Because of a leak in our house on a Sunday, I looked up Yelp for a plumber and ended up choosing S. Waters Plumbing. They answered their phone on Easter Sunday morning and Brandon came over right away. He was polite, knew what to do and took care of the problem within an hour. Because of this good experience, I am very likely to choose this company for my future plumbing needs.

Thank you Craig, Star & team for turning our hot water heater nightmare into an easily manageable dream of a repair! Our unit was under warranty. After assessing the issue and providing the diagnostic,Craig worked with the company to have the assembly overnighted to our home. Once the item arrived, my husband contacted S. Waters Plumbing, Craig returned for the install of the part to repair our hot water heater in no time at all. Most of the communication was done between myself (the wife/bosslady) and Star (dispatch/bosslady) and was incredibly smooth and easy. Within 24 hours, all was right with the world again AND the cost was INCREDIBLY reasonable! Excellent service, very professional and friendly staff that is great with pets and kids and repairs completed in a timely manner, as promised at a very low cost! DON'T BOTHER CALLING ANYONE ELSE.

Brandon from S. Waters Plumbing arrived and immediately assessed our plumbing issue. He found the problem, snaked it and then repaired our pipes under our sink and our dishwasher overflow tube. Works just like new and their price was extremely fair. Will use them again and I highly recommend them.

YES, while it may be hard to believe, there is a good and reasonable plumbing service in Marin.

As owners of a ""getting older"" house we've been having smaller stuff going on with the plumbing, and then ended up with one major repair in the radiant heating for house. suffice to say Greg and Craig, on separate occasions, came out and did a great job with teh smaller stuff, even coming back to do a small fix when one repair was just a little off at no charge. They did, combined with the Leak Detection Service, a great job on the radiant heating repair. And on none of these did i feel that I was getting gouged or taken advantage of, which i've felt with some other local plumbing companies.

Bottom line, excellent service and work, and they are our go-to for all our plumbing needs.

S Waters Plumbers have done numerous jobs for us at our house and at our rental property including changing out pipes to copper, digging and replacing sewer line to the street, and various smaller jobs. Nice, reliable guys who show up and get the job done.

I had a shower that would not shut off, so I asked some neighbors for a recommendation and called S. Waters Plumbing this morning...

Over the phone, the told me that my Moen faucet cartridge probably needed changing and gave me an idea of the work required and an estimated price.

Craig came around 1 in the afternoon, and replaced the cartridge in less than an hour. Since I had several other small projects I had been postponing, I had Craig replace a gas line in the laundry room, an anode in an under the counter sink, etc... It was time and money well spent..

I strongly recommend this firm...

The plumber did a great job and when I had to replace one of the toilets he was supposed to install that day (no fault of his), was back the next morning and didn't charge for the return visit or extra time. Work was excellent and my place was left as clean as it was when he arrived.

Thank goodness for S. Waters Plumbing - who came in and saved the day for us. After Royal Services, the plumber recommended by American Home Shield charged us $75, and then quoted us $1,500 to fix the plumbing at our new house in San Rafael, we decided a second opinion was in order, even if we had to pay for another service call. The problem is that our clothes washer, kitchen sink, dishwasher, and work sink in garage were all tied in to lone line, and whenever we ran water in one thing, the others would back up. Royal Services never even attempted to just clear the drain, instead said it was ""plumbed all wrong"" and quoted the $1500.
So, we had used S. Waters before, and knew they were honest, so asked them to take a look. Also, they responded the same day, the day after Christmas, when lots of guys were not available. They immediately snaked the drain line, and everything was cleared up right away - thank goodness for S. Waters!
