I spoke with numerous people that highly recommended Sacramento Repipe and I was not disappointed. They were very professional, always courteous, and most of all, they did an outstanding job. They cover the floors and furniture before they begin and they do the complete job including patching and painting the walls. I had company the day after Sacramento Repipe finished the job. My friends could not tell where the holes in the wall had been. They even did some extra touch up along the way. They try hard to please. I highly recommend Sacramento Repipe and I would use them again without hesitation.

I agree with Will C. Sac Repipe did the original repipe in our house, but when we called recently, all we get is the run around and promises. Meanwhile, the problems exist and we've had to call another plumber.

The Sacramento Repipe crew was professional and personable every step of the way! Kellen was an amazing team leader and went over and above to explain everything that was happening every step of the way. He was thoughtful and cared about keeping his team on schedule through the repipe process. The house was well protected and left very clean every day. We were extremely pleased with Sac. Repipe!

This company is by far the best re-piping plumbing company in the business in the greater Sacramento area. The owner, David Ortiz, is by far the most honest person around. I had my whole house re-piped in early spring, 2017, and their workmanship was by far the very best. They start the job and do all of the cleanup and re-patch the walls and paint after the job has been completed. When they do start the job they cover every piece of furniture in each of the rooms and cover all of the floors. Very professional and the best.

I don't think I've ever written a negative review on yelp before but I feel compelled this time. I called Sacramento Re-Pipe four times asking for a quote and/or to make an appointment to schedule getting a bid to re-pipe my new house. Each time I explained that the matter was urgent because we were moving into our new house soon and needed to get the work done before the move. The first three times I called I was told ""Dave"" would call me back and they would inform him the matter was urgent. But Dave never called me back. The fourth time I called, I was told that they were not scheduling any new re-pipes for the next 4-5 months. I never did get to speak wth ""Dave,"" just his office person. I asked why I wasn't told they were scheduling so far out the first three times I called and they didn't have a good explanation.

They wasted my time and efforts in calling them. I could have moved on to looking for a new company and not wasted my time having to call them if they would have just had the courtesy to call me back and not string me along. When I told them that, they said ""Dave"" was very busy and that's why he had not called me back. I told them I thought their behavior was unprofessional and I was going to write a negative review because Dave didn't have the courtesy to call me back.

Well, Dave then found time to finally call. I'll spare the details but he left me a rude message, unapologetic for not having called me back, and instead said he did not want my business. Interesting he didn't have the time to call me back but when I told them I was dissatisfied he immediately called me and left me a rude message. Not professional in my opinion.

We recently moved in to an older home (built in 1914), so the first thing we knew we needed to replace were the pipes and water heater. Dave immediately impressed me upon our first meeting and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. One of our main concerns was being without water for too long, and he made sure that the job was done quickly, but correctly...and ensured that we had water each evening when we returned from work. We love new pipes and the the tankless system, and he was even able to replace the drain pipes that were not part of the initial estimate while he was here. I would highly recommend Dave for his professionalism, speed, and attention to detail.

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.. BEWARE...and if you do, Please write every nail & screw being used, every item that will be fixed & replaced. I paid Dave Ortiz $5,500.00 for repiping my home and for adding a new gas line. He never checked the plumbing so to this day the water is leaking under my house due to pipes not being connected or sealed. He said that he was going to make sure that that drains were smooth running. PG&E had him come out to redo the gas pipe. He blocked the Gas meter. When I called and told him that the water was backing up from the washer he told me, that he was calling a friend to see if he has a snake. My question to him was "" What kind of plumbing company do you have, when you do not even have a snake"". That's one of the first things a GOOD plumber would have. When I complain to him he told me this "" Do you think I care about my Plumbing Job"". To this day I cry, water is coming from pipes that should had been cap off. I call a different Plumbing Co. They told me that it would run me a few thousand dollars to fix all that he did wrong.. I called him and ask to reimburse me $1500. So I can have a different company come out to fix the plumbing problems. He refuse so I will be taking him to small claim, BBB and I will check to see if his Plumbing License was ever suspended. I might have lost $5,500 for being dumb and not checking this company out very well. But he will lose more, because I will try to prevent anyone from being taken, like I did. So he will lose costumers.. PLEASE BE AWARD OF HIS CAR SALESMAN TALK.. it sounds very good, but at the end the work was of very very low standards. I am quoting 2 plumbers that have came to see this job, and each one said..He does not take pride of his work! Lost $5,500.00....and still cry..Sally.. No STAR
