On approximately 10-20-20 I emailed Sacramento Repipe in regard to repiping my home as I had a second hot water pipe break in my concrete foundation within one year. I was contacted and advised they could not come out for an estimate until 11-5-20. As they were recommended to me from a company I valued I agreed to waiting until then and advised another company I could not go with them yet because I had agreed to the appointment and getting a quote from them. Today, 11-4-20 at approximately 4pm I received a phone call from them advising me they were to busy to come out tomorrow. To say I am angered is an understatement. This is something that could have been handled much better then a phone call the night before a scheduled appointment. I patiently waited for them because of the high recommendation, only to be hung out to dry 2 weeks later after dealing with only cold water in my house for 2 weeks. Their word means nothing.

My wife and I decided to add another outdoor faucet for our back yard. Our existing faucet was/is on the other side of our home and our BBQ is opposite off our patio. I had a flair-up while cooking a Costco bag of chicken and got the fire under control, but it would have been nice to have a hose handy if needed.
I called Kellen at SR&P again (as previously reviewed) and he promptly got right on it.
Installer Will arrived within a couple of days, mask and house booties on, and ready to go.
Will examined what I wanted, retrieved the right materials and completed the task within a few hours. Awesome, clean, fast and neat!
A plumbing job isn't usually fun, but this team made the experience great!

Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing was professional every step of the way. Kellen did an excellent job explaining the cost and how the work would be performed. And, Will (who managed the on-site operations) and his crew were curtious and always kept us informed. They did a fantastic job of keeping our home as clean as possible. The painting and texturing (completed by Michael Brock Painting) was perfect - you cannot detect where the walls were patched, either by texture or color.

I just had my house repiped because I have Kitec pipes. From my first phone call asking for someone to give me an estimate to cleaning up after they were finished, these guys were very professional, neat, efficient and did an excellent job. They were working in my attic and house on some very hot days. Still they retained a positive attitude. They were prompt and an unintrusive as they could be considering they had to be in almost every room of the house. They insulated the pipes and did some little things that were above and beyond and not required. When they were finished, they moved everything back and would have moved more things for me if I wanted them to. The guys they use to retexture and paint were excellent too. I cannot tell where any cuts were made.

We live in Four Seasons and recently we were told that our plumbing was Kitek pipe, which was prone to fail after 10 years. So we made the decision to replace it prior to developing a leek and doing a lot of damage. We had a friend who was using Sacramento Repipe, so were able to observe the job they did on his house. We set up an appointment with them for the end of Jan. I was concerned with so many people replacing their plumbing we would get pushed to a different date. Was very pleasantly surprised when Bryan contacted us the Wednesday before the Monday they were to start, we toured the house he told us what had to be move and what cabinets had to be cleared out. If there was a large piece of furniture that needed moving he said they would move it. They showed up 8 AM on Monday as promised, covered all the furniture, drapes, floor, everything. Very clean and neat! By Wednesday they were done with all the repiping and patching of walls. Thursday they let the patches dry and Friday Mike Brock Painting came in did all the touch up paint, could not see where the holes in the sheet rock had been. They Cleaned, vacuumed Just like new! Would highly recommend them too anyone!

I spoke with numerous people that highly recommended Sacramento Repipe and I was not disappointed. They were very professional, always courteous, and most of all, they did an outstanding job. They cover the floors and furniture before they begin and they do the complete job including patching and painting the walls. I had company the day after Sacramento Repipe finished the job. My friends could not tell where the holes in the wall had been. They even did some extra touch up along the way. They try hard to please. I highly recommend Sacramento Repipe and I would use them again without hesitation.

I agree with Will C. Sac Repipe did the original repipe in our house, but when we called recently, all we get is the run around and promises. Meanwhile, the problems exist and we've had to call another plumber.

Kellen was an amazing team leader and went over and above to explain everything that was happening every step of the way. He was thoughtful and cared about keeping his team on schedule through the repipe process. The house was well protected and left very clean every day. We were extremely pleased with Sac. Repipe!
