I'd give six stars if I could. Brandon went WAY beyond. I large rock got stuck in our sewer lateral & he volunteered at no additional cost to go to Home Depot to buy at his cost supplies to form a special hook to dislodge it.

Can tell that he is the type who takes pride in follow-through problem solving. Just an exceptional man & an outstanding value.

For those who appreciate such qualities & want THE go-to plumber, do yourself a favor & ask for Brandon.

It's now been 15 years since I started using Waters Plumbing and I still have nothing but great things to say about their service and professionalism. For the most recent call, I had accumulated a lot of small plumbing fix-it jobs. Waters sent Brandon and Evan to the rescue.

I thought I might need a new shower head, but it turned out to just be clogged with debris. Loved not having to buy a new shower head! In the same bathroom they also fixed a slow running drain that was clogged with hair. I've learned over the years that trying to unclog drains on my own is not a good idea: it sometimes makes it worse. I've learned to trust the professionals...

They also fixed 3 outdoor spigots that were spraying and put in a new spigot on our parking deck to replace an old one that was no longer working.

Repeat visit. Plumber misleading and dishonest. Ripped off on charges. Owner unresponsive to complaint. Would never use them again.

Before you use this company, be 100% sure your counter tops around the fixtures you want worked on have no issues. He will not take responsibility for damage he causes.

I called SWatters to repair a leaky kitchen faucet. The plumber doing the work decided it would be easier to replace than to repair the leak (first strike - that was an expensive faucet to not attempt to fix). He attempted to disassemble the faucet. In the process, he broke the granite around the fixture. He then disappeared for an hour to run to Pini Hardware and get a new faucet and some epoxy. In his attempt to ""fix"" things, he glued the stone back in (a very poor job as there was about 1/8th of an inch protrusion of the broken part). Further, he put a hokey fixture in place with a plate to hide all the damage. See the photos. He then charged for an extra hour as well as the cost of the hokey faucet telling me he'd buy it back when I got things fixed. Well, that hasn't happened either.

I found a company that could do a proper repair of the granite and they did a wonderful job. However, Steve Watters now refuses to reimburse me for that expense because ""the granite was broken before my guy started working on it."" If that's the case, wouldn't it have been obvious to the plumber doing the work? Why would he try to disassemble things without first pointing out to me or my wife that the granite was broken. I don't buy it.

But, it is a prime example of someone that refuses to take responsibility for the work they do. Sarcasm on: It's not SWatters fault that his plumber broke my granite. It's not his fault he did a horrible repair job. But, it's mine and I'm the one that needs to pay for the repairs because he refuses to give reimburse me or give me his insurance company's information so I can submit a claim? Again, I don't buy it. and you shouldn't either.

I'd think twice about using someone that won't take responsibility for their actions.

Kevin did a great job replacing the faucet and water shut off valve in our warehouse.

The faucet was so old that we could not turn off the water. We then tried to shut off the water below the sink and that was a bigger mess.

He has a great personality and completed the job in no time.

As always, S. Waters plumbers get the job done quickly and well. Both large Jobs or small, whether they take an hour or a coupIe of days, I get the same courtesy every time.
This visit Brandon made everything work better.

I live in an older home and when parts get replaced, they don't fit former specifications. Because the sewer pipe was too long for the new toilet, shims had to be added to keep it from rocking. My bathroom sink had a stopper that worked stiffly and water seeped away. The replacement drain makes it work smoothly. I asked questions about other things and got good answers so now I can plan when to make upgrades.

These were the latest of jobs that I've tasked to S. Waters--again with satisfying results.

I had an urgent matter after having a new refrigerator delivered and discovered 30+ yr old water connector in wall would not connect to new frig and water leaking from old connector. I called S Waters and they sent Ian out within the hour. He got the leaked stopped and returned the next morning, installed new connector for ice and water in new frig. During this ntime unexpected kitchen faucet malfunction and Ian ran out purchased a new faucet and then installed!! Could not be happy with this local service provider. Professional and friendly! SUPPORT LOCALLY OWNED SERVICES!

I awoke to water on my new kitchen floor, presumably coming from a new dishwasher that had been installed a couple of months ago. In a panic I called three different plumbing companies to get some help and they either did not answer the phone, were unavailable, or wanted to charge me an emergency fee of $360 just to come out!
I called S Waters and spoke with a delightful receptionist who proceeded to tell me they could have someone out in an hour. Kevin showed up on time and fully prepared for just about anything he might encounter. Unfortunately for me, it was a more serious leak Then first anticipated by my husband, coming from the garbage disposal and improperly installed pipe work. I'm very grateful that Kevin explained everything to me and gave me the option for some of the decisions needed to be made. He was respectful, courteous, and the best part is that he loves his work and definitely takes pride in it!
What more could I ask for?!
I highly recommend this company and installer to anyone who has any kind of plumbing issue.

These guys were recommended to me when I called another plumber (who told me they weren't the kind of plumber I needed). We recently bought a house and two of the toilets have issues.

They don't bother calling back, so don't waste your time. Find another one like I did. So annoying when a local business can't even be bothered.
