Happy to recommend Viktor! Posted a project to replace/repair two faucets & Yelp auto-sent it out for quotes-- so glad it hit S.V.V.'s inbox by chance. Viktor responded promptly, offered free in person or text/photo estimate, quickly provided a most competitive quote, was available on a Sunday, arrived on time, was considerate (of parking, carpet, cleanup), assessed and explained work needed, efficiently handled all the parts needed and brought receipts, worked very hard in a focused, precise way with an eye for high quality sometimes redoing something until he thought it was right. He didn't bring a crew like other outfits, didn't chat on the phone, didn't exaggerate what was needed, no smooth talking, no bloating of costs, just a no-nonsense approach to get it done. Especially in this hyper-inflationary economy, I appreciate efficiency of cost/time more than ever. We used google translate to communicate thru some language-barrier parts, and I thought that worked very well. After a lifetime of experiences struggling to communicate with many non-native English speakers in San Jose, I very much appreciated his singular unique willingness to lean on a translator for clarity rather than placing the burden on me to cobble a limited understanding, attempt to read a mind, or forego key information. I put it off for years but finally have a beautiful new kitchen faucet, clean, new, non-leaking plumbing, and a repaired bathroom faucet working like it's brand new again and now need to decide what to tackle next. Would definitely work with again on future home/plumbing projects.

Viktor helped us by replacing an exhaust duct for a range hood. He did good, careful work. I was getting worried that I wouldn't find somebody who could take care of this job, but he came through. We were able to communicate easily via texting.

Sent Viktor a Yelp and responded quickly. Quoted a great price and was able to come out the next day to install my new garbage disposal. He arrived and had slippers to change into for the house. He did a very thorough and precise job. He made sure that everything was working and made sure there was no leakage what so ever. He also replaced some small parts to my pipes for no extra charge. He cleaned up everything before leaving and showed me that my new garbage disposal was working fine without any issues. Great service and value for the excellent work provided.
