Don't believe the 100% Guarantee. We have used Waters for 20 years for our cabin in Groveland. When our heating system quit working, we called them. After a 2 week wait, the serviceman put in a new thermostat, which didn't fix the problem for more than a day. They would not come back without scheduling another service call 2 weeks out. Rude phone service, no discount as requested, since it was not fixed. Paid over $300 and still didn't have heat. Couldn't live in Nov. without heat, so called another company that fixed the problem the very next day. Working fine now after two weeks. We will never use Waters again. Call another company if you need heating or plumbing.

My master bathroom shower was giving me issues so I phoned a handyman. That turned into days and hours of wasted time with my homeowners warranty to cover the project which wasn't worth the paper it was printed on so I took to this handy dandy Yelp app to find help.
I chose this company for their prompt, professional response via Yelp messaging as well as their reasonable in-person post assessment price quote.
Brandon came, assessed the situation, we came up with a plan.
Instead of a huge project, he simply worked with what I had so the shower could function properly, leaving the full demo for a later date when I remodel the bathroom and move plumbing fixtures around.
I also asked him to help me replace the main water shutoff with a lever so I can do it post haste in event of water crisis in the house.
I liked knowing what was wrong, the various approaches available to repairing it along with the prices, and being left to decide. It matters. Working together vs being told what is happening without your input and you just have to pay.
What's not to love about working with someone who takes the time to understand what your needs are and instead of price gouging you, they work with your to establish a game plan that everyone wins?
I like that.
I trust them.
I will call again.
This service call was in February a week before my family sheltered in place for COVID, I forgot to post it! That's ok you still love me.
5 stars for perfection.Bookmark this one so you have it ready should you ever need a plumber!

On June 25, 2020 I called S Waters and spoke to ""Star"" about running a 15-foot gas line to our kitchen from the meter for a new stove. Kevin came for an estimate. He seemed very friendly and knowledgeable, and said it would take two plumbers about one day, plus materials. He estimated $1,000 per plumber, plus a few hundred dollars in materials. So, the total would be about $2,300 to $2,400.
I got two other estimates. The job was done nicely by another plumber and took 4 1/2 hours by one plumber. Total cost $625.
I am assume S Waters does good work, but it would be a good idea to get competitive estimates.

After using other plumbers for projects at my house I wouldn't hire S. Waters again. The last plumber from S. Waters worked much more slowly than the subsequent plumbers.

We had two toilets with issues with the filler, mounting brackets and wax ring. S Waters plumbing did a fast fair job. The gentleman worked diligently and made sure we were happy before he left. He wore a mask, gloves and booties. He explained the job and the bill.

Paid Steve waters plumbing to fix my leak and repipe my house rick showed up spent 3 days thought I got a good job but here we are 3 years later go to find out not only was it charged top dollar he didn't lie he said there was 240 of new copper under my house yes there was unhooked up not happy that this company caused this

Very disappointing. Pro - they were available on a Saturday (con - at $300/hr). I had to have a second plumber in the same day to fix what S Waters could not fix. The plumber was not knowledgable. He suggested a very expense way to get at a clog (break the pipe instead of go in thru the toilet). After an hour and $, I asked him to leave. The second plumber came in - assessed the issue and fixed the clog (via the toilet). Do not recommend at at.

Yesterday my washer water backed into the tub and didn't drain. I called S Waters Plumbing at 8:30 this morning and they told me they would be out between 2:00 and 4:00. At 3:00 they called to tell me they could not make it out at all but could reschedule for TWO DAYS later. The woman I spoke with was very polite and apologised. I give one star for bothering to call me, but no, Thank you.

I have used S. Waters Plumbing over the years.
They have always been reliable, honest and responsive to our needs.
Just had Kevin out to help us with our kitchen sink leak.
He was thorough in checking everything out and found the problem and solved it. He was excellent in communicating what we needed. On top of everything else, he was very polite and thoughtful. He was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him as representing S. Waters Plumbing.

Raul came out to review our kitchen remodel. He assessed the situation clearly and quickly, presented a quote, and contacted a co-worker (Kevin) to get all the necessary parts. He then got to work clearing space and preparing the site for new piping.
Work was significant fixing leaks, moving a drain, creating an island vent, adding 5 supply lines, capping off old lines, moving existing lines, and more.
The work was completed that same day and was professional and of the highest quality.
I say the above from the vantage point of someone who has built homes and done many major remodels. I am picky. I would have no hesitation calling them again. They have become my go to plumbers!!!
