We have a toilet that's been constantly running water so we usually just shut off its water supply. My brother in law is coming to visit so it was finally time to fix the spare toilet. I found these guys on Yelp, they had good reviews and they were running a deal! I called yesterday late afternoon and they sent out Rick first thing this morning! He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Hurray we have a working toilet! Thank you guys for getting out here so quickly and fixing my toilet!! I will definitely be back next time I have a plumbing crisis.

Picture it. Both showers in the downstairs bathrooms filled with sewage. We have a wedding going on right now with family coming from as far as Virginia and Montana. So of course the drain gets clogged and foulness backs up I checked the yellow pages first and noticed that this company had the BBB logo so I checked Yelp and then called them last night on June 2016 on our about 11:30pm asking for help.

The lady on the phone was nice and she said the plumber would call within the hour. Ten minutes later we got the call. About a half hour later the guy was here and he proceeded to work right away. After 45 minutes he cleared the drain which was clogged with palm tree roots and then he recommended an annual maintenance to keep the drain clear.

The last time this happened about five years ago the plumber wanted to rip up our driveway and replace the pipes claiming that would solve the problem for now and for the future. Turns out the palm tree that invades our sewage pipe could care less about a new pipe. This plumber told me that the best thing to do is to have an annual drain clean out for about $150 a year which I think is an excellent idea and will be taking advantage of this service.

I'm not just giving these guys a good review because they came at night and solved my problem, which was awesome, I'm also giving them a great review because this guy came to my house, quickly evaluated the problem, suggested fixes for the future (like an outside drain release valve so when sewage backs up it spills outside instead of in our showers) but the biggest thing was he worked very hard to get our drain clean. Really an awesome wonderful company.

We've had these guys come out about 5 times now. They are always professional, always on time and always solve the problem the first time. Nobody wants to call a plumber but if you have to do it then these are the guys!

Craig came out on a Saturday to snake out roots that had caused our bathtub and toilet to backup simultaneously. He was courteous, professional, and rescued our weekend from misery.

And even though he had to get a stronger snaking device after the first one broke, he only charged us for the actual time he was here working. A great service for weekend plumbing surprises.

Because of a leak in our house on a Sunday, I looked up Yelp for a plumber and ended up choosing S. Waters Plumbing. They answered their phone on Easter Sunday morning and Brandon came over right away. He was polite, knew what to do and took care of the problem within an hour. Because of this good experience, I am very likely to choose this company for my future plumbing needs.

Thank you Craig, Star & team for turning our hot water heater nightmare into an easily manageable dream of a repair! Our unit was under warranty. After assessing the issue and providing the diagnostic,Craig worked with the company to have the assembly overnighted to our home. Once the item arrived, my husband contacted S. Waters Plumbing, Craig returned for the install of the part to repair our hot water heater in no time at all. Most of the communication was done between myself (the wife/bosslady) and Star (dispatch/bosslady) and was incredibly smooth and easy. Within 24 hours, all was right with the world again AND the cost was INCREDIBLY reasonable! Excellent service, very professional and friendly staff that is great with pets and kids and repairs completed in a timely manner, as promised at a very low cost! DON'T BOTHER CALLING ANYONE ELSE.

Brandon from S. Waters Plumbing arrived and immediately assessed our plumbing issue. He found the problem, snaked it and then repaired our pipes under our sink and our dishwasher overflow tube. Works just like new and their price was extremely fair. Will use them again and I highly recommend them.
