to take care of biz, which he promptly did in only 20 min! Snaked, cleared, and triple tested our sink drains for a nice vortex of outgoing water. Left our kitchen clean, call was much less than I expected too. $135 for a Sunday afternoon fix is definitely a fair price! Flash-forward to the future where I had a pipe leak in the roof of my kitchen. Sal's came quickly, did minimal drywall cutting, and quickly replaced the leaking pipe and T-joint with minimal hassle. They also were respectful and responsible with booties and masks always worn. As before, I'll call them again when the next leak happens - because it will!
