Owen and his staff did a great job installing my whole-house water filtration system. The work was neat, and the itemized invoice matched what was quoted. Owen answered a lot of my questions and even came by to do a check-up.

Owen answered my call and we worked out a time for hime to check the job out day of. We were in a time crunch, and Owen made our repair work in his schedule. I thought he would need to replace a broken water pump, but he took it outside, cleaned it out, and it started working again. That was over a year ago, and the old pump is still going strong. Great value for us!

Two person team.
Fixed leak at tee connector in copper pipe water line.
Used compression fittings instead of solder which saves on labor costs.
Since I had a pipe clamp on the the connector that temporarily reduced the leak to slow drip, I have no experience with compression fittings.
But being a similar concept to my clamp but installed with extra steps,
I look forward to checking it out over time.
Would rehire.

Been a GC for 30 years. I really liked Owen. He gave himself a 25% raise without telling me and over charged the hours for the work. I allowed time and materials because I trusted him. Gave no notice to me that he was raising his rates excessively and charge my neighbor 50% more. Because other outfits are charging it doesn't mean you raise your prices without telling and charging T&M. Neighbor had multiple times asked for a price and knew he'd need a new tankless hot water unit. Well over $5k for two days of work and no estimate.

Since we moved into our house a year ago, our hot water faucet in our bathroom has not worked. We had three different plumbers look at it and they all said we needed to replace the whole apparatus.
