I had Victor help me build a wooden cover for solar battery in my backyard. It was a pleasure having him. His quote was reasonable and he did entire build onsite. He showed me receipt for all purchases and kept to his original quote. He also helper me hang a picture and move a towel rod. I will be working with him again.

Viktor did a great job on a bathroom remodel for us. It started when we noticed a water stain forming on the ceiling of the first floor kitchen, under the bathroom and discovered water had been slowly seeping through the old grout in the shower above.

After getting a few estimates, we felt most confident with Viktor. We also decided to replace the floor tile and toilet while we were at it. We purchased all the major items (e.g., tiles, shower handle, valve, head, shower door, folding shower seat, interior shower bars, toilet, etc...) and once they arrived, Viktor started his work. In about 10 days, he removed the old items, replaced some wood stained base plywood, installed the new drywall, showers, tiling, and toilet. He was very clean, efficient, hard working, communicative, and responsive. We were so happy with his work that we also asked him to help with some small handyman tasks on the last day (re-caulking around some sinks, fixing another toilet in another bathroom).

I'm including some before, during, and after photos, although the after photos don't do the final product total justice because of tight angles.

On the date of appointment Viktor assessed the damage, got the materials and went to work right away. Viktor also made sure that there were no other sources of leaking. I hired Viktor for a toiled install after fielding quotes (and non-quotes) from multiple other companies and independent plumbers. I decided to go with Viktor as his quote was one of the more reasonable, he was able to come next day, and his reviews were great. He arrived on time and charged me exactly what he quoted (i.e. no hidden fees). I also really appreciated that he brought his own house slippers! His work is immaculate and he left the area very clean. 10/10 would recommend.

I had received a handful of quotes from the various handyman services in Yelp, and I am unsure why some of them just threw away nonsnet prices; come on, we knew the ballpark price ranges with the required duration. First and foremost, Viktor was the fastest respondent with the most reasonable quote, which was a bit higher, reflecting replacement vs. adjusting with the old part. Make senses. He provided the purchased amount of the part from the Home Depot, along with the completion of replacing the closet railings. I am satisfied with his service.
