Thomas was very professional and experienced, and was able to handle the difficult task within the hour! WOW!!!!called Sal's for a backed up kitchen double sink with neighbors recommendation. Fidel was at my house in less than 45 minuets. He quickly found the problem and cleared the drains. Fidel also gave us some helpful plumbing tips to prevent such issues in the future. We will definitely use SAL's again and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

What do you do when it's Super Bowl Sunday and your tenant calls you and tells you that the toilet in the upstairs bathroom is flooding and the water is coming through the ceiling fixtures on the first level....I mean literally a couple hours before the start of the game...Oh and by the way....you're home is in Redondo Beach and you happen to be in Palm Springs for the weekend....

I highly recommend Sal's Plumbing. The woman who scheduled my appointment was very pleasant and accommodating. My plumber was Pedro. He arrived on time, was very nice and did a great job. The last time my kitchen sink was clogged, I used a different company. The plumber from that company made a total mess in my kitchen. And I was charged $100 more than Sal's Plumbing charged me. I will definitely call Sal's Plumbing the next time I am in need of a plumber.

Another great experience with Sal's Plumbing! After fixing the clogged toilet, Thomas noticed there was water pooling under the house. He wanted to find the root of the problem and offered to crawl under the house. One of the pipes was dislodged and leaking a lot water :( Thank goodness for Thomas' keen eye, thoroughness, and expertise!! Highly recommend Sal's!

I originally called them for the kitchen sink clog repair on 1/17/18, and I had a great experience with Thomas. He was very polite and explained what and why he had to do on each process, and described what was the problem.

I asked Thomas come back for another repair for the reoccurring problem today( note: it was nothing to do with his previous repair. It was more related to the construction issue). He investigated the problem and again very generously explained to me what would be the problem, and took care of it promptly, answered all my questions and concerns. Often it's very hard for renters to understand what causes problems in water pipes, so it's very relief to hear professional opinions like Thomas's. I appreciate his hard work and hones opinion to let me know what the problem was. And it was taken care of under the warranty. Thank you very much!

I can't say enough about how good our experience was. Our only two bathroom sinks decided to back up midday on a Saturday and we were having a social gathering on Sunday. Sal's said they could come out Saturday night. David was our plumber. He looked very professional and got right to work. He fixed the problem and cleared both sinks fairly quickly and then told us what likely repairs would be needed in the future and gave a quote. The work he did was done at an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

We needed emergency plumbing service for our business and Thomas showed up within 40 minutes of us calling. When he arrived, he kindly introduced himself and explained what he was going to do.
