I had an urgent matter after having a new refrigerator delivered and discovered 30+ yr old water connector in wall would not connect to new frig and water leaking from old connector. I called S Waters and they sent Ian out within the hour. He got the leaked stopped and returned the next morning, installed new connector for ice and water in new frig. During this ntime unexpected kitchen faucet malfunction and Ian ran out purchased a new faucet and then installed!! Could not be happy with this local service provider. Professional and friendly! SUPPORT LOCALLY OWNED SERVICES!

I awoke to water on my new kitchen floor, presumably coming from a new dishwasher that had been installed a couple of months ago. In a panic I called three different plumbing companies to get some help and they either did not answer the phone, were unavailable, or wanted to charge me an emergency fee of $360 just to come out!
I called S Waters and spoke with a delightful receptionist who proceeded to tell me they could have someone out in an hour. Kevin showed up on time and fully prepared for just about anything he might encounter. Unfortunately for me, it was a more serious leak Then first anticipated by my husband, coming from the garbage disposal and improperly installed pipe work. I'm very grateful that Kevin explained everything to me and gave me the option for some of the decisions needed to be made. He was respectful, courteous, and the best part is that he loves his work and definitely takes pride in it!
What more could I ask for?!
I highly recommend this company and installer to anyone who has any kind of plumbing issue.

These guys were recommended to me when I called another plumber (who told me they weren't the kind of plumber I needed). We recently bought a house and two of the toilets have issues.

They don't bother calling back, so don't waste your time. Find another one like I did. So annoying when a local business can't even be bothered.

I only ever want Brandon to fix my plumbing in the future. I had never used S Waters before. I randomly call a list of local plumbers when the job is a clogged drain, toilet installation, etc., anything I call ""small plumbing"" needs. Brandon called before he came to give me an ETA (same day service, which honestly it was not an emergency so I felt I'd been given a little bonus). He showed up a little late and explained why (not a problem because I did not have to be anywhere that afternoon and he was fully transparent about it). He got right to it and easily uncovered the ""problem."" There was no problem and I could have fixed it in a minute. New style shower drain in the remodeled bathroom has a cool catch for hair and soap gunk. So he looked at me, we laughed and he said, ""I'm sorry, I've got to bill you for my time, what else can I fix?"" We went through the house and honestly my house is well maintained. I couldn't find a thing. He said, ""Let's go outside, maybe a leaky faucet, or..."" and he saw the water shut off valve handle that had snapped off 10 years ago. We'd go into the street (we're on septic) and shut off the whole system if we needed to. ""Let's fix it now!"" I said. Done in an hour. Nice, polite guy.

What an absolute racket! I called S Waters because one of my upstairs showers was leaking through the floor. They sent a guy out. He pretty quickly figured out the leak could be fixed simply with some resealing in the shower. I thought this was excellent news because it meant a relatively cheap fix. Well...while resealing the shower, I walked in to find him messing around with the toilet to the point it would no longer fill with water or flush (it was working perfectly fine before he touched it). He told me everything in the toilet needed to be replaced and actually I should probably replace the toilet itself because it's a 1.6 gallon/flush toilet which is ""outdated"" (a simple google search will tell you 1.6 gal/flush is the current federal standard). He told me the shower needed to be snaked which would be an additional $200. He also said I needed a new thermal expansion tank (for several hundred more) which he told me typically need to be replaced every 4-5 years (I have since contacted another plumber about this who told me he's never even heard of those going out). The S Waters guy kept checking things unnecessarily (at $150/hr mind you) and then insisted he had to ""thoroughly"" clean up and vacuum. I told him that would absolutely not be happening. I can clean up at no additional cost... Ultimately he told me my house needed ~$1K of plumbing work (not factoring in the $150/hr on top of that). I paid him the $175 he charged for the shower resealing and couldn't get him out of my house fast enough. The day after this I discovered the sink in the bathroom he was in was now leaking everywhere, which means either two separate leaks happened to occur in the same bathroom within days of each other, or he messed with the sink the way he messed with the toilet. What do you think? I think if you want honest work do NOT call S Waters.

It would be remiss of me not to give S Waters Plumbing a boisterous BRAVO. I must also add that Manny was and exemplary representative to your organization. Courteous. Knowledgable. Polite and efficient. He knew what needed to be done and did the repair in a timely manner. He is a great asset to your company. Thank you S Waters & Manny for a job well done. I will heartily recommend SWP & Manny to all my friends.

Waters Plumbing is the absolute best! Robert came out and solved a plumbing problem that had been going on for years and other plumbing companies were unable to solve. He even worked in the evening making sure that their were no leaks in the new piping that he had installed, then he proceeded to check on the hot water heater, sump pump and an old soft water system (never used by us) that was there 8 years prior when we first moved in. He dismantled the soft water tank and suggested that we remove it . We intend to call Waters to have them do the work. Robert was friendly and knowledgeable and wore his protective mask the entire time. If you have any plumbing needs call them first!

Don't believe the 100% Guarantee. We have used Waters for 20 years for our cabin in Groveland. When our heating system quit working, we called them. After a 2 week wait, the serviceman put in a new thermostat, which didn't fix the problem for more than a day. They would not come back without scheduling another service call 2 weeks out. Rude phone service, no discount as requested, since it was not fixed. Paid over $300 and still didn't have heat. Couldn't live in Nov. without heat, so called another company that fixed the problem the very next day. Working fine now after two weeks. We will never use Waters again. Call another company if you need heating or plumbing.

My master bathroom shower was giving me issues so I phoned a handyman. That turned into days and hours of wasted time with my homeowners warranty to cover the project which wasn't worth the paper it was printed on so I took to this handy dandy Yelp app to find help.

I chose this company for their prompt, professional response via Yelp messaging as well as their reasonable in-person post assessment price quote.

Brandon came, assessed the situation, we came up with a plan.

Instead of a huge project, he simply worked with what I had so the shower could function properly, leaving the full demo for a later date when I remodel the bathroom and move plumbing fixtures around.

I also asked him to help me replace the main water shutoff with a lever so I can do it post haste in event of water crisis in the house.

I liked knowing what was wrong, the various approaches available to repairing it along with the prices, and being left to decide. It matters. Working together vs being told what is happening without your input and you just have to pay.

What's not to love about working with someone who takes the time to understand what your needs are and instead of price gouging you, they work with your to establish a game plan that everyone wins?

I like that.

I trust them.

I will call again.

This service call was in February a week before my family sheltered in place for COVID, I forgot to post it! That's ok you still love me.

5 stars for perfection.Bookmark this one so you have it ready should you ever need a plumber!
